Abstract

The attention of the state in developing villages is unquestionable. Evidence of the seriousness of the state in developing villages is manifested by the issuance of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 and Village Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014. These two legal regulations provide an opportunity for all villages in Indonesia to obtain a Village Fund of 1 billion originating from the Village Fund from the Central Government 750 million and Village Fund Allocations at the Provincial and Regency/Municipal levels. City of 250 million. Village funds provided by the central government aim to encourage the productivity of rural communities. For this reason, the use of village funds must be planned, implemented, and reported to assess the level of success of the village fund program. To make this village fund program a success, the community service team of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business held "Training for Preparation of Village Fund Financial Reports for Village Apparatus in Mangunreja Village". The objectives of the PkM activities for the Preparation of Village Fund Financial Reports for Village Apparatus are to 1). Provide adequate knowledge regarding Village Fund financial reporting and 2). Provide training to make Village Fund financial reports.

Abstract

SOCIAL CAPITAL AND ASSISTANCE FOR BUMDES AS ECONOMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS FOR COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE SUNDA STRAIT TSUNAMI IN PANDEGLANG REGENCY. The presence of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration is the implementing agent of Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is substantively expected to be able to build villages through structural and cultural approaches. Villages are expected to become independent economically, socially, culturally and politically. The method used in this community service activity is using the lecture method, discussion method, dialogue, and mentoring and practice methods, the material presented about good BUMDes management information is still lacking, this is indicated by a score of 47%., After the community is given education and assistance in the management of BUMDes as the goal of economic recovery after good results were obtained, which was 93%. These results need to be strengthened by improving the management of BUMDes, where academics and the government can collaborate on the best model (deliberative model) for the development of BUMDes to be efficient and competitive.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE) dan Profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Industry Sektor Manakanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018-2022. Metode purposive sampling digunakan pada perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan lebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik. Dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji secara parsial (Uji t) dan Uji secara simultan (Uji F) serta koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 11.365. Hasil dari nilai Adjusted R Square secara signifikansi 0.417. Ukuran Perusahaan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi -4.872. Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham dengan tingkat signifikansi 1.229.Kata kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas dan Harga Saham.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research, which is the research directed to give the symptoms, facts or events systematically and accurately about the nature of research and analyze the truth based on the data obtained. The subject of this researchis three people consisted of one leader and two employees. The object of this research is the professional education budget of Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Sudiono Awaludin dan Rekan. The data collecting techniques used were observation and interview. The data collecting instrument consisted of guideline observation and guideline interview. The data analysis was done descriptively using qualitative data analysing technique. The data analysis phase includes transcript of interview result, data reduction, triangulation and draw conclusion. The result of this research showed that the budget of professional education is needed to fulfill the elementof legality, as well as increasing the credibility of service users to maintain the existence of the company. While the factors that affect the budget of professional education at Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Sudiono Awaludin dan Rekan Provinsi Lampung are the rules related to the appraisal profession, cash flow and leadership style.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of aset turnover ratio which is proxied by Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on the value of the company proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) through profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at manufacturing company of consumer goods industry sector in 2013-2017 with the number of samples taken as many as 31 companies. Research data in the analysis using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 19.00. The results of hypothesis testing obtained by TATO have no effect on PBV, TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA, ROA has a positive and significant effect on PBV. The results of the mediation test concluded that the indirect influence of TATO on PBV through ROA was greater than the direct influence of TATO on PBV which proved that ROA was able to mediate TATO's relationship to PBV

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence creative economy training, creativity of citizen entrepreneurs on increasing income. Based on the results of the hypothesis tested the influence of creative economy training, creativity of citizen entrepreneurs on increasing income is accepted. This has been proven from the results of simple linear regression tests which show that creative economy training, creativity of citizen entrepreneurs on increasing income are strong. It can be understood that the creative economy in Sentul Lio village, Cisait village, is engaged in the creative industry business sector, still lacking new innovations, creativity and new discoveries, so that it can compete with market developments. In fact, the creative economy will slowly replace the role of commodities and natural resources as supporters of the Indonesian economy. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions and dividend policy on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. The investment decision in this research is proxied through Price Earning Ratio (PER); Dividend policy through Divident Payout Ratio (DPR), Profitability through Return on Equity (ROE) and Firm Value through Price to Book Value (PBV). The research population is banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Foam (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. Data analysis used intervening regression processed with the SPSS program. The results showed that investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy not significant effect on firm value. Investment decisions have a negative and significant effect on company profitability. Dividend policy not significant effect on company profitability. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company profitability. There is no mediation of investment decisions on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. There is no mediation of dividend policy on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam program kemitraan masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan mitra sasaran kelompok pengrajin pande besi tradisional yang ada di desa tejamari dalam menerapkan manajemen usaha, keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan pemasaran online (e-commerce).Metode dalam kegiatan ini dengan beberapa tahapan: sosialisasi, penerapan teknologi , pelatihan dan pendampingan , evaluasi dan program keberlanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa mitra sasaran kelompok pengrajin pande besi bisa menerapkan manajemen usaha, keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan pemasaran online hingga mencapai 80 %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2017-2022, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative with time series data covering inflation, exchange rates, interest rates, and the JCI. The data used in this study consists of 288 observations, with each variable having 72 data points. The analysis method includes multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination, with the help of SPSS 27.0 software. The results of the study show that: (1) inflation has been positive and significant effect on the JCI, (2) exchange rates have a positive but insignificant effect on the JCI, (3) interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the JCI, and (4) simultaneously, inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a significant effect on the JCI in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2017-2022.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work performance and monkey loyalty on job promotion at the HR Directorate of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera. The influence you want to know is partial and simultaneous (together). This type of research is a saturated sample that explains the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. This research used a sample of 50 respondents. The sample in this research was determined through Non Probability Sampling using the characteristics of respondents and employee performance at the company. The test tool used is SPSS version 27, including the tests analyzed, namely regression analysis, T test, F test. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the influence of work performance and loyalty has a partial and simultaneous (together) effect on employee promotion at HR Directorate of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera.
