Abstract

Environmental changes in the era of globalization require companies to be able to increase the levelof competition. Some opinions assess that knowledge is seen as a determinant factor in improving theperformance of the company. The purpose of this study is to debate how the influence of knowledge managementon organizational performance through innovation, and implementation strategies. Lavalette Hospital Malangwas chosen as the object of this study. Questionnaires were distributed by using direct survey method witha total of 176 respondents, and 168 questionnaires returned. Based on the analysis of Partial Least Square(PLS smart 2.0) Research shown that knowledge management influence on innovation and implementation ofthe strategy, however innovation does not affect the performance of the organization. The interesting resultfrom this study is evidence that the innovation effect on organizational performance when in mediation by theimplementation of the strategy. Another finding in this study is the direct influence of knowledge managementon organizational performance is worth less than its impact on organizational performance is mediated by theimplementation of the strategy. These findings indicate that the implementation of the strategy has a crucialrole in optimizing the performance of the organization. These results also can be a proliferation of how acompany should realize the optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) is an alternative method in structural modeling using alternating least squares. GSCA can be used for the complex analysis including multigroup. GSCA can be run with a free software called GeSCA, but in GeSCA there is no multigroup moderation test to compare the effect between groups. In this research we propose to use the T test in PLS for testing moderation Multigroup on GSCA. T test only requires sample size, estimate path coefficient, and standard error of each group that are already available on the output of GeSCA and the formula is simple so the user does not need a long time for analysis.

Abstract

Regression analysis is used to determine relationship between one or several response variable (Y) with one or several predictor variables (X). Regression model between predictor variables and the Poisson distributed response variable is called Poisson Regression Model. Since, Poisson Regression requires an equality between mean and variance, it is not appropriate to apply this model on overdispersion (variance is higher than mean). Poisson regression model is commonly used to analyze the count data. On the count data type, it is often to encounteredd some observations that have zero value with large proportion of zero value on the response variable (zero Inflation). Poisson regression can be used to analyze count data but it has not been able to solve problem of excess zero value on the response variable. An alternative model which is more suitable for overdispersion data and can solve the problem of excess zero value on the response variable is Zero Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB). In this research, ZINB is applied on the case of Tetanus Neonatorum in East Java. The aim of this research is to examine the likelihood function and to form an algorithm to estimate the parameter of ZINB and also applying ZINB model in the case of Tetanus Neonatorum in East Java. Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method is used to estimate the parameter on ZINB and the likelihood function is maximized using Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm. Test results of ZINB regression model showed that the predictor variable have a partial significant effect at negative binomial model is the percentage of pregnant women visits and the percentage of maternal health personnel assisted, while the predictor variables that have a partial significant effect at zero inflation model is the percentage of neonatus visits.

Abstract

Bot telegram dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media informasi penelitian. Pada artikel ini kami mencoba melakukan pengembangan media informasi penelitian menggunakan bot telegram untuk LP2M UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan adalah ADDIE. Terdapat 2 hal yang kami rasa perlu dimasukkan di dalam bot telegram LP2M  saat ini yaitu daftar penelitian dan daftar haki. Dengan menggunakan bot telegram, pengguna dapat mengakses data penelitian dan HaKI dengan cepat.

Abstract

The formation of the family empowerment post (Posdaya) at Robyong Sub-village of Poncokusumo is intended to increase family income through the application of technology to utilize existing natural potential endowment. The mosque-based family empowerment post could functionalize mosque as a social-economic community center as well as a religious activity center. The community empowerment program at Baitussalam-Mosque Posdaya has become a pilot project in the mosque-based society empowerment. The implementation of the program consisted of family data collection, socialization, and determination of the Posdaya main program according to local potential. Discussion with locals has concluded that the need for training about passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) processing as a main program of Posdaya, since passion fruit has become potential and not yet being utilized optimally. Participants are locals around Baitussalam Mosque, especially housewives. Direct observation shows that locals actively participate in the Posdaya program and supported also by Posdaya organizer and community leaders. The resulting product was responded positively by the market. The product was already marketed out of Java as a souvenir from the Robyong sub-village of Poncokusumo. This program is expected to become a micro-group enterprise from Robyong sub-village with product diversification, good marketing strategy, and good production management in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of computer self-efficacy (CSE) on the qualitysystem, the quality of information, quality of service, usage, satisfaction and impact of individualusers by using a model of success Delone and McLean information systems. The studyconducted on students of system users of e-learning in higher education. The population used inthis study amounted to 144 686 students with a total sample of 178. The sampling method usingproportional random sampling. The analysis tool used is the Generalized Structured ComponentAnalysis (GSCA). The results showed that CSE significant effect on the quality system, thequality of information, quality of service, usage and impact of the individual. Quality systemshave a significant effect on the quality of information, usage, and user satisfaction. The qualityof information significantly influence the use and user satisfaction. Service quality significantlyinfluence the use and user satisfaction. User satisfaction significantly influence the individualimpact. The results also show that the better CSE students will further improve system quality,information quality, service quality, use, and impact of the individual. The better the students'perceptions of the quality system, the quality of information, and the quality of service willincrease the usage and user satisfaction. The better use will have an impact on user satisfaction,so that will have an impact on individual performance.Keywords: Computer Self-Efficacy (CSE), Quality Systems, Information Quality, ServiceQuality, Use, User Satisfaction and Individual Impact.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine and assess the impact of knowledge management on innovation, strategy implementation and organizational performance. Studies conducted on Lavalette Hospital in Malang, considering the health services industry should be responsive and able to face of environmental change. Respondents were drawn from all employees RS Lavalette, this study taken using direct method with instruments questionnaire survey. 176 questionnaires distributed and 168 questionnaires returned. Based on the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS smart 2.0), studies show that knowledge management has impact on innovation and implementation of the strategy, but innovation does not affect the performance of the organization. Interesting results from this study is evidence that the direct impact of knowledge management on organizational performance is worth less than its impact on organizational performance is mediated by the implementation of strategy. Implications of the results of this study suggest and reinforce that knowledge management is not a major determinant of the success of the organization's performance, but its presence is an important input from the implementation of the strategy, in order to improve organizational performance. Keyword: knowledge management, innovation, strategy implementation, and organizational performance  Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap inovasi, implementasi strategi dan kinerja organisasi. Studi dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Lavalette di Malang, mengingat industri jasa kesehatan harus tanggap dan mampu beradaptasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan. Responden diambil dari seluruh karyawan RS Lavalette, yang diambil menggunakan metode survei langsung dengan instrumen angket. Dimana dari 176 angket yang disebar, sebanyak 168 angket kembali. Berdasarkan analisis Partial Least Square (smart PLS 2.0), hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Knowledge Management berpengaruh terhadap inovasi dan implementasi strategi, namun inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil menarik dari penelitian ini adalah bukti bahwa pengaruh Knowledge Management secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi lebih kecil nilainya dibanding pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh implementasi strategi. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini menyarankan dan menguatkan bahwa Knowledge Management bukan sebagai penentu utama keberhasilan kinerja organisasi, namun keberadaannya merupakan input penting dari implementasi strategi, dalam upaya  meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Keyword: Knowledge Management, Inovasi, Implementasi Strategi, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional pada pramuwisata di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pramuwisata yang diambil dari 653 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportionate random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional. Semakin baik pemberdayaan psikologi pramuwisata semakin baik pula efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional pramuwisata. Selain itu, efikasi diri juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan emosional pramuwisata, di mana semakin baik efikasi diri pramuwisata maka akan semakin baik pula kecerdasan emosional pramuwisata.

Abstract

Abstract— This article discusses the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF), a tool used to test the assumption of non-multicollinearity in regression analysis. VIF measures the correlation between variables in a regression model and its impact on the accuracy of analysis results. The article highlights that VIF can also be used to determine the presence of multicollinearity among variables in various types of analyses, including Hierarchical Cluster Analysis. While there are several programs or packages available to calculate VIF, they usually require a dependent variable input. To address this issue, the author aims to create a new package using Python to calculate VIF without the need for a dependent variable input. The program calculates VIF using the sequential elimination method, which involves removing one variable at each iteration of the for loop. In use, the user needs to input data in the form of a matrix, and the program will return a list of VIFs and information about the presence of multicollinearity in the data. The program provides an alternative method for evaluating multivariate data and the presence of multicollinearity, making the testing process easier and faster for data analysts and researchers.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of AKHLAK  values as the cultural foundation in the State Owned Enterprises (SOE). This research employs a qualitative triangulation approach. Observations, interviews, and data triangulation are conducted to delve into the impact of the implementation of organizational culture and AKHLAK training in the state-owned enterprise (SOE). The research utilizes NVivo12 to support data analysis. Research findings the need for improvement and collaboration within the business unit. The development of AKHLAK training is recommended through needs analysis, program design, inter-departmental collaboration, continuous learning, emphasis on corporate culture, evaluation and feedback, as well as recognition and acknowledgment. The strategy involves exemplary leadership behavior, clear policies, a collaborative culture,    performance evaluation related to AKHLAK, commitment to sustainability,  and transparency. Despite positive progress, sustained efforts are required to ensure that AKHLAK values are reflected in employee behavior and support the achievement of corporate goals.
