Abstract

Green finance has become a strategic instrument in supporting the sustainable energy transition in Indonesia, especially in the development of the renewable energy sector. This study aims to identify the contribution of green finance to the growth of the renewable energy sector as well as its impact on the financial performance of energy companies in Indonesia. Using a case study approach, this study analyzes the financial data of energy companies and the green finance policies implemented. The research method uses a case study approach with the analysis of energy company financial data and green finance policies implemented in Indonesia. The study population consisted of energy companies operating in the renewable energy sector, with samples taken based on the availability of financial data and involvement in green finance. The results show that green finance significantly encourages increased investment in renewable energy projects, which contributes to accelerating the achievement of the national net-zero emission target. In addition, green finance also has a positive impact on the financial performance of energy companies, reflected in the increase in asset value and sustainable profitability. Supportive funding policies, including fiscal incentives and regulations that facilitate access to green capital, are key factors in the successful implementation of green finance. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating green finance policies in national energy development strategies to ensure environmental sustainability while increasing the competitiveness of the energy industry. These findings provide practical implications for policymakers and industry players in designing effective funding mechanisms to support the clean energy transition in Indonesia. Green finance not only serves as a financing tool, but also as a driver of economic transformation towards low-carbon development and recommends strengthening regulatory frameworks and building institutional capacity to expand scale and effectiveness in the future.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Bitcoin on the Indonesian banking sector, emphasizing both the innovative opportunities and the challenges it presents. The research highlights Bitcoin's potential to enhance financial inclusion and drive technological growth while also identifying significant hurdles such as regulatory issues, security risks, and market volatility. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study provides a nuanced analysis of Bitcoin's dual role as both a beneficial and threatening force within the financial landscape. It categorizes research variables into dependent, independent, and control groups to better understand their interactions and influence on traditional banking systems. The paper identifies a critical gap in existing literature regarding Bitcoin's specific effects on Indonesian banking operations, offering an empirical foundation for future research. The findings underscore the evolving regulatory frameworks and Bitcoin's complex role in the banking sector, highlighting the need for strategic management and careful regulation to harness its potential benefits while mitigating associated risks.

Abstract

This research aims to improve product quality by applying the Total Quality Management (TQM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Six Sigma (SS) analysis approach as an effective improvement strategy to reduce the number of defects in the production process. This research method uses a quantitative method involving field surveys, data collection, and statistical analysis to identify the factors that cause dominant defects in the hydrogel production cycle in Wook Global Tecknology, PT using SmartPLS through an outer model tester, inner model and hypothesis testing. The sample used is a saturated sample, namely all employees in the quality control, totaling 83 employees. By identifying deviations from predetermined quality standards, this research aims to increase accuracy and consistency in the process production. The research results show that TQM and SCM does not have a significant effect on reducing product defect (RPD), but SS has a significant effect on reducing defective product.

Abstract

Environmental issues have become a global concern regarding the increasing impact of damage by company operations such as greenhouse gas emissions and toxic toxins, piles of plastic waste etc. This research aims to test the implementation of the circular economy concept which is influenced by the effects of the supply chain, green environment and economic growth through the recycled plastic industry. This research is based on a quantitative methodology with population data coming from members of ADUPI within the scope of plastic recycling industry activities in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings. The respondent sample data collection technique used the purposive random sampling method which was calculated using the SmartPLS statistical application program. The findings of this research indicate that the application of the circular economy concept in the research area has had little impact on environmental change for the better, reducing the burden of environmental pollution only. Apart from that, the length of the plastic recycling process for the output process is not commensurate with the significant economic added value to increase the community's economic growth. However, the overall effect of supply chain activities has a positive contribution to the implementation of the circular economy concept of 50.5%.
