Abstract

Bongkasa Village faces significant challenges in waste management, which has become increasingly complex due to population growth, cultural activities, and rising consumption. The Community Service Program (KKN-PMM) aims to evaluate the economic potential of waste management using an accounting approach, enabling efficient and sustainable management of waste. Additionally, this program seeks to empower the local community with knowledge and skills in environmentally friendly and economical waste management practices, contributing to the creation of a clean, healthy, and attractive village environment for eco-tourism development. This service indicates that although the community's knowledge of waste management is fairly good, there are differing views on the burden of waste management. To address this, it is recommended to implement activity-based budgeting that includes budget allocation for facilities, sorting technology, and incentive programs. By making appropriate budget allocations and ensuring good oversight, it is hoped that the efficiency and effectiveness of the waste management program can improve. Furthermore, continuous socialization and education through routine outreach programs are essential to enhance community knowledge, starting from elementary school students about the importance of waste sorting and its benefits for the environment. The support provided must be integrated with budget management to ensure that all aspects of the ongoing program can be optimized, fostering active community participation and improving waste management quality in Bongkasa Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by reviewing the effect of liquidity and debt ratios through the perspective of signaling theory. Using liquidity ratio proxied by Current Ratio (CR) and debt ratio measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the results showed that liquidity has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, with a significance value of 0.000 and beta -2.933. This indicates that the higher the liquidity, the lower the dividend policy applied by the company. On the other hand, the debt ratio has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, with a significance value of 0.000 and beta 0.729, which indicates that the higher the company's leverage, the greater the dividend policy distributed. This finding supports the signaling theory perspective, where companies use dividend policy to signal to investors about the company's financial condition and stability. This study suggests that firms consider the balance between liquidity, debt structure, and dividend policy, and pay attention to how these decisions can affect market perceptions and relationships with investors.

Abstract

The community service program which takes the title Physical Training Assistance: Improving the Quality of Table Tennis Athletes of the APC Table Tennis Association Club, is an activity that aims to improve the physical performance of table tennis athletes through targeted and measurable physical exercise. This program involves professional physical trainers who provide intensive assistance to athletes in improving strength, endurance, agility and reaction speed which are important aspects of table tennis. In addition, the program also educated local coaches and the community on the importance of physical training in supporting technical performance and reducing the risk of injury. The results of the program showed significant improvements in the physical aspects of athletes, with improvements in muscle strength, endurance, and agility that had a direct impact on on-court performance. The program also reduced the risk of injury through the application of proper warm-up techniques and educational exercises. The education provided succeeded in increasing the understanding of coaches and athletes about the importance of physical components in athlete development. The sustainability and replication of this program is expected to support the achievements of table tennis athletes in national and international competitions

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  di Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dan Universitas  PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali. Kegiatan pengabdian ini  bertujuan  1) Memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya mengelola SDM Masyarakat berbasis Nilai budaya dan kearifan masyarakat ; 2) Membantu  BUMDes  membuat laporan keuangan;    3) Mempererat kerjasama antara Universitas PGRI Madiun dengan Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia Bali bidang pengabdian masyarakat; 4) Menjalin kerjasama dengan Masyarakat Desa Singapadu Kaler Gianyar Bali.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan Tahap persiapan, Tahapan assesment  dan agreement, Tahap rencana aksi  dan implementasi kegiatan, Tahap evaluasi, Tahap  terminasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat untuk mengelola BUMDes sehingga memiliki unit usaha baru sesuai dengan kearifan lokal  masyarakat sekitar. 2) meningkatnya kemampuan pengeloa BUMDes dalam  pengelolaan  keuangan dengan microsof excel sehingga laporan keuangan lebih terlihat jelas alurnya sesuai standar akuntansi.  3) terjalinnya kerjasama pengabdian antara Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi UNIPMA dan UPMI Bali. Saran untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diperkuat   bagian  pengelolaan manajemen  BUMDes sehingga  tidak hanya berfokus ke laporan keuangan saja melainkan juga manajemen pengelolaan  yang lainnya.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop a local culture-based ecotourism model through the development of a jogging track integrated with the traditional Subak irrigation system. The activity was carried out in Bongkasa-Badung village, with a participatory approach and needs-based training methods. This program is not only directed at planning physical infrastructure development, but also at strengthening entrepreneurial capacity in a sustainable manner. There are seven strategic steps implemented, starting from initial observation, social mapping, to community training and coaching. The results of the community service show that the Subak jogging track can be an alternative ecotourism that is educational, environmentally friendly, and oriented towards preserving culture. Economically, various new business activities have emerged such as healthy stalls, farmers selling local products, and community-based local product management (tuak drinks). The main challenges in implementation are limited infrastructure and coordination between institutions. However, through the right communication strategy and contextual training, these obstacles can be overcome gradually. This community service provides practical implications for the development of locality-based tourism villages and is worthy of being replicated in areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) implemented at Buahan Kaja Village Market has demonstrated significant results in improving the financial and managerial capacity and green economic practices of traders. Following the training, understanding of daily cash flow recording increased from 30% to 85%, and separation of personal and business finances from 25% to 75%. In terms of stock management, understanding increased from 40% to 80%, while the use of business support tools such as calculators and safes jumped from 35% to 78%. Beyond the financial aspect, the training also successfully built environmental awareness: waste sorting practices increased from 20% to 70%, and awareness of stall cleanliness and hygiene increased from 45% to 85%. These results demonstrate that the educational and practical approach of the training, coupled with the provision of simple technology, is effective in building the foundation for more orderly, efficient, and sustainable small businesses. To maintain long-term impact, continued mentoring and the integration of digitalization into daily business practices are needed to strengthen the transformation of traditional markets into healthy and environmentally friendly business ecosystems. The novelty of this program lies in its integrated approach of financial literacy, management, and green economic practices, simultaneously applied in the context of village markets, a practice that has been rare until now. Future recommendations include strengthening groups through integration with formal institutions, so that program sustainability is embedded in internal institutional capacity, rather than solely dependent on facilitators.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce business competition makes the company always improve the synergies that exist within the company, namely the use of appropriate marketing strategies in accordance with the development of products and services produced by the company. Marketing programs can be designed using several programs simultaneously, including promotions, sales, personal selling, as well as company product development with the hope that the products and services produced by the company meet consumer needs and desires that can be increased to consumer value. This study was conducted to determine the effect of marketing strategy on consumer value mediated by product innovation (empirical study on rang-rang fabric craftsmen in the village of Pejukutan, sub-district of Nusa Penida). The method used by the sample in this study is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 96. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with the Moderated Regression Analysis interaction test. This test has met the requirements of the instrument test, classical assumption test and the appropriate model test. Based on the test results, it is known that marketing strategy has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient of 0.840 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and a marketing strategy moderated by product innovation has a significant effect on consumer value with a regression coefficient value of -0.017 and a significance of 0.007 <0.05 Therefore, product innovation variable is able to moderate the influence of marketing strategy on consumer value

Abstract

Edupreneurship adalah suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh individu untuk menggabungkan keterampilan antara pendidikan dan kewirausahan di dalam penciptaan nilai bagi Masyarakat. Kepribadian semangat jiwa wirausaha perlu dipupuk sedini mungkin, untuk meningkatkan kreatifivitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk dapat menumbuhkan semangat jiwa entreperenuership berbasis kearifan lokal, mengenalkan potensi desa kepada masyarakat muda di desa tersebut sehingga masyarakat dapat memulai usaha yang kreatif dan inovatif di dalam peningkatan taraf hidupnya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah persentasi dengan tatap muka dan diisi dengan memberikan penyuluhan nilai-nilai edupreneurship, potensi Desa dan kearifan lokal. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Seka Truna-Truni dan siswa SD dapat memahami nilai-nilai edupreneurship, potensi desa dan kearifan local sehingga dapat terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Selain itu, tumbuhnya jiwa entrepreneur pada Seka Truna-Truni dan siswa SD Desa Apuan kecamatan susut, Kabupaten Bangli.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on the decision to purchase starter cards, by considering the moderation of consumer behavior. Although many studies have highlighted the relationship between price and consumer purchasing decisions, this study explores whether consumer behavioral factors moderate this relationship in the context of the telecommunications industry. The survey method is used to collect data from respondents who are potential starter card users. The data analysis technique used is the t test with the Moderated Regression Analysis interaction test. This test meets the requirements of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and model suitability testing. Based on the test results, it is known that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.879 with a significance of 0.004 < 0.05 and consumer behavior has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.684 with a significance of 0.013 < 0.05. Meanwhile, price which is moderated by consumer behavior has no significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient value of -0.023 and a significance of 0.112 > 0.05. Thus, consumer behavior variables have not been able to moderate the influence of price on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha pertanian Kelompok Petani Muda Keren di Desa Buahan Kaja melalui integrasi pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, analisis biaya eksternalitas, dan penguatan strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendampingan berbasis partisipatif, pelatihan, dan bimbingan teknis yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada aspek pencatatan keuangan dari 42% menjadi 81%, analisis biaya eksternalitas dari 38% menjadi 76%, dan strategi pemasaran dari 45% menjadi 84%. Petani mulai menerapkan sistem pencatatan keuangan manual, memahami dampak lingkungan dari input kimia, serta membangun kemitraan distribusi dengan koperasi dan pasar lokal. Program ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan kapasitas manajerial petani muda, peningkatan efisiensi usaha, serta pergeseran menuju praktik pertanian yang lebih berkelanjutan. Secara umum, kegiatan ini mendukung pencapaian SDG 1, 2, 8, 12, dan 13. Selain itu, implementasi program juga mendukung kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) perguruan tinggi. Model pemberdayaan yang terintegrasi ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain sebagai praktik baik penguatan petani muda berbasis keuangan, lingkungan, dan distribusi. Community Empowerment of Young Farmers in Buahan Kaja through Financial Management, Sustainability Assessment, and Local Market Strategies Abstract This Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented to improve the sustainability of the farming enterprise of the Petani Muda Keren Group in Buahan Kaja Village through the integration of basic financial record-keeping training, externality cost analysis, and marketing strategy development. The program utilized a participatory mentoring model involving lecturers and students through training and technical guidance. Pre-test and post-test results showed increased participant understanding in financial record-keeping (from 42% to 81%), externality cost analysis (from 38% to 76%), and marketing strategy (from 45% to 84%). Farmers began applying manual bookkeeping systems, recognized the environmental impact of chemical inputs, and initiated distribution partnerships with local markets and cooperatives. This program contributed to strengthening the managerial capacity of young farmers, improving business efficiency, and fostering a shift toward more sustainable agricultural practices. Overall, the program supported the achievement of SDGs 1, 2, 8, 12, and 13. Moreover, the implementation aligns with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy and the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of higher education institutions. This integrated empowerment model is replicable in other rural areas as a best practice for youth farmer development based on finance, environment, and distribution systems.
