Abstract

Employee productivity is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the Machine Knowledge, Training of Trainer and Grade variables had on work productivity. The population of this study were Honda Arista employees in Bengkulu City, totaling 70 employees with a sample of 31 employees. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach which explains the effect of the Knowledge (X1), Training of Trainer (X2) and Repair Technician Grade (X3) variables on technician work productivity (Y). The results showed that the Knowladge variable had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity, the Training of trainer variable also had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity, then the grade variable had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity. Overall, the results of the study show that the Knowledge (X1), Training of Trainer (X2) and Repair Technician Grade (X3) variables have a significant effect on work productivity (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Komitmen Kerja (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Komunikasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y) PT Agro Muko. dengan menggunakan metode skala likert dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Agro Muko, 55 sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitaian ini menggunakan SPSS 22. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komitmen Kerja (X1)berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (2) Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (3) Komunikasi (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan bernilai positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). (4) Komitmen Kerja (X1) Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan Komunikasi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci: Komitmen Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (2) The influence of price on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (3) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and price on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that e-WOM influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, price influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, e-WOM and product price influence the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN students Kendari.

Abstract

Studi mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran elektronik (X1), media sosial, (X2), dan pemasaran digital (X3) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) konsumen Toko KZ All Shop Kota Bengkulu. Dengan menggunakan metode skala Likert, mereka menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. metode penelitian metode kuantitatif populasi diambil penelitian ini semua konsumen toko di Toko KZ All Shop Kota Bengkulu pada bulan Januari 2023 Sampel penelitian ini adalah 200 responden dan telah memenuhi kriteria kecukupan ukuran sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode accidental sampling. data yang diperoleh penelitian ini akan diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20. analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pemasaran elektronik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil keputusan pembelian (Y), media sosial (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil keputusan pembelian (Y) pemasaran digital (X3), pengaruh secara simultan terhadap hasil keputusan pembelian (Y) ) secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh pemasaran elektronik media sosial dan pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko KZ All Shop Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of organizational culture, soft skills, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of Bank BRI Bengkulu Branch Office partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative (explanatory research), namely research that highlights the relationship between variables and tests hypotheses that have been formulated external conflict. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BRI Kanca Bengkulu totaling 80 employees and using saturated sampling techniques. The application of multiple linear regression methods was used because the variables used were more than one that had one dependent variable. This analysis is to determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that the significance value <0.10 <0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (2.648 is greater than 1.990), the results of the regression analysis showed that Self Efficacy (X1) had a significant effect on performance (Y). With a sig value of 0.720 > 0.05 and tcount is smaller than ttable ((0.360 is smaller than 1.990), organizational culture X2 does not have a significant impact on employee performance. With a sig value < 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (6.206 is greater than 1.990), soft skills (X3) have a significant impact on employee performance. Thus, Fcount 156.031 is greater than Ftable 2.73. Therefore, the performance of Bank BRI Kanca Bengkulu employees is influenced by soft skills, self-efficacy, and organizational culture.
