Abstract

Purpose – research this aim for knowing how much far ZIS management at BAZNAS Central Java Province as a effort alleviation poverty in Central Java.Methods in _ study this is descriptive qualitative through studies library.Result – Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) play a role in prevention to accumulation wealth to a few. _ Like zakat, which obliges the rich to pay distribute treasure his wealth to group of poor and needy people. Collecting ZIS at BAZNAS Central Java Province individually effective capable Becomes potential source of funds for relieve poverty as well as increase quality source power Human Resources (HR) of Central Java Province is appropriate with the ZIS distribution model, namely consumptive nor productive.Implication – research this conducted for Becomes consideration, evaluation and alternative strategies on zakat management in Baznas Central Java Province.Originality - Authenticity study this lies in the object under study, analysis, and location research .

Abstract

Bank sampah memiliki peran penting dalam proses daur ulang sampah. Sampah yang berubah menjadi sesuatu bernilai ekonomis dapat memberikan penghasilan bagi pengelolanya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang digital marketing melalui marketplace Shopee di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kendal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode PAR yang mencakup tiga tahapan, meliputi persiapan, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Adapun peserta pelatihan ini berjumlah 50 orang, meliputi 30 kader lingkungan Kabupaten Kendal, 10 pengelola bank sampah dan 10 perwakilan ibu-ibu PKK. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya pemahaman digital marketing sampai 100%. Namun, pada tahap praktik terdapat 23% peserta yang belum berhasil mengikuti pelatihan. Agar pelatihan ini benar-benar berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan, maka dibutuhkan pendampingan dan pelatihan lanjutan oleh pengelola bank sampah setempat dan kader lingkungan Kabupaten Kendal yang paham akan marketplace Shopee. Tujuannya untuk melihat perkembangan dari produk yang sudah dijual pada akun Shopee sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi womenpreneur di Kota Semarang sebagai upaya pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang dikorelasikan dengan konsep maqasid syari’ah as-syatibi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer (wawancara, observasi) dan data sekunder (kepustakaan, dokumentasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potret womenpreneur di Kota Semarang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Sebagian besar usaha yang dijalankan womenpreneur salah satunya bidang fesyen yang memanfaatkan digitalisasi dalam pemasarannya. Kota Semarang mengalami Laju Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (LPE) yang terus meningkat dari 6,52% di tahun 2018 menjadi sebesar 6,86 % di tahun 2019. Dalam perkembangannya, womenpreneur dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha ekonomi kreatif dapat mensejahterakan perekonomian mereka sekaligus menjadi inspirasi semua pihak untuk menciptakan inovasi, kreatifitas dan mencari motif-motif terbaru dari produk yang akan dipasarkan. Kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas dan omset usaha saja,akan tetapi harus terpenuhinya 5 elemen Maqashid Syariah yaitu menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Hal ini dapat diterapkan dengan cara mengikuti segala perintah Allah dan menjauhi yang diharamkan Allah. Selain itu, hasil dari usaha ekonomi kreatif dapat memenuhi standar dalam penjagaan jiwa dengan menjaga kesehatan agar sekeluarga sehat dan dapat menjalankan aktivitas produksi dengan lancar yang nantinya dijadikan sebagai warisan kepada anak-anaknya kelak ketika sudah dewasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dan efektivitas social entrepreneurship sebagai model dan strategi bertahan di era pandemi Covid-19 di PT Gojek Indonesia Cabang Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa PT Gojek Indonesia Cabang Semarang telah menerapkan konsep kewirausahaan sosial yang terdiri dari: 1) nilai sosial meliputi kemudahan mobilitas masyarakat, penciptaan lapangan kerja, promosi mitra GoFood, pengurangan pengangguran, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan, 2) masyarakat sipil seperti gotong royong dan pelestarian kearifan lokal, 3) inovasi yaitu kerjasama dengan sejumlah kementerian agar mitra pengemudi mendapatkan skema bantuan, program J3K, jaminan kesehatan dan penyuluhan kesehatan melalui notifikasi aplikasi dan 4) kegiatan ekonomi termasuk pendampingan program untuk ODP dan PDP. Selanjutnya, penerapan kewirausahaan sosial di PT Gojek Indonesia Cabang Semarang dinilai efektif. Namun, perlu evaluasi pada harga. Meskipun demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis PT Gojek Indonesia Cabang Semarang tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan tetapi juga berorientasi pada sosial.

Abstract

The presence of online food delivery platform makes it easier for people to order food online without having to come directly to the restaurant. This study aims to ascertain Generation Z's preference for online food delivery between ShopeeFood and GoFood based on the notion of the marketing mix from an Islamic economics perspective. A comparative descriptive methodology was adopted. The research participants at the time were Generation Z from Semarang City. About the sample that was obtained through accidental sampling under non-probability sampling. While research data was gathered from observations, questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. According to the findings, Generation Z prefers ShopeeFood over GoFood. From a sharia economic perspective, this can be seen in the 7P marketing mix, which includes: pragmatism & product aspects, which explain that even though there are more GoFood merchants, Generation Z prefers ShopeeFood because the necessary menu options are also available in the market, while the pertinence & promotion aspect, which explains ShopeeFood offers more promos even though it claims the promo is easier on GoFood, and the palliation & price aspect, where Shop. The results are not significantly different for the factors of persistence and process, patience and environment, peer support and people, pedagogy and environment, and so on. The implications of this study for both platforms need to expand the reach of merchants so that the availability of popular menus at competitive prices can strengthen promotional strategies and can be an important factor to maintain consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana implementasi penggunaan e-money turus-card di Balai Pendidikan Islam Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Turus Pandeglang dengan pendekatan SOAR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan metode kualitatif. Sementara itu, sumber data berupa primer meliputi wawancara dan observasi serta sekunder dengan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-money menjadi solusi untuk mempermudah transaksi, pencatatan dan pelaporan yang lebih cepat dan praktis. E-money T-Card termasuk kategori open loop karena difungsikan sebagai alat pembayaran, berjenis chip based registered karena identitas pengguna dan nilai uang di dalamnya tercatat dalam kartu pemegang dan terdaftar pada penerbit. T-Card ini menggunakan akad sarf, akad wadi’ah, akad qard, dan akad jual beli (al-bay’), serta akad ijarah berdasarkan perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Dengan berbagai potensi posifif yang ada, melalui pendekatan SOAR pesantren dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the capacity of MSME players through training in business management, product marketing and the use of technology. The method used is PAR (Participatory Action Research) by holding interactive workshops and direct guidance. This activity was carried out in July 2024 involving 30 participants from various MSME sectors in Warungasem Village, Batang. The results of this service show that participants experienced a significant increase in their understanding of business management, marketing strategies, and were more confident in adopting new technology. This can be seen from the use of technology as a marketing model, namely social media. On the other hand, positive impacts can be seen from increasing income, market reach of MSMEs, as well as strengthening networks between business actors, government and local communities, which supports the sustainability and growth of MSMEs in the future.

Abstract

Introduction: The rapid development of technology will certainly have a direct impact on the economic aspects of life. The presence of financial technology (fintech) will make it easier to obtain financing in a relatively fast time and easy to use capital. Fintech in Indonesia has given rise to a new innovation, namely sharia fintech. This study aims to determine the potential and challenges of fintech as an economic development effort correlated with sharia principles in encouraging a country's economic growth rate. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach of qualitative descriptive method because this research will explain the facts or symptoms that appear in the development of Islamic fintech in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data collection in the form of news and research journals on the phenomenon of Islamic fintech in Indonesia. Result: The results showed that currently the development of fintech platforms is growing rapidly from 2015. The presence of sharia fintech is a great. Based on OJK data, in 2021 the contribution of the Indonesian fintech industry has reached IDR272.4 trillion. This will certainly be an opportunity for the financial industry, especially sharia. Conclusion: To revolutionize conventional activities into sharia-based digital product service innovations to facilitate the community.

Abstract

The research objective is to explore the impact of halal tourism on halalpreneurs innovation and its contribution to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Semarang City. Using qualitative methods, researchers collected primary data through non-participant observation and interviews with tourism managers, tourists, and MSME players. Secondary data was collected in the form of documentation. The research objects were Old City, MAJT and Marina Beach. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed significantly that halal tourism encourages business innovation among halalpreneurs because of the competitive environment. The innovation is in the form of improving the quality of products, services, and marketing strategies to attract more visitors. Furthermore, halal tourism is able to have a positive impact on sustainable development goals (SDGs), especially SDG 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 17. The implication of this research is to emphasize the importance of the government's role and cooperation between stakeholders in efforts to increase halal tourism, thus encouraging sustainable development in Semarang City

Abstract

This research aims to explore the meaning of the warak ngendhog symbol through Dilthey's hermeneutics and its relevance to Islamic economic principles. The method chosen in this research is qualitative with field studies. Data were collected through interviews, non-participatory observation and documentation, then analyzed using Wilhelm Dilthey's hermeneutics through three aspects: experience (erlebniz), expression (ausdruck), and deep understanding (verstehen). The results are then connected descriptively with the principles of Islamic economics. The research findings are that the Warak Ngendhog symbol contains religious, social, aesthetic and political values. According to Dilthey's hermeneutics, every series of dugderan including the Warak Ngendhog symbol provides an experience of the historicity of the tradition, expression, and understanding of the culture. Furthermore, in the context of Islamic economic principles, Warak Ngendhog reflects the value of tawhid through the unity of cultural diversity, the principle of justice ('adl) in socio-economic activities, the principle of nubuwwah (sidiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah), describing the role of khilafah in the management of a just economy and ma'ad as a spiritual awareness of the blessing and accountability of charity. This tradition serves as a cultural preservation and Islamic economic education media that integrates social, religious, and economic aspects in the lives of the people of Semarang city.
