Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of learning physical education for mentally retarded children at SLB in Langsa City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with survey techniques. Sources of data in this study were students and teachers of SLB Langsa City. Students used as research objects were students of class VII-VIII SLB Langsayang City, all of whom totaled 19 students and physical education teachers from SLB Langsayang City, totaling 2 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive analysis model based on qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the physical education learning process for mentally retarded children at SLB Langsa City was going very well. In learning the objective factors of physical education for mentally retarded children have reached a very good level, the material factors for physical education for mentally retarded children show good levels, the attitude and motivational factors of students show very good conditions, the teacher competency factor shows that teachers who teach physical education are adaptive for mentally retarded children SLB Kota Langsa has good competence, physical education infrastructure and facilities factors show adequate conditions, physical education evaluation factors are carried out properly. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to see how far the implementation of sports and health physical education (PJOK) during Covid-19 at SMP Negeri 1 Kutacane in 2020, this type of research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches with evaluation research types. The number of subjects was 25 people. The results of the study, even though in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Kutacane was still carried out, even with the physical sports and health education learning method using online media, the material taught was in accordance with the Learning Process Plan (RPP). The participation of students in PJOK learning was very enthusiastic even in a pandemic condition where the learning process for Physical Education Sports and Health continued using video/power point tutorials. In addition, the process of assessing students in online learning is carried out well

Abstract

Community service with the topic Socialization of the Dangers of Smoking at Lawe Sumur State High School has been carried out and succeeded well. The participation of students in participating in this court activity was very enthusiastic because the attendance rate of participants reached 100% (130 students) according to the target. The results of this outreach activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge after participating in this activity by 14.62%. Keywords: socialization, danger, smoking, Kutacane

Abstract

Pelatihan ini memiliki dua (2) tujuan untuk mempersipkan atlet yang akan berlaga dalam kejuaraan; 1) mampu memahami dan implementasi IPTEK Keolaharaga dalam perancangan pembauatan program latihan, 2) mampu memberikan menu sehat dan seimbang guna mendukung   pemenuhan   gizi atlet memberikan penanganan pertama pada   atlet yang mengalami cedera ringan dalam olahraga. Program pelatihan ini, Pedampingan dan Pengembangan SDM Implementasi, membantu pelatih untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja (melatih, dan berlatih) untuk mengantarkan cabang pencaksilat disekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, lebih berkontribusi dalam perkembangan dan kemajuan Bangsa dan Negara Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to promote Student Physical Fitness Gymnastics (SKJ) and produce Student SKJ instructors who have talent in the field of gymnastics. Apart from that, this community service is also carried out to empower the community, especially students at Titi Panjang Public Elementary School, Leuser District, by creating a routine for implementing Student SKJ on an ongoing basis which aims to increase the fitness of students, especially at Titi Panjang Public Elementary School, Leuser District. The target of this activity is Titi Panjang State Elementary School, Leuser District. The method used is training consisting of theory, discussion, training followed by practice/practice both individually, in groups and as a whole. The time required for this activity is 24 meetings over 2 months. The results of the SKJ Student Gymnastics training were that students at SD Negeri Titi Panjang, Leuser District who took part in this training activity were able to practice the SKJ Student movements and how to make the body healthy and fit by doing all the SKJ Student movements and they were able to repeat the exercises taught. The results obtained after carrying out this training were 82% of students at SD Negeri Titi Panjang, Leuser District, specifically grades 4, 5 and 6, who were able and willing to implement the Student SKJ as a routine activity twice a week at school. From the SKJ Student physical activity, it shows that there has been an increase in knowledge related to the physical activity of the SKJ Student Gymnastics movements. Related training has an impact on improving healthy and fit lifestyles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of achievement development for the Petanque sport in the FOPI Regional Government of Southeast Aceh Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources in this research were athletes, trainers and petanque administrators of the FOPI Regional Government of Southeast Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. This study found that the Petanque assisted by FOPI Southeast Aceh Regency has adequate facilities and infrastructure to support training. There are administrators who double as coaches, but manage management. The Petanque Club under the guidance of FOPI Southeast Aceh Regency still lacks funds for training needs and taking part in championships. Training schedule, management within the organization, achievement goals, and actual achievement In conclusion, the Petanque assisted by FOPI Southeast Aceh Regency has adequate facilities and infrastructure to support trainings. Abstract

The research findings indicate a significant positive impact on the learning process for the 800-meter middle distance run when employing a direct feedback reinforcement learning model and a scientific approach. The analysis reveals noteworthy improvements, with a 2.38% increase in the average student learning outcomes compared to the previous test. Furthermore, there was a substantial classical increase of 34.37%. Notably, the results of the second cycle demonstrate the attainment of the anticipated classical learning completeness criteria. This underscores the effectiveness of innovative and creative learning models in Physical Education, highlighting their essential role in accomplishing educational objectives. The study contributes valuable insights into pedagogical strategies that enhance student performance in sports education, providing a foundation for further research and educational practices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in VO2Max using the Interval Training training method in students of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh. This research is experimental research. The research sample consisted of 78 people, with total sampling. The design used in the research is Pre Test–Post Test Group Design. The research instrument uses a bleep test. Hypothesis testing used the paired t-test analysis technique (independent sample t-test) using SPSS with a significance level of p=0.05. Descriptive data analysis. The results of data analysis using the paired t-test showed an increase after carrying out the Interval Training training method for 6 weeks with a frequency of 3 times a week with the results of the pre-test. The results of the paired t-test between pre-test and post-test data on students of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program at Gunung Leuser University, Aceh were obtained with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means there was a significant increase in VO2Max among students of the University's Sports Coaching Education Study Program. Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan sebuah inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah mitra khususnya daerah terpencil melalui partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan dari perguruan tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan Kegiatan pengabdian KM 7 dimulai dari tahapan (1) pra kegiatan yakni pembekalan (pelatihan microteaching kepada mahasiswa kependidikan), Mitra yang Terlibat dalam Penugasan Program Kampus Mengajar; (2) Deskripsi Kegiatan Koordinator PT, (3) Deskripsi pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan Mahasiswa dan DPL; dan (4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi Kegiatan Mahasiswa dan DPL, (5) Hambatan dan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kegiatan (6) Kisah keberhasilan Program KM-7. Evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program menjadi hal yang penting untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, penilaian, dan refleksi terhadap kegiatan mahasiswa dan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan. Dengan komitmen dan kerjasama yang kuat antara semua pihak yang terlibat, Program Kampus Mengajar 7 memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah mitra dan menciptakan perubahan positif dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM tentang pengembangan kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan se-kabupaten Aceh Tenggara bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Upaya mewujudkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dilakukan melalui sektor pendidikan dengan cara penguatan kapasitas penguasaan berbagai inovasi teknologi termasuk progam pelatihan pembuatan proposal metode penelitian pengembangan untuk pemecahan masalah pembelajaran sebagai bagian dari upaya memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran berrbasis penelitian. Selain itu tujuan pelatihan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan diharapkan memberi efek dalam memecahkan masalah pembelajaran berupa luaran produk pembelajaran bagi guru PJOK maupun dapat pula mengembangkan aspek latihan untuk guru PJOK sebagai pendidik menghadapi tantang inovasi menggunakan perangkat teknologi saat ini. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode: ceramah dan tanya jawab, demonstrasi, latihan dan praktik. Materi pelatihan disajikan dengan lebih banyak praktek dari teori, dengan rasio perbandingan 25 % teori dan 75 % praktek. . Tempat pelatihan dilakukan di ruang gedung Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Gunung Leuser Aceh. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 7 Hari yaitu mulai tanggal 28 Oktober Sampai dengan tanggal 2 November Tahun 2024.
