Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji hubungan poin pelanggaran terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas VIII UPT SMPN 29 Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel dalam peneltian ini berjumlah 167 peserta didik. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori operant conditioning B.F. Skinner. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif poin pelanggaran terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas VIII UPT SMPN 29 Gresik sebesar 0,201 yang berarti memiliki hubungan rendah. Hubungan dikategorikan rendah karena beberapa guru membiarkan pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan peserta didik dalam kegiatan PBM atau kegiatan lainnya di lingkungan sekolah terjadi tanpa adanya sanksi yang diberikan. Pembiaran pelanggaran yang dilakukan beberapa guru akan membuat perilaku menyimpang dari peserta didik akan meningkat. Pemberian hukuman menjadi sarana belajar bagi peserta didik dalam memperbaiki perilaku menyimpang. Skinner berpendapat bahwa hukuman yang baik adalah ketika peserta didik merasakan sendiri konsekuensi dari perbuatannya. Poin pelanggaran menjadi hal utama dalam menilai kedisiplinan peserta didik di UPT SMP Negeri 29 Gresik. Melalui poin pelanggaran,kedisiplinan peserta didik dapat dikontrol oleh pihak sekolah dan melakukan upaya pencegahan bagi peserta didik yang tabungan poinnya sudah mencapai batas dengan pemanggilan orang tua dan pendampingan dari guru BK. Kata Kunci: Poin pelanggaran, Kedisiplinan, Tata Tertib Sekolah Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship of the violation points on the discipline of the 8th grade students of UPT Junior High School 29 Gresik. This research uses quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample in this research amountes to 167 students. The theory used in this research is the B.F Skinner operant conditioning theory The technique of data collection were done using questionnaire and documentation. The techniques of data analysis uses product moment correlation analysis. tion with the violation points on the discipline of the 8th grade students of junior high school 29 Gresik by 0,201 which means they have a low relationship. The relationship is categorized as low because some teachers let the violations committed by students in teaching and learning activities or other activities in the school environment occur without any sanctions given. Omission of violations committed by some teacher will make the deviant behavior of student will increase. Punishment is learning tool for students in correcting deviant behavior. Skinner belives that a good punishment is when students feel the consequences of their own actions. The violations point become the main thing in assessing the dicipline of the 8th grade students of UPT Junior High School 29 Gresik. Through the points of violation, the discipline of students can be cotrolled by the school and make efforts to prevent students whose saving points have reached the limit by caliing parents and mentoring from BK teachers. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemahaman orang tua yang bekerja sebagai pekerja seks komersial terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak anak dan mengetahui implementasi hak-hak anak menurut Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 Pasal 26 (1) oleh orang tua yang bekerja sebagai pekerja seks komersial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain yaitu studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Observasi digunakan untuk mengamati lokasi penelitian serta menentukan subjek penelitian. Wawancara diajukan kepada informan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dengan informan sebanyak delapan orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat dua hal besar bahwasannya pertama yaitu pemahaman terhadap pemenuhan hak anak menurut Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 pasal 26 ayat (1) oleh orang tua yang bekerja sebagai pekerja seks komersial tidak sepenuhnya dapat dipahami. Hanya dalam hal mencegah terjadinya perkawinan pada usia anak dapat dipahami sepenuhnya. Ada pun yang tidak dapat dipahami yaitu dalam hal mengasuh, memelihara, mendidik dan melindungi anak; menumbuh kembangkan anak sesuai dengan kemampuan, bakat dan minatnya; serta memberikan pendidikan karakter dan penanaman nilai budi pekerti pada anak. Kedua yaitu implementasi hak-hak anak menurut Undang-Undang No. 35 Tahun 2014 pasal 26 ayat (1) oleh orang tua yang bekerja sebagai pekerja seks komersial hanya dalam mencegah terjadinya perkawinan pada usia anak, orang tua dapat merealisasikan dengan cara tidak memperbolehkan anaknya menikah apabila belum mencapai usia 19 tahun. Abstract This study aims to describe the understanding of parents who work as commercial sex workers on the fulfillment of childrens rights and knowing the implementation of childrens rights according to Law No. 35 of 2014 Article 26 (1) by parents who work as commercial sex workers. This research using a qualitative approach to design that is a case study. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and observation. Observation is used observing the location of research and determine the subject of research. Interviews were submitted to informants based on criteria that had been set with eight informants. The results of this study are of two major aspects: the first is understanding of the fulfillment of childrens rights according to Law No. 35 of 2014 article 26 paragraph (1) by parents who work as commercial sex workers is not fully understood. Only in terms of preventing marriages at the age of the child can be fully understood. There is also something that cannot be understood, namely in terms of caring for, caring for, educating and protecting children; developing children according to their abilities, talents and interests; and providing character education and instilling the value of character in children. Second is the implementation of childrens rights according to Law No. 35 of 2014 article 26 paragraph (1) by parents who work as commercial sex workers only in preventing marriages at the age of children, parents can realize this by not allowing their children to get married if not reached the age of 19 years. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam memperkuat Integrasi Bangsa masyarakat Jawa Timur dan kendala yang dialami. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori manajemen strategi Wheelen dan Hunger. Metode yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan terdiri dari tiga orang. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam memperkuat Integrasi Bangsa masyarakat Jawa Timur yaitu (1) memberdayakan kebhinnekaan Indonesia dan peningkatan pemahaman etika berbangsa dan bernegara, (2) memelihara dan menghormati komunitas kehidupan politik yang berorientasi pada pengembangan masyarakat madani yang dicita-citakan, (3) memelihara kewaspadaan nasional agar terhindar dari upaya pemecahbelahan bangsa (disintegrasi bangsa) (4) peningkatan pemahaman HAM di jajaran aparatur pemerintah dan masyarakat, (5) meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban, (6) memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas warga negara dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara (7) mengembangkan kreatifitas masyarakat dengan memberikan dorongan kearah kehidupan politik yang menghormati HAM, berkeadilan, bertanggungjawab dan mampu berkompetisi secara sehat dan dinamis. Kendala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam memperkuat Integrasi Bangsa masyarakat Jawa Timur antara lain, yakni keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya sumber daya manusia (SDM) baik kuantitas dan kualitas, serta tidak terjangkaunya semua daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Abstract This study aims to explain the strategy of the National Unity and Politics Board of East Java Province in strengthening the Nation Integration of the East Java people and the obstacles they experienced. The theory used is Wheelen and Hungers strategy management theory. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of three people. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that there were several strategies of the National Unity and Politics Board of East Java Province in strengthening the Nation Integration of the East Java people, namely (1) empowering the diversity of Indonesia and increasing the understanding of national and state ethics, (2) maintaining and respecting the political life community oriented to development aspired civil society, (3) maintaining national vigilance so as to avoid efforts to divide the nation (national disintegration) (4) increase understanding of human rights in the ranks of the government apparatus and society, (5) increase public participation in maintaining security and order, (6) ) improve and improve the quality of citizens in the life of society, nation and state (7) develop community creativity by giving impetus towards political life that respects human rights, justice, responsibility and is able to compete in a healthy and dynamic manner. Constraints of the National Unity and Political Body of the Province of East Java in strengthening the Integration of the Nation of the East Java community, among others, namely budget constraints, lack of human resources (HR) both quantity and quality, and the inaccessibility of all regions in East Java Province. Abstract

Child marriages that occur in Kerek District, Tuban Regency are in the highest ranking position based on data from applicants for marriage dispensation (Diska) in 2022 and 2023. The high rate of child marriages is caused by economic, cultural factors and the condition of out-of-wedlock pregnancies. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts made by the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) and Community and Village Empowerment (PMD) in reducing the number of child marriages that occur in Kerek District, Tuban Regency and to find out what obstacles are experienced in implementing these efforts. the. The theory used in this research is structuration theory by Anthony Giddens. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) the Social Services for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) and Community and Village Empowerment (PMD) have made efforts to reduce the number of child marriages through programs including diska counseling, women's schools, trustful family bonds and child love (Glass Shoes). ), outreach, Tuban Ronggolawe children's forum, integrated service center for women and child protection (P2TP2A), women and child protection task force (P2A) and partnerships between regional organizations (OPD). (2) In implementing this program, there are obstacles experienced by the PPPA Social Service and PMD, including (1) unreachable human resources, limited facilities and infrastructure, traditional culture, and weak law enforcement.

Abstract

School bullying is an act of deviant violence committed within the school scope. One form of school bullying that often occurs is verbal bullying, where participants are victimized by harsh words, insults or threats that can harm the victim's psyche. School bullying verbally not only damages the psychological well-being of students but also threatens their academic impairment. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the psychological disorders of verbal school bullying victims and the learning achievement of students at State Senior High School 4 Tuban. The method used was cantitactic with a simple linear regression model, with a sample used as many as 258 students in class X of State Senior High School 4 Tuban. The results obtained were that there was an influence between the psychological disorders of verbal school bullying victims on the learning achievement of students at SMA Negeri 4 Tuban, with the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) showing that the t count > t table, namely tcount > t table, which is 2.443 > 1.661771 with a significance value of 0.016 < 0.05, then this is accepted. From the results of the R Square test, it has a value of 0.062, which means that both variables, namely psychological disorders of victims of verbal school bullying, have an influence on the results of students' learning achievements. For further research, it can be done using different variables.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku peserta didik tanpa terkecuali peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi dan hambatan yang digunakan SMAN 1 Surabaya dalam penanaman karakter peduli sosial peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode dekriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber penelitian ada 2 yakni sumber data primer yaitu kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru pendamping berkebutuhan khusus dan guru pendidikan Pancasila, sumber data sekunder berupa modul ajar yang diajarkan pada pesta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang SMAN 1 Surabaya dalam penanaman karakter peduli sosial peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus terdapat 4 yaitu budaya 3S (senyum salam sapa), menyambut peserta didik di pagi hari, pemberian kelas dengan suasana nyaman dan adanya pengintegrasian materi hak dan kewjiban. Faktor penghambat yang terjadi dilapangan perbedaan guru dalam persepsi pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of creating a safe and comfortable educational environment for students, through Child-Friendly Schools (SRA). The objectives of this research are to describe the implementation of the Child-Friendly School program through the Paduraksa Movement at SMP Negeri 1 Mantup, to analyze the obstacles to the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools at SMP Negeri 1 Mantup, and to evaluate the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools at SMP Negeri 1 Mantup. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documentation. The data validity test used is technical triangulation. Data analysis uses Miles Huberman analysis techniques, with research steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The location of the research is at SMP Negeri 1 Mantup. The research informants are the Principal, BK, TPPK, and students of SMP Negeri 1 Mantup. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Child-Friendly School program at SMP Negeri 1 Mantup has reached the Advanced stage, in accordance with the criteria for Child-Friendly Schools in the Paduraksa Movement Technical Guidelines. The obstacles faced were the continued existence of psychological violence between students and the lack of courage of students to report. Based on the evaluation results, this program was successfully implemented in accordance with the criteria for successful policy implementation according to Edward III's Implementation Theory

Abstract

The position held by teachers is as a professional and an agent of learning. This research aims to analyze the role of Pancasila Education teachers and identify obstacles in strengthening integrity character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The theoretical basis of this study is the theory of Character Education by Thomas Lickona. The results of the study show that the role of Pancasila Education teachers in strengthening the integrity character to create an anti-bullying classroom environment at SMAN 1 Rengel is, 1) integrating the understanding of integrity values, 2) associating integrity values with Pancasila Education materials, 3) providing motivation to students, 4) not discriminating against students, and 5) forming group work. The obstacles faced by Pancasila Education teachers are, 1) internal factors, namely the sense of superiority in students, 2) external factors consisting of factors that occur during the learning process, namely students do not pay attention to Pancasila Education teachers. From the family environment (related to the relationship established when with the family). And the social environment (related to technological advances (social media) and friendship relationships).

Abstract

Violence within educational institutions continues to be a significant problem in Indonesia, as it not only hampers the teaching and learning process but also infringes upon students’ rights to receive an education that is safe, comfortable, and respectful of their dignity. In response to this issue, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology enacted Regulation No. 46 of 2023 concerning the Prevention and Handling of Violence in Educational Environments. This study aims to explore how this regulation is implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Manyar, a prominent senior high school in Gresik Regency with a large and diverse student population. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is based on George C. Edward III’s policy implementation model, which includes four components: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The findings reveal that SMA Negeri 1 Manyar has carried out the policy through the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), the formation of a violence prevention team, the organization of awareness-raising activities, objective handling of reports, and regular monitoring. Despite these efforts, several challenges remain, such as the lack of a dedicated reporting mechanism and limited active participation from all members of the school community.
