Abstract

Whether creative professionals embrace artificial intelligence (AI) depends not only on the tools themselves but on the psychological disposition users bring to technology. This study investigates technology readiness as a higher-order driver of the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness that underpin AI adoption among Indonesian digital creatives. Grounded in the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), technology readiness is modeled as a second-order reflective construct comprising two enabler dimensions, optimism and innovativeness, and two inhibitor dimensions, discomfort and insecurity, and is linked to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Data from 355 practitioners were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the repeated-indicators approach and 5,000 bootstrap resamples. The higher-order construct was valid and reliable, and all four dimensions loaded significantly, with the reverse-coded inhibitor dimensions, insecurity and discomfort, carrying the highest loadings, followed by optimism and innovativeness. Technology readiness significantly and positively influenced both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use strongly influenced perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use also partially mediated the effect of technology readiness on perceived usefulness. The findings show that overcoming discomfort and insecurity is as central to readiness as optimism and innovativeness, and that a favorable disposition makes AI tools feel both easier to use and, through that, more useful. The study contributes a dimension-level understanding of technology readiness and offers guidance for cultivating AI readiness in the creative industry.

Abstract

Advances in technology and improvements in computer processing power have opened up opportunities to implement various applications and algorithms that were once impossible to run on portable devices such as laptops and smartphones. One method that is gaining increasing recognition is artificial intelligence (AI), specifically Gemini 2.5 Flash Image (Nano Banana). This AI model is designed to offer advanced capabilities in creating realistic and detailed visual content. Data were collected from 125 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness. Social Influence and Perceived Usefulness have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention compared to Intrinsic Motivation and Perceived Ease of Use. Behavioral Intention influences Actual System Use in the real-world use of Gemini 2.5 Flash Image (Nano Banana). Abstract

E-commerce is now an important part of the lives of Indonesians, fuelled by the development of technology and smartphones. Recent studies have identified live streaming as a key trend in e-commerce, with particular reference to its use in increasing interaction between sellers and buyers. The most widely used platform for live streaming shopping is Shopee Live. This research focuses on fashion products, which show high purchase rates through Shopee Live. The change in consumer behaviour, from relying on product descriptions to direct interaction with sellers, raises questions about the factors that drive impulse purchases in this context. The present study has been designed to identify the factors that influence the impulse purchase of fashion products on Shopee Live. To this end, the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework has been adopted. Data was collected through a survey of respondents who had made fashion purchases on Shopee Live. The data were analysed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the variables of attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise have a positive and significant effect on perceived enjoyment, while product usefulness, purchase convenience, and product price have a positive influence on perceived usefulness. In addition, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment contribute significantly to the impulse purchase of fashion products.

Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information and communication technology system that manages and integrates all hospital service processes. The goal of this research is to investigate the impact of human, organizational, and technological factors on net benefits in implementing SIMRS at RSUD dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo. This study uses the Human Organization Technology (HOT) Fit information system analysis model consisting of system quality, information quality, service quality, compatibility, self-efficacy, system usage, user satisfaction, organizational structure, organizational environment, and net benefits. This research method uses quantitative analysis based on respondent data, namely SIMRS users at RSUD dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto City. The data was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS method and the SmartPLS 4 software. The findings revealed that only organizational structure can significantly impact net benefits directly.

Abstract

The latest innovation from business information technology that is popular until now is live streaming shopping, a new marketing concept that combines live streaming with shopping activities. The birth of this new marketing trend or concept has been adopted by many large platforms, one of which is Shopee. Some business people utilise this platform to promote various products with a more general target. Although it offers many advantages, there are still problems in the use of information technology in this feature. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing things that can influence consumer buying interest in the shopee live feature when viewed from the IT Affordance aspect with the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. This study indicates that IT Affordance through live streaming engagement has a positive effect on user purchase intention on the shopee live feature. These findings aim to identify the influence of IT Affordance and provide practical benefits for e-commerce users in order to design technology-based marketing strategies to increase engagement and support product purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study designs information security risk management for network operations and monitoring at PT RNet Mitra Sentosa using ISO/IEC 27005:2022 and FMEA. Asset identification was conducted across five categories (hardware, software, data & information, network & infrastructure, and human resources), with each risk assessed for its impact on the CIA triad and analyzed using Severity, Occurrence, and Detection parameters to generate Risk Priority Number (RPN). The findings identified 185 risk scenarios, with 11 priority risks (RPN ≥ 120) requiring immediate treatment. The two highest risks (RPN 210) relate to IT asset inventory inaccuracies and unauthorized access to inventory data, dominated by the Data & Information category. Treatment recommendations emphasize mitigation through asset management, access control, preventive maintenance, and security awareness, along with risk transfer for DDoS and traffic overload.
