Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work discipline and the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The method used in this research is a survey method, the form of this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is saturated sample in this research is 98 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation study. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Service Apparatus.

Abstract

SOCIAL CAPITAL AND ASSISTANCE FOR BUMDES AS ECONOMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS FOR COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE SUNDA STRAIT TSUNAMI IN PANDEGLANG REGENCY. The presence of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration is the implementing agent of Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is substantively expected to be able to build villages through structural and cultural approaches. Villages are expected to become independent economically, socially, culturally and politically. The method used in this community service activity is using the lecture method, discussion method, dialogue, and mentoring and practice methods, the material presented about good BUMDes management information is still lacking, this is indicated by a score of 47%., After the community is given education and assistance in the management of BUMDes as the goal of economic recovery after good results were obtained, which was 93%. These results need to be strengthened by improving the management of BUMDes, where academics and the government can collaborate on the best model (deliberative model) for the development of BUMDes to be efficient and competitive.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Financial Technology terhadap Inklusi Keuangan pada pelaku UMKM di Malingping. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekataan deskriptif kuantitatif dan mengumpulkan data primer. Sebanyak 100 UMKM di Malingping menjadi sampel penelitian yang dipilih dengan metode Teknik Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan beberapa hal penting: 1) Literasi keuangan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap inklusi keuangan pada pelaku UMKM. 2) Financial technology memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan pada pelaku UMKM. 3) Pengaruh literasi keuangan dan financial technology terhadap inklusi keuangan memberikan pengaruh secara simultan Kata Kunci : literasi keuangan, financial technology, inklusi keuangan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap employee loyalty di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten yang berjumlah 72 dengan menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji T dan uji F menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee loyalty dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee loyalty serta secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee loyalty. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Employee Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out how much influence training has on employee performance; (2) to find out how much the work environment influences employee performance; (3) to find out how much training and work environment influence employee performance. This research is quantitative research and was conducted at PT Maju Tambak Sumur Lampung Selatan with a total of 65 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this research was taken using questionnaires, observations, interviews. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 29. From the results of this test it can be concluded that (1) the training variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (2) work environment variables (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (3) training variables (X1) work environment (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).
