Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan tingginya kegiatan pembangunan di Kota Palembang mengakibatkan semakin meningkatnya kegiatan industri, kegiatan permukiman, dan kegiatan lainnya yang menjadikan peningkatan terhadap jumlah limbah yang dihasilkan setiap harinya. Masalah dalam penelitian yaitu Faktor –faktor determinan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pencemaran Sungai Musi di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan survai. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil penelitian di lapangan dan hasil analisis laboratorium meliputi konsentrasi TDS, TSS, pH, Besi (Fe), Timbal (Pb), Ammoniak (NH3-N) Phosphate (PO4-P), DO, COD, BOD, dan konsentrasi Colyform Total. Hasil penelitian yaitu unsur kimia yang paling dominan yaitu unsur besi dalam air sungai, unsur besi  antara 288 mg/l sampai dengan 453 mg/l. Konsentrasi Amoniak tertinggi berada pada titik sampel 1 yang terletak pada hilir Sungai Musi, tingginya kadar amoniak bersumber dari kegiatan industry dan kegiatan domestik rumah tangga. Konsentrasi COD pada air Sungai Musi berada diatas ambang batas normal yaitu 97 mg/l. Konsentrasi yang melebihi ambang batas yang lain yaitu konsentrasi BOD dan DO. Kondisi ini dapat disebabkan oleh dekomposisi unsur organik yang terdapat dalam air sungai. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor determinan yang berpengaruh utama terhadap pencemaran Sungai Musi yaitu faktor sampah rumah tangga dan faktor determinan yang kedua adalah faktor indistriKata Kunci: Faktor Determinan; Kualitas Air; Sungai Musi

Abstract

Masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi covid-19  di SMA Negeri 1 Air Salek. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, untuk data dan sumber data menggunakan data primer yang di dapatkan dari  hasil wawancara dengan narasumber, sedangkan data sukender berupa berkas dan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi, teknik analisis data diperoleh dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu proses implementasi pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran PJOK di SMA negeri 1 Air Salek menggunakan beberapa aplikasi diantaranya zoom, whatsaap dan cyber school. Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran PJOK yaitu, berkurangnya jam belajar sehingga guru belum bisa sepenuhnya memenuhi beban belajar, koneksi internet yang terkadang mengalami gangguan. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran PJOK di antanya yaitu, satunya tersedianya perangkat elektronik seperti komputer, handphone, koneksi internet atau kuota belajar dari pemerintah kepada parass peserta didik.

Abstract

Cedera olahraga adalah cedera yang timbul saat berlatih, bertanding ataupun saat setelah berolahraga. Cedera olahraga terjadi karena ketidakmampuan jaringan (otot, persendian, tendon, kulit) dan organ tubuh lainnya dalam menerima beban latihan pada saat berolahraga. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya cedera, yaitu kondisi individu (usia, jenis kelamin, karakter, pengalaman, pemanasan, kelainan postur), sarana olahraga (bentuk dan ukuran peralatan), karakteristik olahraga (jenis olahraga), lingkungan fisik (suhu dan kelembaban udara). Bila tidak segera ditangani dapat menimbulkan gangguan pembuluh darah otak (heat stroke) dan segera lakukan pemeriksaan apabila mengalami cedera saat berolahraga, agar bisa segera mendapatkan penanganan secara cepat dan tepat. Penanganan cedera olahraga dapat dilakukan dengan metode RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation).

Abstract

Background: Tennis courses are a mandatory component prepared for prospective physical education teachers in universities. However, many students do not achieve optimal learning outcomes due to the irresponsible attitude of students, which can hinder the learning process. Research Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop and produce a tennis learning model (Silent Movement Tennis) for increasing the sense of personal and social responsibility in students. Silent Movement Tennis is the latest model in tennis learning, and there has been no previous research. Method: This research used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method in producing a learning model called “Silent Movement Tennis,” which consists of 4 movement skill activity posts that must be carried out by every student with a sense of responsibility. The respondents of this study are all 4th semester students (academic year 2023-2024), totalling 30 people, consisting of 9 females and 21 males at a university in the city of Palembang. The Silent Movement Tennis model was also validated by 3 experts consisting of 1 learning planning expert, 1 tennis practitioner, and 1 developmental psychologist and analysed using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Finding/Result: The results of validation by experts who have been analysed show the value of the Content Validity Index (CVI) shows an average score of 3.63, and the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) analysis shows an average score of 0.27, which means the model developed is appropriate, relevant, or good, and also high content validity to increase the sense of social and personal responsibility for students. Conclusion: Silent Movement Tennis model as an alternative model to improve basic tennis skills and student responsibility. Future research efforts must focus on the design and implementation of sports values programs, namely by developing learning games and other sports based on the TPSR model to foster and develop a sense of personal and social responsibility that is important for students to become an adaptive and resilient generation, which ultimately contributes to their future success.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi permainan tonnis ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan memperkenalkan olahraga tonnis kepada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 20 Palembang sebagai salah satu alternatif permainan yang edukatif, menyenangkan, serta dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani. Tonnis merupakan olahraga modifikasi yang menggabungkan unsur tenis meja dan tenis lapangan, sehingga mudah dimainkan di berbagai kondisi dan oleh berbagai kalangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi pemberian materi mengenai sejarah dan aturan permainan tonnis, demonstrasi teknik dasar, serta praktik langsung oleh peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari para siswa, ditandai dengan partisipasi aktif selama sosialisasi berlangsung. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong minat siswa terhadap olahraga baru serta menjadi inspirasi bagi sekolah untuk memasukkan permainan tonnis sebagai salah satu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler atau pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study explores the positive values gained from the process of learning pencak silat and pencak silat training (formal and non-formal) in children aged 5 years to 25 years. Materials and Methods. The research method used is literature review or literature analysis. Data collection techniques using Google scholar and Publish Or Peris.8 with the keyword ‘pencak silat value’ against articles from 2010 to 2024. The data analysis technique used PRISMA / Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews And Meta-Analyses with 7 articles as the main subject. The seven articles were selected based on the relevance of research results that have similarities in the learning process and pencak silat training in producing positive values (including character, spiritual, discipline, responsibility, religion, intellectual intelligence). Results. The results showed that pencak silat can instil the values of discipline, responsibility, morals and religion in early childhood obtained from the learning process. In addition, the pencak silat training process can form character values, spirituality, love for the country, emotional intelligence, brotherhood and can reduce criminal acts in adolescents. Conclusion. Some of the research results used as a source of literature review studies in pencak silat learning and pencak silat training provide new knowledge. Namely that pencak silat can be used as a means to instil character values, religious/spiritual, love for the country, manners for early childhood through pencak silat learning and adolescents through pencak silat training and its perguruan. The results of this study can be used as a theoretical basis that will be developed in the future so that it has greater meaning in building positive values towards early childhood and adolescence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the difference between the exercise drive towards fixed and direction changes with the ability to rally 3 minutes in tennis men's club training semarang 2009 and better between workouts drive towards fixed and the direction changed for the ability to rally 3 minutes at tennis player 's son semarang training club in 2009. The population in this study using men's tennis player semarang training club in 2009 as many as 20 people. Samples were taken by using total sampling method of the research conducted by Matched Subject Design (MS). Data obtained from the results were analyzed using t -test formula with short formula and using a significance level of 5 %. Statistical calculations performed on the test results the end of the experimental group and the control group after carrying out an exercise program as much as 16 times the exercise. Statistical calculations derived from the calculated value of 3.161 indicates a value greater than t-table value of 2.262 in the test is based on 5% significance level and degrees of freedom (db) 9. To calculate the mean of the experimental group was 22.6 and the mean calculation of the control group is 21.5. The conclusion from this study is there is a distinct difference between the exercise drive towards fixed and the direction of change in the ability of men's tennis rally 3 minutes Semarang training club in 2009. And between workouts drive direction anyway better than exercise drive direction change with the ability to rally 3 minutes at tennis training clubs semarang son . The author suggests in providing training forehand and backhand drive on the son of the club's players semarang training exercise in 2009 in order to use the drive towards fixed.
