The questionnaire was measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the ability variable on industrial performance and the morale variable on industrial performance also had a significant effect, while the self-development variable had no effect on industrial performance. Abstract

This socialization and mentoring activity was carried out as a form of community service to increase the income of batik craftsmen in Klampar Village during the pandemic. The main objective of this activity is to provide knowledge transfer and practices related to the use of markets in marketing batik products. This is very important considering that most batik sales in Klampar Village still use traditional methods, coupled with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which requires craftsmen to avoid crowds. This community service activity was carried out through several stages, namely: supervision, preparation, implementation, evaluation, and preparation of reports. The results achieved showed a significant change in sales methods, with 93% of participants who previously made face-to-face sales in traditional markets, now switching to digital online marketing without having to meet buyers directly. In addition, 90% of participants succeeded in creating social media and marketplace accounts to market their products. Based on these results, it can be concluded that batik craftsmen feel great benefits from this community service program, because the use of digital marketing has proven to be easy, effective, and efficient and has an impact on increasing batik sales income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the role-playing method in increasing the self-confidence of early childhood at RA Nurul Hikmah Lenteng. The background of this study is the low courage of children to appear and actively participate in learning activities. Children tend to be passive, reluctant to speak in front of friends, and depend on friends in group activities. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were children in group B (aged 5–6 years) who participated in role-playing activities for six meetings. The results of the study showed that the role-playing method was able to increase children's self-confidence, which was marked by the courage to appear, the ability to express opinions, and active involvement in the group. Children also began to show initiative and the ability to interact socially more independently. Thus, the role-playing method can be used as an alternative effective learning strategy in developing the social-emotional aspects of early childhood, especially in building self-confidence from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila values in shaping the character of love for the country through batik motif drawing activities for children aged 5-6 years at Muslimat NU Kindergarten. The main focus of this research includes: (1) how is the process of implementing Pancasila values in shaping the character of love for the country through batik motif drawing activities, (2) what are the obstacles faced by teachers and students in the process, and (3) how do teachers overcome these obstacles. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the process of implementing Pancasila values was carried out through thematic learning planning, introduction of local and national culture in the form of batik, strengthening the values of love for the country through activities illustrating the cultivation of Pancasila values. The obstacles faced include the low level of understanding of children, limited learning time, lack of resources and differences in children's ability levels. Teachers overcome these obstacles by using visual media and stories, learning with play and singing methods, personal approach, collaboration with parents and periodic reflection and evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that the activity of drawing batik motifs can be an effective medium in instilling Pancasila values, especially love for the country, in early childhood if supported by appropriate learning strategies.
