Abstract

Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi merubah banyak sudut pandang dari berbagai unsur, tidak terkecuali lembaga perguruan tinggi dalam berinteraksi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital, khusunya website telah menjadi aspek penting dalam memperkuat citra perguruan tinggi dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat luas. Website perguruan tinggi saat ini menjadi titik kontak pertama kali bagi calon mahasiswa, orangtua, alumni dan pemangku kepentingan lainya. Namun ada kalanya tampilan user interface tidak sepenuhnya memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna. Salah satu penyebanya adalah tidak sesuainya desain user interface tersebut dengan kemampuan ergonomi pengguna. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain user interface website perguruan tinggi yang efektif, bukan hanya soal estetika namun desain user interface juga harus memperhitungkan kemampuan kognitif dan afektif sehingga memenuhi usability yang memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan informasi yang mereka butuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari pengaruh  peran komponen desain terhadap aspek kognitif, afektif dan sikap pengguna. Serta memberikan usulan desain user interface website untuk perguruan tinggi yang mempertimbangkan kemampuan ergonomi manusia. Metode kuantitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner kepada responden kemudian hasil kuisioner akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS 4 untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah komponen desain font dan layout memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan kognitif dengan sikap. Sedangkan komponen desain warna memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan kognitif dengan sikap dan hubungan dengan afektif dengan sikap. Dari penelitian ini juga didapatkan bahwa font dengan jenis roboto, layout dengan jenis modular dan warna background biru menjadi yang paling dominan dipilih oleh responden.

Abstract

Inovasi dan kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use or usability) e-Government merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penerimaan e-Government di kalangan masyarakat, baik pengguna internal pemerintahan maupun masyarakat pada umumnya. Mengingat pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mobile, pengembangan website dalam versi mobile merupakan inovasi dalam upaya meningkatkan keterlibatan dan keinginan masyarakat untuk menggunakan website e-Government. Selain itu, berdasarkan aspek kemudahan, penting bagi desainer atau developer mobile website untuk memahami dan menyesuaikan desain mobile website dengan target pengguna. Dalam merancang desain visual, perancang juga diminta untuk mempertimbangkan aspek psikomotorik, kognitif, dan afektif pengguna untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi. Ketiga aspek tersebut biasa digunakan oleh pengguna untuk menilai apakah suatu inovasi teknologi mudah diterima atau tidak oleh pengguna

Abstract

This study uses the BERT architectural technique to identify schema exfiltration in a neural network-based Text-to-SQL system. The growing usage of Large Language Models (LLM) in Text-to-SQL systems, which may provide a danger of database schema leaking through user prompts, provides the context for this study. This research challenge is how to use a deep learning model to reliably and adaptively identify prompt modifications that could carry out exfiltration techniques. The study employed a deep learning strategy with a feedforward neural network as the classifier and the BERT architecture as the primary encoder. There were 20 classes in all, consisting of 19 exfiltration scheme categories and 1 benign class. The dataset was created using a variety of sources, including WikiSQL, DatabaseAnswers, and educational datasets. It was then subjected to tokenisation, labelling, and normalization processes. The model obtains an accuracy of 0.9462, precision of 0.8425, recall of 0.7483, F1-score of 0.7926, and precise match accuracy of 0.7596, according to the data. Additionally, the study demonstrated that the model outperformed implicit suggestions like role switching and prompt injection in identifying explicit prompts. The study concludes that while there are still issues with enhancing detection capabilities for intricate manipulating patterns, the BERT-based approach can provide good performance in identifying schema exfiltration in Text-to-SQL systems.

Abstract

The Prevention, Eradication, Abuse, and Illicit Trafficking of Narcotics (P4GN) program through the BERSINAR Village in Tulungagung Regency still faces problems in the dissemination of information that tends to be conventional, unintegrated, and difficult for the public to access widely. This condition has an impact on the low reach of information, minimal public understanding, and limited public participation in supporting the P4GN program. This study aims to develop a BERSINAR Village information system website that functions as an integrated medium for delivering program information, a means of policy socialization, and public education regarding the dangers of narcotics and prevention efforts. The website development was carried out using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which includes the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing, with an emphasis on user involvement in each stage of development. System requirements data were collected through observation and interviews with relevant parties, then analyzed to determine the system's features and functionality. System testing was carried out using black box testing to ensure all functions run according to requirements. The results of the study indicate that the developed website is able to support more effective information delivery and has the potential to increase community participation in the BERSINAR Village program.

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has enabled the creation of deepfake content that is increasingly realistic and difficult to distinguish from authentic media. The widespread dissemination of deepfakes on social media, particularly TikTok, has generated diverse public responses due to risks of misinformation, opinion manipulation, and ethical concerns. As one of the most popular platforms in Indonesia, TikTok provides a space for public opinion through user comments. This study aims to analyze public sentiment toward deepfake content on TikTok using a deep learning approach based on the IndoBERT model. The dataset consists of 4,000 Indonesian-language comments collected through web scraping using deepfake-related keywords. Sentiment labeling was conducted using a lexicon-based approach and classified into positive, neutral, and negative categories. The research process includes text preprocessing, data splitting, and IndoBERT fine-tuning. Model performance is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that negative sentiment dominates, indicating public concern over potential misuse of deepfake technology. This study provides insights for policymakers and platform stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based electronic service system at Rama Jaya Service Electronic to improve the effectiveness of repair service management and customer communication. The study uses the Agile Kanban software development method, which allows the development process to be carried out in stages and adaptively according to user needs. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database and is equipped with service management, transaction, chatbot, WhatsApp integration, and user dashboard features. The system quality was evaluated through Black Box Testing, System Usability Scale (SUS), and GTmetrix to assess aspects of system functionality, usability, and performance. The results of the study indicate that the developed system is able to support the management of electronic services more effectively and structured, accelerate the delivery of information to customers, and improve service quality. Thus, the developed web-based electronic service system can be a solution to support the digitalization of business processes at Rama Jaya Service Electronic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Aplikasi GPS Tracking dan Laporan Digital yang dapat digunakan secara operasional di lingkungan Polres Tulungagung. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Sistem yang dikembangkan terdiri dari dua komponen utama, yaitu dashboard web berbasis Laravel untuk administrator dan aplikasi mobile berbasis Flutter untuk personel lapangan. Integrasi real-time diwujudkan melalui Pusher WebSocket dengan mekanisme fallback polling REST API, serta algoritma Dead Reckoning berbasis formula Haversine untuk menghasilkan animasi pergerakan marker yang mulus pada render loop 60 FPS. Fitur utama sistem meliputi GPS tracking real-time dengan visualisasi peta interaktif menggunakan Leaflet.js dan flutter_map, manajemen instruksi dan jadwal patroli, pelaporan digital dengan lampiran foto dan video, checkpoint lokasi, ekspor laporan PDF menggunakan DomPDF, serta autentikasi berbasis Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Background service foreground Android memastikan pelacakan GPS tetap berjalan meskipun aplikasi diminimisasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan seluruh fitur yang direncanakan berhasil dikembangkan dan berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan operasional Polres Tulungagung.

Abstract

Drug misuse in Indonesia continues to pose a significant and far-reaching challenge, influencing multiple sectors of society, including the Tulungagung region. The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Tulungagung encounters various obstacles in delivering traditional outreach programs, notably constraints in manpower and infrastructure, the extensive geographical scope, and limited public engagement. In response to these issues, this research focuses on designing and developing a web-based e-learning platform to provide organized and easily accessible education on the dangers of drug abuse. The system is built using the Laravel framework and adopts the Extreme Programming (XP) approach, involving iterative cycles of planning, designing, coding, and testing.The resulting platform incorporates several key features, including user administration, pre-assessment, instructional content delivery, post-assessment, remedial modules, learning progress monitoring, digital certification, and an administrative dashboard for system oversight. Findings from the study demonstrate that the application performs in accordance with the defined functional specifications and effectively facilitates a structured learning process. Therefore, this e-learning platform is anticipated to enhance the efficiency of P4GN educational initiatives while also broadening the scope of digital outreach efforts conducted by BNN Tulungagung.

Abstract

The advent of digital technology over the past decade has transformed the way higher education institutions deliver services to their academic communities. Digital transformation has positioned academic websites as the primary communication channel between students and higher education institutions, yet interface evaluation continues to rely on perception-based methods that fail to capture actual user behavior. This study analyzes interaction patterns of users on a simulative academic information website, identifies interface elements that create friction, and proposes evidence-based design improvements. A quantitative descriptive approach was adopted using Microsoft Clarity as the data collection instrument, which automatically recorded click heatmap, scroll heatmap, movement heatmap, and session replay data. Thirty interaction sessions from 21 unique users were gathered through purposive sampling of active students at Bhinneka PGRI University Tulungagung. The findings reveal that click intensity was concentrated on the homepage and the "Kampus" menu, while average scroll depth reached only 57.11%, session duration averaged 1.1 minutes, and the quick-back rate stood at 36.67%. Additionally, a dead-click rate of 6.67% was observed, reflecting user confusion toward visually interactive but non-responsive elements. Taken together, these results demonstrate that the Microsoft Clarity heatmap method is capable of surfacing usability problems that conventional perception-based evaluation approaches consistently overlook.

Abstract

Manual zakat management at BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency still faces various obstacles, such as data recording errors, delays in report preparation, and less than optimal transparency of zakat fund distribution information. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a web-based E-Zakat System that suits the operational needs of BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency. The study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with data collection through observation and interviews with BAZNAS managers to identify system requirements. The software development process applies the Feature-Driven Development (FDD) method which includes five stages, namely Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, and Build by Feature. The system was developed using the Laravel Livewire 3 framework with a MySQL database, and is equipped with features for managing muzakki and mustahiq data, zakat payments and distribution, content management, WhatsApp notifications, and user management. System evaluation was carried out using Black Box Testing. The test results showed that all 47 test scenarios were successfully executed according to their functions, so that the system was declared suitable for use to support more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable zakat management.
