Abstract

This abstract aims to determine the extent to which customer experience and customer satisfaction influence the purchasing decision of wall paint X. A quantitative method was employed, using surveys distributed via questionnaires to consumers in Bandung district and city who have previously used brand X wall paint. This method was selected to objectively examine the relationship between variables in this research using numerical data suitable for statistical analysis. The research falls under the causal-explanatory category, which aims to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables of customer experience X1, customer satisfaction X2, and purchasing decision Y. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with respondents selected based on specific criteria, namely those who have prior experience using the wall paint product of brand X. Primary data were collected directly from respondents through structured questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results show that customer experience has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Likewise, customer satisfaction significantly affects product purchasing decisions. Moreover, the analysis reveals that both customer experience and satisfaction together contribute 80.8% to the variation in purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is recommended that the company improve the quality of customer experience and satisfaction to strengthen its marketing strategy and customer loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Abstract

The phenomenon of high turnover intention in generation Z is a serious concern for many companies including in the property industry which has a fast work rhythm and high pressure. Generation Z is known to have unique characteristics in working such as valuing work flexibility, work-life balance, having high expectations of the work environment and changing jobs more quickly. Factors that are thought to influence this tendency include flexible working arrangements, workload and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze how these three variables influence turnover intention in generation Z employees at a property developer company in Bandung. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a judgment sampling approach where 165 people were used as research samples. This study was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares method. The results of the study indicate that flexible working arrangements have a significant negative effect on turnover intention, workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction has a significant negative effect. This study contributes to the development of management practices, especially strategies to retain generation Z employees in the dynamic property industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge and Parental Income on the Financial Management Behavior of students majoring in management at Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling was carried out purposively on 56 students majoring in management at Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. The results of the study with multiple regression analysis show that Financial Knowledge has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, while Parental Income has no effect on Financial Management Behavior. Financial Knowledge and Parental Income together influence Financial Management Behavior. It is recommended for future researchers to add or substitute other variables to replace the income variable, and add a larger and more diverse sample size, not only among students. The implication of this research is that students majoring in management need to apply financial knowledge on a daily basis and in financial planning courses there is a need to practice financial knowledge

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the determination of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Return on Assets Ratio (ROA) on stock returns in companies included in the LQ45 list for the 2017-2021 period. The research sample was 21 companies with the following criteria: Companies that are consistently in the LQ45 index for the 2017-2021 period and have complete financial reports, excluding companies in the financial sector. Purposive sampling technique is used in the sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The F test results of this research state that simultaneously they have a significant effect on stock returns. The results of the t test state that the Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio have a significant negative effect on stock returns, while Return on Assets has no significant effect on the company's stock returns.

Abstract

Economic conditions are full of uncertainty, which can make non-cyclicals consumer (JKNONCYC) sector stocks benefit. Research was conducted to determine the effect of GPM, EPS, ROE, DER, and innovation on stock prices in JKNONCYC sector stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022, so that companies can make use of the situation. The population in this study was 122 companies, while the sample was 13 companies selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the fixed effect model method. The result showed that partially GPM and DER had no effect on stock prices, EPS and innovation had a positive effect on stock prices, while ROE had a negative effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, GPM, EPS, ROE, DER, and innovation affect stock prices by 98.67 percent. Companies can increase stock prices by paying attention to the level of EPS, ROE, and innovation, so that investors are interested in investing.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The customers deposits are a matter to be considered by the bank. With the tendency of this declining customer deposits raised the question, what factors have influenced the declining of the customer deposits. Looking at the previous research and facts in the field, it is assumed that the influencing factors are the  people income, the state debt securities, the interest rates and the company size. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of people income, state debt securities, interest rates and company size on customers deposits. This research method is a quantitative method. Further, the datas are analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. The population in this study are all the banks listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2019. Samples are taken by using purposive sampling, obtained 33 companies. The result of this research  showed that people income, interest rates, state debt securities and company size have effect on customers deposits, so it is useful for banks to see the influence of each of the above factors that can affect changes in deposit funds in banks and to take policies based on the factors above.  Keywords: people income, state debt securities, interest rate, company size, customers deposits   ABSTRAK Simpanan nasabah merupakan hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh bank. Dengan kecenderungan menurunnya simpanan nasabah tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penurunan simpanan nasabah tersebut. Melihat penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dan fakta-fakta di lapangan, diduga bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah pendapatan masyarakat, surat utang negara, tingkat suku bunga dan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan masyarakat, surat utang negara, suku bunga dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap simpanan nasabah. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2019. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh 33 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan masyarakat, suku bunga, surat utang negara dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap simpanan nasabah, sehingga berguna bagi bank untuk melihat pengaruh dari masing-masing faktor di atas yang dapat mempengaruhi perubahan dana simpanan pada bank, dan mengambil kebijakan berdasarkan faktor-faktor di atas. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly influenced various sectors, including monetary, social, economic, and humanitarian aspects. Economically, one prominent consequence was the turmoil in global financial markets at the start of 2020, which prompted a shift in global asset allocations and caused currency depreciation in emerging markets such as Indonesia. The textile industry was also impacted due to disruptions in the supply chain for raw materials, leading to higher product costs and, consequently, inflation. Additionally, the implementation of work-from-home policies during this period led to reduced exports and domestic sales, resulting in liquidity challenges and difficulties in debt repayment within the textile sector. These circumstances suggest that exchange rates, inflation, debt, and liquidity were likely contributing factors to the decline in profitability. Profitability need to be considered as they can impact the sustainability of the company. This study aims to examine and evaluate the influence of inflation, exchange rates, debt, and liquidity on corporate profitability. The research focused on textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2022, with samples chosen through purposive sampling method. The purposive sample is conducted based on companies that publish complete financial statements during the study period and are not outliers. The selected sample consists of 14 companies. Panel data regression analysis was employed to process the data. Panel data regression analysis is chosen to identify the relationship between macroeconomic factors, internal company variables, and company profitability. The results revealed that inflation, exchange rates, and liquidity had no significant effect on company profits, while debt had a negative impact. The coefficient for each variable's effect on profits are as follows: exchange rate is 0.00001, inflation is -1.0285, debt is -0.0996, and liquidity is -0.0001. Based on these findings, it is suggested that companies improve debt management by negotiating payment terms with suppliers to minimize reliance on bank credit and optimize profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of presbyters in GMIT Syalom Oehani Congregation. The research is grounded in the importance of organizational culture as a guiding framework for values, norms, and service behavior, as well as discipline as a determinant of consistency, responsibility, and work effectiveness. The study employs a causal associative design with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 35 presbyters of the Syalom Oehani Congregation, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression tests with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on presbyter performance, and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on presbyter performance. The study concludes that the integration of a strong organizational culture and high work discipline serves as a key foundation for enhancing the effectiveness of presbyterial service in the GMIT Syalom Oehani Congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and motivation on organizational commitment among Generation Z members of the GMIT Pniel Batuinan Congregation. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires completed by 39 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique from the population of Generation Z congregants. The independent variables consist of organizational climate and motivation, while the dependent variable is the level of organizational commitment. Data analysis using multiple linear regression showed that organizational climate had a positive effect, while motivation had no effect on member commitment. The coefficient of determination of 0.768 indicates that approximately 76.8% of the variation in organizational commitment can be explained by these two variables. The results of this study emphasize the importance of implementing a conducive organizational climate and providing appropriate motivation to increase the commitment of Generation Z in the church environment, thereby supporting the sustainability of cadre development programs and congregation growth.
