Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah terkait relevansi kesetaraan gender dan status perempuan bekerja terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga di Indonesia berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yaitu dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa tidak ada dikotomi ruang publik bagi perempuan maupun laki-laki dalam pekerjaan. Keduanya memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama. Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil alamin pun secara tegas menerangkan tentang kebebasan manusia berkarya dan bekerjasama dalam ?amar ma?ruf nahi munkar?. Di samping itu, dalam lingkup kenegaraan di Indonesia, perhatian atas kesetaraan hak dan kewajiban bekerja juga diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Dengan adanya kesetaraan gender dalam pekerjaan ini, memberikan peluang bagi perempuan untuk ikut serta dalam memenuhi perekonomian keluarga. Sehingga secara langsung akan merubah sumber pendapatan rumah tangga yang awalnya hanya 1 (satu) sumber yaitu suami menjadi 2 (dua) sumber yaitu suami dan istri. Terbentuknya sinergitas antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam sektor domestik maupun publik, akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, baik material (keuangan) maupun non material.

Abstract

This study aims to identify problems related to the relevance of gender equality and the status of working women to family welfare in Indonesia based on an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with secondary data provided is documentation. The results of this study indicates that there is no dichotomy of public space for women and men in work. Both have the same rights and obligations. Islam as a religion rahmatan lil alamin also expressly explains about human freedom to work and cooperate in "amar ma'ruf nahi munkar". In addition, within the scope of statehood in Indonesia, attention to equality of rights and obligations to work is also regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Gender equality in this work provides opportunities for women to participate in meeting the family economy. So that it will directly change the source of household income which initially only 1 (one) source, that is husband, becomes 2 (two) sources, namely husband and wife. The establishment of synergy between men and women in the domestic and public sectors, will improve family welfare, both material (financial) and non-material.

Abstract

The relation between Islam and Marxisme has been an interesting theme in Indonesia. In this country, Islam is the largest religion and there is inequality in economic field. In the academic level, so many students are interested in studying Marxism. There are many books attempeted to compare between Islam and Marx’s thought, by parallel comparison or by integration. In political Issues, many people emphasize the danger of the Marxism. This article aims to remap, so make the issues easier to understand them and to view the issues more balanced. This paper is narrated with analysis and description methods. The result of this study are, Islam has different basis, even both of them want the community without oppression. But Islam recognizes the potential differences of human being. And in Marx’s thought, the difference between people in accumulating wealthy lies in the mastery of the factors of production.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of the halal culinary business through digital marketing in the new normal era. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the halal culinary business in the new normal era still exists. This is supported by the application of digital marketing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and business opportunities in the form of the majority of the Indonesian population being Muslim, increasing demand for halal food, business digitization, lifestyle, easy halal certification, product diversity, local wisdom, efficiency and effectiveness as well as the development of e-commerce. However, the challenges faced are in the form of business sustainability, other cheaper halal products, variety of products from large industries, ease of entering the market and the emergence of similar new businesses. For this reason, alternative strategies include utilizing social media by displaying complete information regarding shops or stalls and products, displaying clear and attractive images, establishing good communication with customers, offering promos or discounts, paying attention to customer reviews and correcting any mistakes and being active on social media.

Abstract

Purpose-This research explains how production-based economy prosperity thinking of Muhammad Abdul Mannan’s perspective. Methods- This research is a library research that seeks to dissect the work of Muhammad Abdul Mannan in Islamic Economic; Theory and Practice with descriptive and explorative qualitative methods based on a sociological-historical approach and analyzed by deduction. Findings- The results show that the existence of production is present along with human needs. The goal of production is profit oriented and spiritual oriented. To achieve these are required factors of productions that include: land, labor, capital and organization. Mannan stressed that production activities should be based on economic welfare. Welfare indicators according to Mannan is in the form of increase revenue caused by the increased production of the utilization of resources to the maximum, good human resources as well as natural resources in the production process hereinafter with objective indicators. Whereas, the second indicator in the form of welfare that is subjective is the activity of production which is based on provisions of the shari'ah Implications/limitations – this research can make a positive contribution to the continuation of the concept of production as supporting the economic welfare of the community in order to participate in improving the economic State.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by santripreneurs in their business is the limited number of customers so that the business cannot develop. This limited number of customers is due to the lack of a broad marketing reach. This limited marketing reach is a result of the technology gap and the inability of the santripreneurs to optimize Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products for business marketing purposes. This community service activity aims to increase the insight, competence and skills of santripreneurs in optimizing ICT products as an effective and efficient marketing medium. The impact to be obtained after this activity is a broad marketing reach as well as a growing and sustainable business. This activity is carried out using the mini survey method, lectures, tutorials, questions and answers and practice. Lectures and questions and answers about the importance of marketing, digital marketing and various marketplaces, while tutorials and practices on how to operate the Canva application to create a more attractive product display. The results of this community service activity include increasing insight, competence and skills. In the practice session, the students were able to create attractive product displays using the Canva application. The students can also make adjustments between the products offered and the various marketplaces that have been described. The students looked enthusiastic, participatory and gave good testimonials and even gave suggestions for the next service agenda. This community service activity has been carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the activity. This activity has been able to increase the insight, competence and skills of santripreneurs in optimizing ICT products as an effective and efficient marketing medium.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the legal guarantees regarding women's involvement in politics. The involvement of women in politics is very important to voice women’s rights and concerns and to find some efforts that can realize gender equality, especially in the political field. By applying the normative approach method or library research, the writer will analyze the women’s representation in politics and human rights based on islamic gender equality perspective. This research finds that there is a law allowing women’s position in politics, but it has not been optimally applied. In addition, the writer also finds that there is discrimination experienced by women that has impacts on human rights injustice.

Abstract

Covid-19 has a diverse impact on various sectors of human life and causes several phenomena, one of which is the phenomenon of panic buying. Concern over the closure of a number of public facilities resulted in the price of masks, hand sanitizers, tissues, soap and other basic necessities, experiencing scarcity due to excessive demand. That resulted in an increase in prices on several items on the market. Of course, consumer behavior is very contrary to Islam, because it can damage the economic order in society. The purpose of this study is to review panic buying in the pvidemic era 19th in the perspective of consumer behavior according to Monzer Khaf. The analytical method used in this research is the study of literature. The data used in the study are secondary data that are reviewed from existing studies and some other literature. In the first part of this study reviewing panic buying, the second part will review the impact of panic buying, the third research will review the consumption theory of Monzer Khaf and the last analysis of the relationship of the phenomenon of panic buying with the consumption theory of Mozer Khaf.

Abstract

Waste is a major problem in environmental management. This is due to the low level of public awareness and lifestyle toward waste management. This service aims to foster and increase public awareness of waste management and increase community ecopreneurship through training in making Eco-Enzyme in Langenharjo Village, Kendal. To achieve these goals, the UIN Walisongo community service team formed a Pentahelix movement by collaborating with the Kendal Regency Government Environment Office, Bank Sampah Induk (BSI) Kendal, Kendal Family Welfare Development Team (PKK), Kendal Industrial Estate (KIK) and Kendal Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The implementation method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which includes three stages, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The number of training participants was 80 participants. The results of the service showed that the socialization and training of eco-enzyme were able to foster and increase public awareness by 80% with 65% from parents and the rest from millennials. This means that this socialization is quite effective and can really impact the surrounding community towards waste reduction. Meanwhile, the ecopreneurship training by turning waste into Eco-Enzyme was able to be followed by all participants, because the manufacturing process was quite easy. Unfortunately, the participation of participants from the millennial generation was still passive when compared to the enthusiasm of participants from the parent group. Nevertheless, this activity can be the first step in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the Langenharjo Kendal community through waste ecopreneurship.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out how the mechanism of multijasa financing using ijarah contract and the determination of ujrah which is related to Fatwa DSN-MUI at KSPPS BMT DAMAR Fatmawati Branch Office, Semarang City.Method - The method in this research is qualitative case study type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed descriptively.Result - The results of the study state that the practice of ijarah contracts in multijasa financing at KSPPS BMT DAMAR KC Fatmawati includes: 1.) BMT acts as a provider of funds; 2.) BMT provides funds to realize the object of member rent, such as education costs, childbirth, home renovations, renting a shop. Then, the funds are handed over to the member; 3.) members can return the funds in installments. While on the determination of ujrah/fee, the BMT is guided by the nominal amount. The amount of ujrah is clearly stated at the time of the contract execution. This means that KSPPS BMT DAMAR KC Fatmawati is also a mediator between members and renters through a number of financing submitted by members. This is not in line with the obligations of sharia financial institutions, namely providing the leased goods or services provided as stated in Fatwa DSN-MUI No.09/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.Implication - This research was conducted to provide an overview of the practice of ijarah financing and the determination of ujrah at BMT and see the relationship based on Fatwa DSN-MUI Number 44 of 2004.Originality - There have been many discussions about ijarah contracts in sharia microfinance institutions/Baitul maal wat tamwil (BMT). However, there are still few who discuss multijasa financing with ijarah contracts correlated with DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 44 of 2004.
