Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala produktivitas kelompok rintisan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kelompok rintisan mengalami hambatan dalam pengelolaan usaha, keterbatasan wawasan terkait bisnis dan teknik marketing, serta inovasi. Sehingga beresiko pada usaha, modal, waktu dan tenaga. Evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan terhadap peluang bisnis yang ingin dijalankan untuk dapat menerapkan strategi yang lebih baik dan sesuai ide bisnisnya. Fungsi lain adalah memberikan wawasan terkait penyebab kegagalan usaha yang dijalankan, karena hal ini menyangkut kelangsungan sebuah usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether MSMEs' intentions to adopt e-wallets are influenced by perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and promotion. Naturally, the findings of this study should be considered by MSMEs actors in their decision to adopt e-wallets and switch to digital payment methods because MSMEs must be able to adapt to conditions both during and after the pandemic by utilizing E-Wallet as a method of payment. This study relied on quantitative descriptive research to develop its concept, and previous studies carried out the research. The data that will be managed with the help of the Smart PLS tool will be distributed to a total of 250 respondent populations in the Jabodetabek area. The results of this study state that perceived ease of use and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on the intention to adopt an e-wallet. In contrast, the promotion does not affect the intention to adopt an e-wallet. From the results of this study, it can be a consideration for MSME players to switch to digital and expand payment facilities with e-wallets that are easy to use and low risk so that consumers feel comfortable making payments.Keywords: E-Wallet, intention to adopt, MSMEs, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, promotion

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan argumen bahwa perilaku konsumen pada sebuah merek didorong oleh  kepercayaan, emosi yang terbangun dan kualitas produk oleh merek tersebut serta seberapa kuat keterikatan emosional terhadap merek. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada konsumen sebuah brand bisnis Kesehatan mata yang mempunyai cabang khususnya di Pulau Jawa. 100 responden dari konsumen dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini yang berada di Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Bandung, Cilegon, Serang, Karawang, Cikampek Bogor, Cianjur, Cirebon dan Sukabumi. Hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa Kualitas Merek yang dipertimbangkan dalam Loyalitas Merek. Implikasi manajerial dan akademik juga disajikan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Culture, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Work Commitment (Case Study of Administrative Staff of Members in the Prosperous Justice Party Fraction of the DPR RI). The research uses a causal quantitative method, namely knowing the influence between the variables studied. The results of the research, Work Culture towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.282 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (2.572 > 1.96). Work Motivation towards Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.136 and has a t-statistic value < t-table (1.665 < 1.96). Job Satisfaction with Work Commitment has an original sample value of 0.484 and has a t-statistic value > t-table (4.543 > 1.96). Conclusion, Work Culture, Motivation and Satisfaction with Work Commitment have a positive influence on work commitment (Study of Administrative Staff of Members of the DPR RI PKS Fraction). Abstract

Development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Situgadung Village, Tangerang, by Universitas Dian Nusantara (UNDIRA) through a partnership with IKRT Family Care Plus emerges as a solution to address challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly in management, technological adaptation, and product certification. The program provides technological support for MSMEs, including initiatives for financial reporting, SOP development, online marketing, and strengthening human resource competencies. UNDIRA's involvement in financial reporting, production tool design, and process automation is expected to have a positive impact on the growth of IKRT Family Care Plus, generating employment opportunities, and enhancing the quality of environmentally friendly products. This program can also serve as a partnership model for other educational institutions, reinforcing MSMEs, and supporting environmental sustainability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pemantauan media sosial dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas strategi Public Relations (PR). Dengan menggunakan alat pemantauan berbasis AI seperti Brandwatch, Meltwater, dan NVivo, penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana AI membantu organisasi dalam mendeteksi krisis, menganalisis sentimen, dan mengelola reputasi secara lebih efektif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan profesional PR dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memperkuat kemampuan PR dalam merespons perubahan tren dengan lebih cepat dan personalisasi komunikasi yang lebih efektif.
