Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extrinsic motivation and instrinsic motivation on learning achievement students in the Food & Beverage Service Program Study, Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia academic year 2018/2019. The questionnaire distributed to 57 respondents was all members of the population. This study, using regression analysis techniques by testing hypotheses using t test and F test. The t-test results show that extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on student achievement in the Food & Beverage Service Program Study, Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia academic year 2018/2019. This is seen from the results of the regression coefficient X1(b1) thitung = 6.977 > ttable (0.05: 54) = 1.6736 and sig t = 0,000 (p < 0.05). Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement in the Food & Beverage Service Program Study, Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia academic year 2018/2019. This is seen from the results of the regression coefficient X1(b1) thitung = 3.743> ttable (0.05: 54) = 1.6736 and sig t = 0,000 (p <0.05). Extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on student achievement in the Dish Study Program, Indonesian Hospitality Management Community Academy academic year 2018/2019. This is based on the results of the F statistical test (ANOVA) where Fcount = 32.521 > F table = 3.17 with sig F = 0,000 (p < 0.05). Other information obtained from the results of the above analysis that extrinsic motivation has a more dominant influence on learning achievement when compared with intrinsic motivation Keywords: Extrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee commitment, organizational culture and the spirit on employee performance at Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian. Questionnaires are distributed to 94 respondents who are all members of the population. This study uses regression analysis techniques with hypothesis testing using T test and F test. The results of the T test shows that employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian. This is proof by the results of the analysis showing the value of the regression coefficient X1(b1) tcount = 4.694 > ttable (0.05:89) = 1.66 and sig t = 0.002 (p < 0.05). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian. This is proof by the results of the analysis showing the value of the regression coefficient X2(b2) tcount = 9.984 > ttable (0.05:89) = 1.66 and sig t = 0.000 (p <0.05). Morale has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian employees. This is proof by the results of the analysis showing the value of the regression coefficient X3(b3) tcount = 11.987 > ttable (0.05:89) = 1.66 and sig t = 0.000 (p <0.05). Employee commitment, organizational culture and their morale have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian employees. This is proof by the results of the analysis showing the regression coefficient value Fcount = 180,487 > Ftable (0.05:2:89) = 3.10 and sig F = 0.000 (p <0.05). The work spirit has variable on greatly influences the performance of Maxi Hotel Restaurant and Spa Legian employees with the largest Beta regression coefficient among other independent variables, namely 0.540, organizational culture variable with a value of 0.477 and employee commitment variable with a value of 0.320. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi terhadap KinerjaKaryawan di Maxone Hotel. Seminyak- Bali. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 93 respondenmerupakan seluruh anggota populasi. Penelitian ini, mempergunakan teknik analisis regresidengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil Uji T menunjukan bahwaPelatihan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dimanakoefisien regresi X1(b1) thitung = 8.614 > ttabel (0,05 : 34) = 1.6909 dan sig t = 0,000 (p < 0,05)menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan menerima Ha. Sedangkan pengaruh Motivasi(X2) terhadapKinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah X2(b2) thitung = 9.254 > ttabel(0,05 : 34) =1.609 dan sig t = 0,000(p < 0,05), yang berarti bahwa Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan (Y). Sehingga Ho = ditolak dan menerima hipotesis alternative (Ha). Uji F menunjukanbahwa Pelatihan (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dimana F hitung =422.319 > Ftabel =3.28dan sig F= 0,000 (p < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulan bahwa H0 ditolakdan menerima Ha serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and training on motivation and its impact on employee performance at Riva Restaurant and Bar, Kuta - Bali. The respondents for this research were all 44 employees. The sample uses saturated sampling. Data collection methods use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in research uses path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Respondents' answers will be processed using a Likert scale. Further analysis was carried out using Path Analysis assisted by the SPSS 20 for Windows software program. The results of research on path analysis test 1 show that leadership and training have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. The magnitude of the influence of leadership and training on motivation is 41.2% and 31.5%. And the results of research on path analysis test 2 show that leadership, training and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of leadership, training and motivation on employee performance is 28.7%, 29.8% and 32.9%. Motivation as an intermediate variable has a positive influence and is able to mediate the relationship between leadership and training on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of training, learning environment and learning motivation on the competence of students at PPLP Mapindo, Tabanan. The sample in this study were all students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, a total of 50 students. Respondents' answers or responses will be processed by scoring/weighting using a Likert scale. Further analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection methods using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research using the t statistical test (partial significant test) show that training, learning environment and learning motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the competence of students in PPLP Mapindo - Tabanan. The training variable has a more dominant influence on the competence of students at PPLP Mapindo - Tabanan. The implication of this research is one of the considerations in efforts to maintain and improve the competence of students at PPLP Mapindo - Tabanan which can be done by maintaining the quality of training, learning motivation and improving the campus environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi terhadap semangat kerja anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan IndonesiaPeriode 2019 - 2021. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 41 responden merupakan seluruh anggota populasi. Penelitian ini, mempergunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil Uji t menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap semangat kerja anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia Periode 2019 - 2021. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil koefisien regresi X1(b1) thitung = 2,382 < ttabel (0,05 : 39) = 1,6849dan sig t = 0,022 (p > 0,05). Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap semangat kerja anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia Periode 2019 - 2021. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil koef isien regresi X2(b2) thitung = 8,438 > ttabel (0,05 : 39) =1,6849dan sig t = 0,000 (p< 0,05). Gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap semangat kerja anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Akademi Komunitas Manajemen Perhotelan Indonesia Periode 2019 - 2021, berdasarkan hasil uji F (ANOVA) dimana Fhitung = 38,979>Ftabel =3,24 dengan sig F= 0,000 (p < 0,05). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 38 responden merupakan perwakilan dari seluruh anggota populasi. Penelitian ini, mempergunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil Uji t menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,012 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,6909 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,263 > ttabel sebesar 1,6909 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,912 > ttabel sebesar 1,6909 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai fhitung sebesar 33,591 > ftabel sebesar 3,28 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel kepemimpinan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jembrana dengan nilai koefisien regresi Beta paling besar diantara variabel bebas yaitu sebesar 0,580 dan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000. Abstract

Bedugul Botanical Garden is one of the tourism objects in Tabanan Regency which is packaged as anagrotourism for foreign and domestic tourists. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation,work environment, motivation and work spirit on the performance of Botanical Garden Bedugul employees.Determining the number of research samples is based on the Slovin formula, so that the number of researchsamples can be determined as 77 employees from all Botanical Garden Bedugul employees totaling 326 people.The sampling technique uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection methods use interviews,questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in the research uses multiple regression analysistechniques. The results of research using the t statistical test show that partially compensation, workenvironment, motivation and work spirit have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BotanicalGarden Bedugul employees. The magnitude of the influence of each independent variable on the performanceof Botanical Garden Bedugul employees is compensation of 18%, work environment of 8.7%, motivation of30.7% and work morale of 15.5%. Hypothesis testing using the F statistical test (ANOVA) shows thatsimultaneously compensation, work environment, motivation and work spirit have a positive and significanteffect on the performance of Botanical Garden Bedugul employees. The motivation variable has a moredominant influence on the performance of Botanical Garden Bedugul employees. The implication of thisresearch is one of the considerations in efforts to improve the performance of Botanical Garden Bedugulemployees which can be done by maintaining employee motivation and morale as well asimproving/improving the employee work environment.Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Motivation, Work Spirit, Employee Performance
