Abstract

Bisnis digital menawarkan fleksibilitas waktu kepada pelanggan dan juga pengusaha sehingga, kedua belah pihak bisa dengan leluasa untuk saling berkomunikasi maupun melakukan transaksi secara digital. Tentu keleluasaan tersebut tentu harus berlandaskan tanggung jawab agar tetap menjaga kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat website guna membantu pengusaha Kost Dimsum agar dapat memasarkan produk secara online melalui website. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan website telah berjalan dengan lancar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa di zaman sekarang ini segala sesuatu hal dapat lebih mudah dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi, oleh sebab itu kami akan melakukan pemasaran untuk Produk Kost Dimsum dengan menggunakan bantuan Teknologi Internet berupa website, yang dapat di jangkau oleh seluruh pengguna internet.

Abstract

Mitra Medika Clinic is a company engaged in outpatient general health. Mitra Medika Clinic has not managed a good management system in measuring company performance from the aspect of financial statements.  The author aims to measure the financial performance of Mitra Medika Rancaekek Clinic by implementing a management system appropriate to the conditions during a pandemic.  By using quantitative methods, researchers compare financial reports from year to year and the application of good financial management from several indicators.  Then the conclusions are obtained: (1) Responsibilities that are able to fulfill their responsibilities to financial institutions and financial reports.  (2) Ability to fulfill obligations, in fulfilling company obligations to pay salaries and be able to meet the operational needs of the clinic.  (3) Employee honesty by measuring honesty in making financial reports.  (4) The effectiveness and efficiency of the company is measured by the level of other indicators so as to produce a high level of effectiveness and efficiency.  (5) Management control of employees in carrying out the job description.Keyword :Financial Performance, Scala likert, Mitra Medika Clinic

Abstract

Mango production in West Java during 2008-2013 ranks third with a total production of 16.52% of the total national mango production. Mango-producing areas in West Java are spread in 27 districts and cities. Mango-producing centers in West Java are in the districts of Cirebon, Majalengka, and Indramayu with varieties of Gedong Gincu, Dermayu, Kidang, and Arumanis. Until now, farmers still have difficulty in accessing the market, so that during harvest time, there are always unsold or discarded mangoes. Off Grade mangoes even at harvest can reach 30% of total production, of course this can be detrimental to farmers. In 2005 a study was conducted by Dwi Purnomo. Off grade mangoes are processed into a puree (fruit porridge) which is processed through pasteurization technology or the cooking process by heating them at a temperature of 70 to 80 degrees. The process used here is the benefit chain method that is from upstream to downstream how the utilization process involves rural communities to the city, not apart from that one of the students who helped the research also helped with the marketing process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem pengendalian manajemen adalah suatu upaya sistematis yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Konsumen Mulia RSUD Majalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Abstract

Firm value a very important role for the firm. If a firm value is high it will befollowed by high prosperity for its stockholders. Firm value also reflects theinvestor's evaluation of the success of a firm and it is often related to theincrease in the stock exchange price. Maximizing the value of the company isstrongly influenced by sources external or internal company funds. The firmvalue may be explained by firm profitability. High profitability shows a goodprospect of the firm so that investors will positively respond by increasing thestock price and the firm value. So, this research aims to prove the effect of profitability on price book value as a measurer of a firm value in the companieson the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015-2019.The samplingtechnique in this research used nonprobability sampling (purposive sampling)with a total sample of 24 companies. The secondary data collection techniquein this research is a literature study. Multiple linear regression is a method usedto analyze the data in this research. The results of this research indicate thatthe partial test (t-test) on the variable profitability proxied by return on equityhas a positive and significant effect on price book value. Profitability, which isproxied by return on assets, has a positive and significant effect on price bookvalue. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test (f test) profitability has a positiveand significant effect on price book value.

Abstract

Dalam kemajuan teknologi saat ini computer sangat berperan penting pada kehidupan. Computer saat ini mendukung dan membantu pekerjaan manusia menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Begitupun di dunia industry, computer sangat membantu untuk meringankan pekerjaan manajemen dalam melakukan penggajian karyawan secara lebih akurat, cepat, dan tepat waktu. Begitu juga pada pt.gaha green garment yang system penggajiannya secara manual, perusahaan ini dituntut untuk menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi untuk menyalurkan gaji karyawannya dengan cara system transfer lewat bank yang sudah bekerjasama dengan perusahaan. Karena, perusahaan ini kini sudah memiliki banyak karyawan yang tidak akan memungkin kan manajemen dalam mengelola penggajian secara manual. Sekarang system penggajian di perusahaan ini sudah merealisasikan cara tersebut dari mulai penggajian untuk operator sampai kepada staff karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of management control systems, employee performance,on the performance of PT Explorindo employees engaged in services namely IT and telecommunicationslocated in South Jakarta. Testing this research on HRD. Based on the results of this study the authors found that the management control system, employee performance, and employee performance know the application of management control structures on employee performance in the company. This research uses descriptive analysis because the data used are questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the effect of management control systems has a positive effect on employee performance in the company to improve employee performance.

Abstract

As the hospitality industry evolves in tandem with technological advancement, the role of smart technologies in shaping guest experiences and influencing decision-making has become increasingly central. This study investigates how digital natives—consumers born into a digitally connected world—navigate smart hospitality environments by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) elements with constructs such as trust in technology, smart hospitality experience, and social media influence. A total of 240 valid responses were collected through a structured online questionnaire targeting individuals aged 18–40 who had experience staying in hotels with smart features and actively engaged with social media during travel planning. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study confirms that perceived ease of use, usefulness, and trust significantly influence purchase intention, with smart hospitality experience as a key mediator. Moreover, social media is powerful in shaping perceptions of technology, trust, and intention. The findings enrich our understanding of how functional, emotional, and social dimensions converge in technology-driven hospitality decisions. This study offers theoretical advancement and managerial insight, highlighting the importance of designing technology for efficiency, experience, trust, and narrative resonance.

Abstract

The Influence of Perceived Benefits, Ease of Use, and Customer Trust on Interest in Reusing Internet Banking/Mobile Banking Services” under the guidance. The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use and customer trust on the interest in reusing internet banking/mobile banking services. This study uses quantitative methods (descriptive and associative). Data collection techniques use questionnaires by distributing a list of questions or written statements to be answered or filled out with the number of 100 respondents were taken randomly. Perception of Benefits, Ease of Use and Customer Trust have a significant effect on interest in reusing internet banking/mobile banking services. Based on the respondents, Perceived Benefits and Ease of Use show a strong category, while Customer Trust shows a very strong category. So that the results of the study show: Perception of Benefits, Ease of Use and Customer Trust on the interest in reusing internet banking/mobile banking services at bank OCBC NISP is very strong.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic banking profitability in Indonesia’s economic growth using the CAMELS framework and an endogenous growth perspective. The analysis focuses on profitability as the main mechanism linking Islamic banking performance to real sector development during the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent economic recovery period. The study uses annual data from 2020 to 2023 obtained from the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, Statistics Indonesia, and the World Bank. The analytical methods include descriptive statistics, correlation and stationarity tests, and regression estimation using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and the System Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to address potential endogeneity. The empirical results show that Islamic banking profitability, particularly Return on Equity (ROE), has a positive and statistically significant effect on Indonesia’s economic growth. Return on Assets (ROA) also exhibits a positive relationship with growth, although with weaker statistical significance. Other CAMELS indicators, including capital adequacy, asset quality, efficiency, and liquidity, do not have a significant direct impact on economic growth but serve as stabilizing factors for the banking system. Inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth, while investment shows a positive but statistically insignificant relationship. Overall, the findings confirm that profitability is the primary channel through which Islamic banking contributes to national economic growth. This study positions profitability as an explanatory variable rather than merely a performance indicator and reinforces the relevance of endogenous growth theory in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Policy implications emphasize the importance of strengthening Islamic banking profitability to enhance its contribution to sustainable economic growth.
