Abstract

The change in the reliability service policy from Premium Service to Priority Service raises concerns about the potential decline in customer interest in this service. Priority Service is expected to be an alternative for customers with power capacities above 200 KVA, who require higher power supply reliability and service beyond regular standards. This study uses the Mixed Methods Research approach, where data collection is carried out both quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative data was obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess customer satisfaction based on the SERVQUAL approach, which included the variables Reliability, Assurance, Tangibility, Empathy, and Responsiveness, combined with additional variables such as Service Price, Service Delivery, and Expected Service. Meanwhile, qualitative data was collected through interviews to support the findings obtained from the quantitative analysis. The findings of the study show that Assurance, Empathy, and Reliability have a significant influence on Service Quality, while Tangibility and Responsiveness have no significant impact. In addition, Service Delivery, Expected Service, and Service Quality have the most dominant influence on Customer Satisfaction, while Service Price also affects satisfaction but with a lower level of significance. However, the results of the study may vary depending on the characteristics of each unit's customers. Most customers come from the industrial sector.

Abstract

Efforts to assist and improve the quality of data analysis in scientific publications for the academic community of Stikes Majapahit Mojokerto are held as an effort to increase the achievement of scientific publications in reputable publications which are very important to improve the accreditation status of universities. The purpose of this activity is to improve participants' understanding of the preparation of reputable scientific articles, participants' ability to model in SEM using AMOS, and the ability of the academic community to write and discuss the results of modeling analysis in scientific articles. This activity was carried out from April-June 2023 at Stikes Majapahit Mojokerto. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of SEM and Multivariate, CFA and path analysis and scientific article management. This activity should be an annual event that can boost the achievement of scientific publications, especially in the health academic community. keywords: Mentoring, improvement, quality, analysis, publication.

Abstract

The use of live streaming technology has transcended its marketing function, evolving into a platform for fostering deeper interactions between sellers and consumers. The accessibility of technology, trust, and the flow experience play crucial roles in facilitating transactions within the context of live streaming commerce. These factors influence consumer desire to make purchases and ultimately drive actual purchases. This research aims to investigate the influence of these factors on purchase intention and actual purchases within the context of live streaming commerce services in Indonesia. The data analysis method employed is SEM-PLS, with TikTok as the research subject. TikTok, through its TikTok Shop platform, has become one of the primary choices for live streaming commerce services in Indonesia, with 6 million users as sellers and 7 million users as affiliates. The results of this study show that visibility affordance, metavoicing affordance, and guidance shopping affordance can affect purchase intention which in turn affects actual purchases by customers through trust in seller, trust in platform, and immersion. This research not only provides valuable insights for practitioners and sellers in the field of live streaming commerce, but also provides a foundation for the development of technology platforms that meet market needs.

Abstract

Higher education institutions depend on leadership to build their organizational culture and achieve better employee performance. However, there remains limited understanding of how the impact of leadership may vary across institutional contexts. This research employs Partial Least Squares - Multigroup Analysis (PLS-MGA) to explore the effects of leadership on work culture and lecturer performance in two Indonesian universities: UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim and IAIN Ponorogo. A multistage random sampling of 272 lecturers was conducted. The methodological approach allowed for a robust comparative analysis between the institutions. The results reveal that leadership exhibits powerful positive relationships with work culture and lecturer performance in both institutions. Leadership explains 38.7% of work culture variability at IAIN Ponorogo, but only 18.6% at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. These findings underscore the need for context-sensitive leadership development strategies and provide a foundational contribution for future research in higher education leadership and performance.
