Abstract

ABSTRACT Smoothies are made from fruit and vegetables. The manufacture of smoothie products does not only rely on making produsts that are nutritious but also acceptable to the publicin terms of taste, aroma, texture, and color. The addition of red beans was chosen because in general people only know red beans for processed vegetables, while red beans are high in protein and iron. The purpose of this study was to determine the iron content of Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans. This study is a preexperimental study with a post test design group desaign,comparing Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of 15% red beans with Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of 20% red beans. The results of the research on Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans formula X2 has a higher iron content is 101.71 mg, while formula X1 is 86.22 mg. it is recommended for futher researchers to analyze the protein content of Ambon banana smoothie with the addition of red beans. Keywords: Smoothie, Ambon Banana, Red  Beans, Iron Levels

Abstract

The development of financial institutions is currently experiencing a significant increase, this can be seen from the increase in the number of offices of financial institutions, especially in Islamic banking. This development is certainly a challenge for financial institutions, to maintain the customers they have. However, there are also many Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks that have lost their customers for various reasons. In this study, it has a specific goal , namely to see whether Islamic banks have implemented Customer Relations Management in maintaining and increasing the number of their customers. The object of research in this research is Bank Sumut KCPsy Multatuli. The method used for the completion of the research is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained, that Bank SUMUT KCPSy has implemented Customer Relationship Management, namely in the dimensions of people, processes and technology, so that many customers feel comfortable with the services provided at Bank SUMUT KCPSy Multatuli.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management, Customers, Loyalty

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The place of research is in kindergarten TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 1 child who experienced delays in speech and TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru Kindergarten teachers. The object of this study is the Delay in Children's Talk in Language Development at the Age of 5-6 Years in TK Negeri Pembina 1 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques with observation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Kindergarten 1 Pekanbaru teacher kindergarten class, when learning children experience less listening or not listening when the teacher explains. When asked, it is necessary to repeat several times the new question he answered. When giving an answer the child only answers with a few words. When the child is called by his mother sometimes does not respond, it is necessary to call several times before he responds. When spoken to children sometimes only answer a few words of questions from his mother sometimes he also does not answer just stay quiet. When asked the questions he often does, he answers with answers yes or already. Like doing homework, eating, and taking a shower.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to determine the influence of price and Halal Label on Purchasing Decisions for Emina cosmetics in the Surakarta area. This observation uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained by distributing documents or questionnaires and collecting responses from a sample of 55 participants. This observation was analyzed using Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) to propose hypotheses, and used a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis test carried out, it shows that prices and halal labels have a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of halal packaging and labels on purchasing decisions for Pop Mie products in Surakarta. This research adopts a quantitative method, collecting primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to 52 respondents. Analysis is conducted using Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) to evaluate hypotheses, employing a quantitative approach. The results of the PLS analysis indicate that halal packaging and labels have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether job training, work experience and career development influence work productivity at the Class 1B Boyolali District Court. The population of this study were all employees at the District Court 1 Bpyplali class 1B. The number of samples used in this research was 40 respondents. The variables used in this research are job training, work experience, career development and work productivity. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS and SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, career development has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Indah Lestari merupakan tempat usaha yang menyediakan bahan bangunan yang dijual secara umum kepada masyarakat, dalam proses transaksi penjualan bahan bangunan dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan sehingga sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam dalam proses pembayaran. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk membantu administrasi dalam pembuatan data laporan, serta menghindari kesalahan pada proses pembayaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif untuk membangun pengetahuan melalui pemahaman dan penemuan di toko bangunan tersebut. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan data penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dibuatnya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Point Of Sales Pada PT. Indalah Lestari Dengan Metode Berbasis Web yang dapat mengelola data produk, data pesanan proses pembayaran, dan cetak laporan penjualan.
