Abstract

This community service activity in financial literacy education was carried out at the Bogor City Foundation for Persons with Disabilities. The rise of financial technology-based applications has a worrying impact for people with disabilities because they do not understand reliable financial services. Their low financial literacy is vulnerable to being exploited by a number of parties who offer irrational financing and investments. This financial literacy education aims to increase the understanding of persons with disabilities on access to financial services. The method of activity begins with problem identification through meetings with foundations for persons with disabilities, followed by education through video screenings, posters, and financial literacy presentations. This activity was greeted with a very enthusiastic response from persons with disabilities and their families. After this activity took place, they understood more about bank and non-bank financial services, no longer believed in bombastic investment offers, realized the importance of saving, did not install unnecessary financial technology applications, and avoided online lending.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze the factors that influence the financial inclusion of domestic tourism with a quantitative approach. The research findings contain novelty of empirical research which is expected to contribute to the study of financial inclusion and the study of the preferences of tourism which are still very limited. The object of research is a member of the Cheap Holidays Facebook group who has been actively traveling in the last three years. Based on the multivariate linear regression analysis technique, partially it turns out that only financial behavior variables have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion, while financial literacy and financial skills variables have no significant effect on financial inclusion. However, simultaneously these three variables have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion. It is recommended that further research expands respondents and integrates demographic and geographic data for domestic tourism for a more comprehensive analysis of the determinants of financial inclusion. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja perusahaan sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019 dalam hal pengembalian aset (ROA), perputaran total aset (TATO), dan koefisien nilai tambah intelektual (VAICâ„¢) terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ini adalah praktik umum yang memanfaatkan purposive sampling untuk memperoleh data sekunder dalam penelitian. Regresi linier berganda kemudian digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data. Perputaran total aset (TATO) terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pengembalian aset (ROA) dan koefisien nilai tambah intelektual (VAICTM) keduanya memiliki pengaruh yang substansial. Ukuran sampel yang kecil, merupakan kelemahan penelitian ini. Peneliti merekomendasikan untuk memperpanjang durasi studi di masa depan untuk meningkatkan keandalan temuan mereka.

Abstract

Abstract The marketing of pottery is getting better because the successors of these SMEs are no longer stuttering technology, they have made sales through various social media, there are even young pottery entrepreneurs who have been able and concentrated on selling their pottery abroad, although the standard of pottery for export must meet the requirements and high standards, so it requires painstakingness as well as caution in its manufacture. The problems experienced by partners are 1) Melikan Village has the potential to develop pottery products, moreover pottery is one of Klaten's brand images (precisely Melikan Wedi village), how to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) Pottery in Melikan Village, Wedi District, still has potential and still exists, for that it needs to be supported how pottery marketing can be improved so as to accelerate growth, 3) how to make Melikan Wedi pottery SMEs able to compete with competitors. The objectives of this assistance and coaching are 1) to prepare an effective marketing strategy, 2) to accelerate growth, 3) to be able to compete with competitors. The methods applied to overcome partner problems are a) providing educational provision of mentoring, coaching training so that Melikan pottery SMIs are able to analyse their marketing, b) organising mentoring, training on better marketing methods to produce more effective marketing, c) providing training to pottery human resources in order to strengthen the human resources of Melikan pottery SMIs to be able to compete with other pottery competitors. The targets and outcomes achieved in this mentoring and coaching programme are to provide an identity as a pottery craftsman who is able to compete and continue to grow into a solid pottery SMI, provide direction and guidance to focus on pottery marketing analysis programmes and coaching of stakeholders as well as the effectiveness of pottery marketing. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan tingginya tingkat keinginan auditor untuk berpindah tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention auditor pada KAP di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta desain penelitian kausalitas. Dalam penelitian ini menerangkan pengaruh variabel independen yang terdiri dari work overload dan job satisfaction terhadap variabel dependen yaitu turnover intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di wilayah Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden auditor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan disebarkan dengan teknik survei angket (kuesioner) kepada responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan variabel bebas yaitu work overload dan job satisfaction secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
