Abstract

(1) Konselor dalam rangka pendampingan atlet Aceh pada persiapan PONXXI/2024 Aceh-Sumut. (2). Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memperlancar pendampingan atlet Aceh pada persiapan PONXXI/2024 Aceh-Sumut.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Sport Senter Banda Aceh mulai tanggal 26 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2024. Kesimpulan Pelaksanaan dari program kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat (PKM) ini sudah berjalan dengan lancar Selain itu, atlet juga menunjukkan kemajuan nyata dalam penguasaan teknik manajemen stres. Sebanyak 80% peserta melaporkan keberhasilan dalam menerapkan teknik pernapasan dan mindfulness yang diajarkan selama sesi pelatihan. Teknik ini membantu mereka mengelola tekanan secara efektif, baik selama latihan maupun saat menghadapi situasi kompetitif. Penguasaan teknik tersebut menjadi salah satu langkah penting dalam mempersiapkan mental atlet agar lebih fokus dan percaya diri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about students' interest in learning physical education, sports and health at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kiri Subulussalam City. In this study researchers used a non-experimental quantitative approach with the type of survey research and the research design was comparative. The variables in this study are the difference between science class and social class (independent variable) and interest in learning physical education, sports, and health (dependent variable). The population in this study were all students of the Science and Social Sciences Department of SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kiri Subulussalam City and the sample of this study were four classes. The results of the analysis of the interest of science and social studies class students towards learning physical education, sports, and health at SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Kiri Kota Subulussalam is that there is no significant difference can be seen from the results of the tcount value of 1.249 the value is declared insignificant at the 5% accuracy level because the sig. (2-tailed) value in the calculation is 0.214> more than the alpha value (a=0.05). The interest of science classes and social studies classes in learning physical education, sports and health is included in the medium category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between height and shooting accuracy in the sport of petanque at Petanque University Gunung Leuser Aceh.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between height and shooting accuracy in the sport of petanque at Petanque University Gunung Leuser Aceh. The population in this study were those who had participated in the Regional Student Sports Week (POMDA) of petanque sports and researchers used the total sampling theory of the entire population as a sample. The instrument used to determine height is the stadiomete / meter test. Meanwhile, to measure shooting accuracy using the shooting game station. From hypothesis testing the results obtained, height has a relationship with shooting accuracy in petanque sports in petanque athletes at Gunung Leuser University Aceh, where the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.45> rtab value ɑ (0.05 = 0.444) with a coefficient of determination = 0.20 or 20%. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between height and shooting accuracy in petanque sports in petanque athletes at Gunung Leuser University Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of PJOK learning in the Merdeka Curriculum in three sub-district public high schools, namely Trumon sub-district, Central Trumon sub-district and East Trumon sub-district (Trumon Raya), South Aceh Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 11 PJOK teachers at State High Schools in Trumon Raya, Aceh Regency. The instruments used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. For the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The following research results were obtained: PJOK learning planning in the Independent Curriculum is included in the adequate category. This is proven by the fact that many PJOK teachers are not prepared enough to prepare learning tools for the Independent Curriculum. The implementation of PJOK learning in the Merdeka Curriculum is categorized as adequate because the teacher's learning implementation has been carried out in preliminary, core, and closing stages, and learning is no longer centered on the teacher but on students. Evaluation of PJOK learning in the independent curriculum is categorized as sufficient because the teacher assesses the results of daily tests, mid-semester tests, and end-of-semester tests and assesses them cognitively, psychometrically, and effectively. Conclusion: In planning for PJOK learning in the independent curriculum, it can be concluded that the teacher implementing PJOK learning with the independent curriculum at Se Trumon Raya State High School, South Aceh Regency, is preparing teaching tools quite well.
