Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matik di Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk memperoleh data yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna sepeda motor matik di Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Cochran sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil pengujian instrumen penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan yang digunakan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas sehingga layak digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Selain itu, hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data penelitian berdistribusi normal dan terbebas dari masalah multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matik di Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik. Kualitas produk juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, kelompok referensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, harga, kualitas produk, dan kelompok referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matik. Dengan demikian, semakin baik persepsi konsumen terhadap ketiga variabel tersebut, maka semakin tinggi tingkat keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matik.

Abstract

Introduction: Incomplete documentation often occurs as a result of nurses' non-compliance in carrying out professional work, where documents should have completeness and accuracy in accordance with standard operating procedures in hospitals. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality of nursing work life (QNWL) and compliance with phlebitis prevention bundle documentation. Methods: Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach conducted in February 2024 at RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. The sample size was 148 respondents from 203 populations recruited using probability type cluster random sampling. The independent variable is QNWL and the dependent variable is compliance with phlebitis prevention bundle documentation. Correlation test using spearmen rho with SPSS version 22 software. Results: The research results showed that the QNWL of nurses was in the sufficient category at 75% and compliance with documentation of the pheblitis prevention bundle was mostly in the adequate category at 44.6%. The results of the correlation test show that there is a significant relationship, namely p-value 0.001 (p<0.05). The Correlation Coefficient value is 0.261, which means there is a strong correlation between QNWL and compliance with phlebitis prevention bundle documentation. Conclusion: This research provides the view that improving the quality of life of nurses' performance will increase nurses' compliance in carrying out phlebitis prevention bundle documentation.

Abstract

The development of the manufacturing industry in the digital era requires organizations to adapt through digital transformation supported by employee digital skills and organizational innovation culture in order to improve employee performance. This study aims to understand the meaning of digital transformation, digital skills, and organizational innovation culture in shaping employee performance in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of scientific books, national and international journal articles, and relevant institutional reports on the research theme. The results and discussion show that digital transformation is interpreted as a change in work systems and technology-based human resource management patterns, digital skills play a role as the main capacity of employees in operating and utilizing technology effectively, and organizational innovation culture functions as a social environment that encourages adaptation, collaboration, and continuous learning. These three aspects interact with each other and together shape employee performance that is more adaptive, productive, and competitive. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving employee performance in the manufacturing industry requires alignment between digital transformation strategies, strengthening employee digital skills, and internalizing an organizational culture of innovation in a sustainable manner.
