The study aims to determine the effect of employee motivation on PT. Kahatex, the influence of employee work discipline at PT. Kahatex, as well as motivation and work discipline towards employees at PT. Kahatex. The data analysis method in this study uses the casual association method and uses a quantitative approach with quantitative data processing techniques with data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Kahatex. Measurements were made with a Likert on a scale of one to five. The results of this study indicate that when viewed from a partial test (t) it can be seen that the results of the t value (count) is 1,782 0.05. it means that the motivation variable does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Kahatex. Judging from the partial test (t) can be known the results of the t value (count) of 0.569 0.05. it means that the work discipline variable does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Kahatex. While seen from the simultaneous test (F) it can be seen that the significance value for motivation of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0,000 <0.05 and F (count) 12,706> F (table) 3 , 30, Undeniably As H3 is accepted which is intended as Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y).

Perusahaan saat ini menghadapi lebih banyak tantangan dalam kondisi ekonomi, sosial hingga politik yang berubah dengan cepat. Kita dituntut untuk dapat berinovasi da peka terhadap setiap peluang dan kesempatan yang ada. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut, dunia usaha saat ini harus mampu menciptakan karyawan yang berkinerja tinggi untuk perkembangan perusahaan. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebagai faktor utama, karena Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan komponen penting sebagai penggerak kegiatan produksi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Mengetahui pemberian motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Granulasi 1 PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Plant Banjaran. 2) Mengetahui disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Granulasi 1 PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Plant Banjaran. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Granulasi 1 PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. Plant Banjaran. Objek populasi penelitian ini adalah PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Banjaran. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah puposive sampling yaitu Bagian Produksi Granulasi 1 PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Banjaran dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan keberhasilan Bagian Produksi Granulasi 1 PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk. dalam mencapai target produksi sangat bergantung pada kualitas kinerja karyawan yang baik, maka dari itu peningkatan motivasi dan kedisiplinan sangat diperhatikan oleh organisasi.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah, Tbk Lingkup Jabar II. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah, Tbk Lingkup Jabar II yang berjumlah 78 orang sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengukur 14 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap turnover intention. Perusahaan diharapkan memperhatikan kepuasan karyawan dan dapat menurunkan tingkat turnover intention Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Negara Syariah Lingkup Jabar II

This article aims to determine the development of cooperatives in West Java at present, projections of the development of cooperatives in West Java in 2019 and the contribution of cooperatives to the economy of West Java. The research methods used are explanatory research, data collection conducted by surveys, interviews, observations, and FGD and using a simple regression analysis approach of secondary data sourced from BPS, Kemenkop , Dinas KUKM West Java province. The results of the study show that the condition of cooperatives in terms of quantity in West Java can now be said to deteriorate. Inactive cooperatives are far more than active cooperatives. Whereas in previous years, namely in 2015-2017 active cooperatives dominated more than inactive cooperatives and West Java cooperative contributions to state revenues were still relatively small.

This study aims to determine whether the procedures and planning for the audit of the financial statements of the cooperatives under the supervision of the Public Accounting Firm are by the Auditing Standards. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the cooperative financial statement data that has been audited by the Bandung City Cooperative Service based on interviews and other field findings. Primary data obtained directly from the results of interviews with the staff of supervision and auditing, and secondary data in question can be in the form of audit planning documentation of financial statements, which are summarized in the Audit Work Paper and general guidelines for auditing financial statements (Audit Manual) of the Bandung City Cooperative Office. This research at the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Bandung City is located on Jl. Kawaluyaan No. 2 Jatisari, Buahbatu District, Bandung City. After conducting an analysis based on interviews and documentation, the Bandung City Cooperative Service does not yet have an audit plan used as a guide in carrying out supervision and examination of the financial statements of Cooperatives in the City of Bandung. The inspection or audit should be carried out by a Public Accounting Firm and a public accountant because the task of the Bandung City Cooperative Service is only to collect cooperative data that will be examined. So after analyzing the financial statement audit planning according to SPAP, it can be seen that the design of the Bandung City Cooperative financial statement audit planning is not by the financial statement audit planning according to SPAP.

Koperasi INTI was a corporate taxpayer who received Tax Compensation for losses in 2016. This research aimed to know the Application of Cooperative Tax Accounting to Corporate Income Tax for Tax Loss Compensation received by Koperasi INTI as a corporate taxpayer. The research method used is descriptive comparative using case study approach. The data used include primary data with interviews and secondary data in the form of commercial and fiscal financial statements from Koperasi INTI. In the results of this research shows that Koperasi INTI in the application of Cooperative Accounting for Tax Loss Compensation (Law No.36 of 2008 Article 6 paragraph (2)) not maximal, because of an recording errors that affect commercial cooperatives for tax costs which should have been zero in 2017 and some SHU (Surplus) allocation costs which are recorded in commercial as operational costs so as to reduce the economic benefits of cooperative members which should be maximized.

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada berbagai aspek ekonomi salah satunya di bidang pariwisata. Kawasan wisata Rancaupas yang terletak di Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung ikut terkena dampaknya. Dampak yang signifikan terlihat pada penurunan jumlah pengunjung di awal masa pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang diterapkan oleh Perhutani Jawa Barat selaku pengelola Kawasan Wisata Rancaupas dalam meningkatkan minat wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keberhasilan penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang dilakukan dengan cara membuat strategi pemasaran, mengefisiensikan biaya serta meningkatkan keamanan dan pemeliharaan. Sebaiknya pengelola mendirikan fasilitas baru seperti cafeteria bernuansa outdoor dengan menyajikan pemandangan alam Rancaupas. Pengelola harus tetap menerapkan sistem pengendalian manajemen yang ada dan diharapkan agar sistem tersebut lebih ditingkatkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition have forced Micro, Small and Medum Enterprises (MSMEs) to have a good marketing strategy to remain competitive with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy and marketing mix in the digital era in facing competition from MSMEs. The research method in this study used a qualitative approach through interviews, observation, documentation and structured questionnaires with MSME owners. The explanation from the research shows that coffee is not just a drink to quench thirst, but also to find out its origins. Drinking coffee is a tradition for the people of Indonesia, it's just that coffee used to be consumed by the elderly, but now it's different from now where almost all people like to drink coffee. In running this MSME business using a marketing mix such as product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and promotion strategy. When viewed in terms of the digital era marketing strategy, MSMEs will step into the digitalization era and develop marketing and innovation. The results of the study show that the things that must be considered in online marketing are competitive prices, attractive packaging and easy access. In terms of implementing this technology, MSMEs use promotion and social media as a developing advertising method, communicating with consumers, collecting feedback and suggestions about coffee products.

The title of this study is an analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales at PT Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion in Bandung. This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy implemented by MSME businesses to increase sales. Methods of data analysis in this study researchers used descriptive data method with a qualitative approach. The collection of data in this study came from primary sources that came directly from employees, namely by using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan menghasilkan model sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis website sehingga menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah metode Research & Development (R&D). Dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi piutang dagang berbasis website ini dapat memudahkan bagian piutang dalam mengelola dan menganalisa piutang pelanggan PT Denko Wahana Sakti cabang Bandung. Sistem piutang yang berjalan pada PT Denko Wahana, yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, belum efektif. Ketika ada pelanggan yang melakukan pembayaran, admin harus memeriksa tagihan satu per satu untuk memastikan jumlahnya sesuai, yang memakan waktu lama. Hal ini mempengaruhi analisis umur piutang dan menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam penagihan piutang yang telah jatuh tempo. Perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi piutang dagang yang diusulkan dapat memudahkan bagian administrasi dalam mengelola piutang pelanggan yang jatuh tempo dan mengurangi risiko piutang tak tertagih. Rancang bangun ini juga dapat meminimalisir ketidakakuratan maupun duplikasi data yang diakibatkan oleh kehilangan file atau penyimpanan di berbagai tempat.
