Abstract

The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a correlational design, involving 20 students (15 boys and 5 girls) from SLB Negeri Mutiara Bahari Mandiri, Sukabumi, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection utilized the Movement Assessment Battery for Children Second-editions (MABC-2) to measure motor skills and the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C) to assess physical activity levels. Results revealed an average motor skill score of 54.85, classified as "difficulty performing motor tasks," and an average physical activity score of 2, categorized as "low activity." Correlation analysis using Spearman's correlation demonstrated a significant positive relationship (r = 0.661, p = 0.002) between motor skills and physical activity. The findings highlight that students with better motor skills are more likely to engage in physical activities and vice versa. However, many students with intellectual disabilities face challenges in performing motor tasks, particularly those requiring hand-eye coordination, such as catching or bouncing a ball. The lack of stimulation, attention, and adequate facilities also contributes to low physical activity levels, with students often preferring sedentary activities like watching television or playing online games. This study underscores the importance of increasing motor skills and physical activity through collaborative efforts by schools, teachers, parents, and the community. Providing adequate facilities, engaging activities, and continuous encouragement can foster active participation and improve motor skill development in children with intellectual disabilities. These findings offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers in developing inclusive physical education programs tailored to the needs of children with special needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Passing bawah Bola Voli Melalui Metode Bermain Terhadap Peserta Didik di SMP IT AT-TAKWIN. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 siklus yang terdiri dari masing-masing siklus terdapat perencanaan, pelaksanaan atau tindakan, observasi dan juga refleksi. Objek yang menjadi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A dengan jumlah 20 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data adalah melalui tes keterampilan passing bawah dan observasi hasil kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pada keterampilan passing bawah bola voli setelah menggunakan metode bermain. Proses pembelajaran pada pembelajaran sebelumnya monoton sehingga kemampuan pada keterampilan passing bawah bola voli sangat rendah. Peningkatan keterampilan terjadi pada Siklus 2. Pada siklus 1 terdapat 20 peserta didik dengan capaian predikat cukup sebanyak 14 orang dengan presentase 70⁒ dan capaian predikat baik 6 orang dengan presentase 30⁒. Pada Siklus 2 terdapat peningkatan dengan hasil capaian predikat Baik sebanyak 13 orang dengan presentase 65⁒ dan capaian predikat Sangat Baik sebanyak 7 orang dengan presentase 35⁒. Hasil penelitian dari Siklus I ke Siklus 2 terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga motode bermain ini sangat efektif dalam upaya Meningkatkan keterampilan Passing Bawah Bola Voli Melalui Metode Bermain Terhadap Peserta Didik Kelas VIIIA di SMP IT AT-TAKWIN.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the level of physical fitness of MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, and the method applied is survey. The population that became the focus of the research was all MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students. The research sample consisted of 267 students, selected through the total sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out through TKJI tests and measurements, including sit-ups, vertical jump, pull-ups, 40 meter sprints, and 600 meter runs. Data analysis used a percentage-based quantitative descriptive statistical approach. The results showed that students' physical fitness level could be categorized as "Excellent" in 2 students (0.75%), "Good" in 68 students (25.47%), "Moderate" in 117 students (43.82%), "Less" in 70 students (26.22%), and "Very Poor" in 10 students (3.75%). Thus, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students in general is in the "Moderate" category.

Abstract

With the aim of this study is to find out the influence of zigzag runningtraining on mastering the basic dribbling techniques in the football game of SungapanSubdistrict Kadudampit District. as long as the ball is not enough to just kick it but itrequires a variety of basic technical skills, especially basic dribbling techniques thatmust be improved so that all skills become even better in doing agile dribbling masterywith good foot coordination.Experimental research method is a procedure ofexperimental activities with the aim to investigate a problem what is the cause andeffect relationship and how much relationship is there by giving certain treatments toseveral groups, the methodology used is the experiment and the instrument in this studyusing dribbling test, with the number of research samples as many as 15 boysextracurricular football SDN Sungapan.The results showed that the average scoreobtained during the initial test was 18.88 with standard deviation of 1.25. While thefinal test results show an average value of 17.08 with a standard deviation of 1.79. andthe gain score shows an average value of 5.26 with a standard deviation of 0.27. it canbe concluded that there is an increase in the initial and final tests.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring menjadi solusi terbaik terhadap proses pembelajaran dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Prodi PJKR salah satu prodi yang menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa PJKR dari angkatan 2018 sampai 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa PJKR dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner melalui Google Form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perspektif mahasiswa PJKR terhadap pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi secara keseluruhan memperoleh hasil 32,7 dengan kategori kurang puas. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perspektif mahasiswa PJKR terhadap pembelajaran termasuk kedalam kategori kurang puas. Dengan demikan jika apabila keadaan normal mahasiswa lebih menginginkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka, hal ini terjadi karena mahasiswa terbiasa melakukan praktek di lapangan

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bolatangan merupakan olahraga yang belum banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat di Kota Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, sehingga beberapa masyarakat menganggap bolatangan adalah olahraga baru. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk memassalkan olahraga bolatangan khususnya melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Metode: Pelatihan bolatangan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap yaitu: (1) Tahap 1. Sosialisasi Peraturan Permainan Bolatangan; (2) Tahap 2. Pelatihan Implementasi Bolatangan dalam Pembelajaran PJOK; dan (3) Pratek Teknik Dasar dan Taktik Bermain Bolatangan. Hasil: Meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta pelatihan terhadap olahraga bolatangan sebesar 12,5% dihitung dari perbandingan skor pre-test dan post-test. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pelatihan ini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam memahami ap aitu olahraga bolatangan, bagaimana cara memainkannya dan juga cara mengajarkannya agar menjadi materi yang menarik dalam pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between arm muscle strength, arm length and hand-eye coordination on the results of volleyball serves in extracurricular students at Fatahillah Middle School, Sukabumi City, academic year 2023/2024. The development of science and innovation, sports in Indonesia, especially volleyball, is progressing very rapidly. Therefore, in this game you are required to have a tall physique, strong muscles and reliable movement coordination in carrying out all the movements in the volleyball game with sports development as part of efforts to improve spiritual and physical health. The method used is a survey method with tests and measurements. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 17 students. The research instrument uses an Anthropometer as a tool to measure arm length. The data analysis technique used is standard deviation, looking for normality and homogeneity values ​​and then looking for paired T test values. The results of this research are that there is a significant effect, with the paired sample t test, muscle strength and eye-eye coordination obtained a significance value of 0.000. relationship between arm muscle strength, arm length and hand-eye coordination on volleyball service results among extracurricular students at Fatahillah Middle School, Sukabumi City.
