Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of PJOK online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in junior high schools throughout the Dempet District, Demak Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year, including planning, implementing and evaluating learning. This study used a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data sources taken from 6 principals, 8 PJOK teachers and 36 students, 6 students from each school were taken as samples. The result of the research is that most of the teachers have made learning plans according to distance learning. The implementation of PJOK learning is carried out in 2 ways, namely the online method using WhatsApp media and google forms, and the blended learning method by dividing by half the number of students in each class for face-to-face and online, for online using WhatsApp. Evaluation has been carried out through three aspects, namely affective, cognitive and psychomotor. In conclusion, the implementation of PJOK online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in junior high schools throughout the Dempet District, Demak Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year is quite good.

Abstract

The game of woodball requires athletes to concentrate fully on themselves and other objects that are internalized into the body, namely between hitting movements and other objects, namely the beater (malet) so that when the body reaches full attention or concentration, the accuracy of the strokes can hit the target properly. This study tries to reveal the effect of yoga on gating hitting in woodball athletes in Sukabumi City. The study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all Woodball athletes from Sukabumi, totaling 30 athletes.The instrument in this study was the gating skill test. The data analysis technique used in this study used t-test analysis using SPSS version 21. The results showed that there was an effect of yoga practice on the results of Woodball gating strokes in Woodball athletes from Sukabumi City. From the results of this study, yoga movements in general can have a positive effect on calmness and concentration when doing gating shots in woodball. The conclusion is that yoga exercises in increasing gating woodball strokes are yoga exercises that can help improve calm and concentration when hitting woodball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh latihan rubber dan dumbbell terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Metode eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian dengan pola “two groups pretest posttest design”. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 pemain teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Tes yang dilakukan adalah pretest dan posttest push up. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh latihan rubber terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan t-hitung 18,735 > t-tabel 1,943 (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan dumbbell terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dengan t-hitung 9,168 > t-tabel 1,943 (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan rubber dan dumbbell. Hal ini berdasarkan data yang diperoleh t-hitung 0,075 > t-tabel 1,782 dengan nilai sig 0,941> 0,05 pada uji independent sample test. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan push up dan tricep dips terdapat peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan namun tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan yang signifikan antara kedua latihan.

Abstract

This research to analyze the level of parental anxiety regarding female students participating in pencak silat martial arts training at Margasari Branch, Margasari Sub District, Tegal Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection technique used was purposive random sampling.The background of this research is the anxiety of parents whose daughters participate in pencak silat martial arts training. The problem of this research is that is not yet known whether there are differences between the anxiety levels of parents whose children participate in pencak silat martial arts training at Margasari Branch, Margasari Sub District, Tegal Regency. The sample of this study consisted of 35 respondents who were parents of students, comprising 18 parents of female students and 17 parents of male students. The parental anxiety variable was analyzed based on four main factors that is, motoric, cognitive, affective, and somatic. The results showed that of the 18 parents of female students, 11 respondents fell into the high anxiety category, 5 respondents into the moderate category, 3 respondents into the low category, and 0 respondents into the panic category. Meanwhile, among the 17 parents of male students, 4 respondents fell into the high anxiety category, 5 respondents into the moderate category, 8 respondents into the low category, and 0 respondents into the panic category Based on the research findings, it can be conclude that the anxiety levels of parents of female students are higher than those of parents of male students. A significant difference was found between the anxiety levels of parents of female and male students, based on the independent sample t-test (t = 2,536; p = 0,016). The average anxiety level for parents of female students was 49,5, while for parents of male students, it was 39,29. This study recommends further socialization to parents regarding the benefits and safety of pencak silat martial arts training, especially for female, to reduce anxiety levels and enhance their participation.

Abstract

Good performance in a soccer game is strongly supported by the physical condition of the players to be able to perform various movements. Players who have good physical condition can show optimal performance during the match. This study aims to determine the physical condition profile of extracurricular soccer participants at the SMA / SMK level in Doro District, Pekalongan Regency. Physical condition is an important aspect of athlete performance, especially in the sport of soccer which demands speed, strength, agility, endurance, and flexibility. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The sample in this study were all active soccer extracurricular participants from three schools (SMA Negeri 1 Doro, SMK Ma'arif NU Doro, and SMK Muhammadiyah Doro) total of 42 students, taken using the total sampling technique. The instrument used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), including 60-meter sprint, pull-ups, sit-ups, vertical jump, and 1200-meter run. The results of the analysis showed that most participants had physical conditions in the moderate category (73.81%), followed by the less category (23.81%), and good (2.38%). From the conclusion, it is recommended to increase the variety and intensity of physical exercise in extracurricular programs to improve students' physical performance.

Abstract

Minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler sepaktakraw merupakan salah satu faktorkeberhasilan pada atlet sepaktakraw pelajar. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui minatsiswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif dengan metode survey test. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa MA Ma’arif BorobudurMagelang yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling yaitu siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw berjumlah 21siswa. Hasil Penelitian survey minat siswa MA Ma’arif Borobudur Magelang pada kegiatanekstrakulikuler sepaktakraw 50% pada kategori sedang baik pada indikator instrinsik dan ekstrinsik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap siswa yang mengikuti kegiatanekstrakurikuler sepaktakraw di MA Ma’arif Borobudur Magelang dapat disimpulkan bahwa secarakeseluruhan minat siswa masuk dalam kategori sedang dengan prosentase 50%. Maka disarankanagar pelatih dan pihak sekolah bisa lebih memperhatikan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler agar antusias danminat peserta didik semakin tinggi

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan potensi peserta didik potensi fisik, potensi kreatif, rasa, dan karsa. Untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, pendidikan jasmani adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan melalui aktivitas jasmani secara metodis untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan jasmani, mengembangkan kecerdasan. dan karakter salah satunya dalam materi bola voli. dalam pembelajaran bola voli kebanyak siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran bola voli. Oleh karena itu, Melalui Pendidikan jasmani diperlukan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan, salah satunya dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rencana dan pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa  kelas V SDN Sarirejo 2 berjumlah 19 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 19 siswa dengan menggunakan Teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berupa pre test dan post test. Analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji prasyarat (uji validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda, dan kesukaran), dan uji syarat (uji normalitas dan uji t) menggunakan bantuan Exel dan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian memperoleh data awal dengan rata-rata 24,26 dan data akhir memperoleh rata-rata 29,47. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 23 menunjukan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan dari uji t menghasilkan perhitungan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < α = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli siswa. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pairing Sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam materi passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SDN Sarirejo 2 Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Melalui hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi dalam proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak adanya guru pendamping khusus ABK,kurangnya guru PJOK, dan mayoritas ABK mengalami gangguan tunagrahita/keterlambatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan,pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah dasar inklusi SDNKaranganyar Gunung 02. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjekkepala sekolah dan guru PJOK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PJOKdi SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02 belum menerapkan Program Pembelajaran Individual(PPI) bagi ABK. Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih disamakan dengansiswa regular. Evaluasi pembelajaran hanya berdasarkan pengamatan perkembangan saatsiswa melakukan gerakan dan bersosialisasi. Kesimpulannya perencanaan, pelaksanaan,dan evaluasi pembelajaran PJOK inklusi di SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02 belumberjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pembuatan perangkat ajar PJOK padaABK masih disamakan dengan siswa regular. Dari segi proses pembelajaran PJOK ABKmasih disamakan dengan siswa regular. Pendampingan terhadap ABK di SDNKaranganyar Gunung 02 hanya dilakukan apabila siswa mengalami kesulitan.

Abstract

This present research used research and development (R & D) research methods, the subjects in this research are fourth grade in Elementary School. Data collection was carried out using expert evaluation sheets, student questionnaire sheets, and observation sheets. This finding showed that data analysis and evaluation results from experts with an average of 90% including the "very good" category. The results of small-scale trials reached 89%, including the "very good" category, while the results of large-scale trials achieved results of 91% which met the category. "Very good". The conclusion of this research is that the king queen development game model can be used in gymnastics learning for fourth grade elementary school students, with results reaching the very good category of 90%. The suggestions given by researchers are: 1) King queen game development products can be used as alternative learning models and new innovations that are effective and fun and can be used in elementary schools. 2) For physical education teachers, the hope is to be more creative in choosing game models and to innovate in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the determinants of performance in the 12-year age group. This study uses a mixed methods approach with a diverse research method (concurrent), namely a balanced quantitative and qualitative hybrid model (concurrent triangulation). The sample of this study amounted to 201 KU 12 soccer school athletes in Central Java. Anthropometry is measured using anthropometric measurements, including head circumference, arm length, leg length, arm circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh circumference, and chest circumference. 2) Body Mass Index (BMI) uses measurements of height and weight. Biomotor ability tests include 1) Speed Running speed using a 20m running test on a straight line with the fastest possible time measured in seconds. It was measured as quickly as possible using units of seconds. 2) Flexibility Flexibility using the sit and reach test is measured in centimeters (cm) 3) Strength Measuring leg muscle strength using the leg strength test using a leg dynamometer. 4) Aerobic endurance VO2 Max ability is measured using a 12-minute running test according to the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Protocol 5) Coordination Eye-foot coordination test with Soccer Wall Voley Test. Factors that affect the performance of 12-year-old soccer students are height, Body Mass Index. 20 meter run, strength, coordination and biomotor. While anthropometric and psychological factors as a whole there is no relationship. In the future, further research is needed with playing position-based analysis.
