Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of ecoprint media using the pounding technique as an effort to foster creativity in children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Pahlawan Panaan. The background of this research is the limited variation in learning media which affects the development of children's creativity. Ecoprint with pounding technique is a method of natural coloring that utilizes leaves and flowers by transferring pigments onto fabric through a pounding process. This activity provides opportunities for children to explore, create patterns, and express ideas using materials from their surroundings. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of ecoprint allowed children to demonstrate original thinking, increased imagination, and confidence in expressing their ideas through artwork. The activity also stimulated fine and gross motor skills, collaborative behavior, and environmental awareness. Therefore, ecoprint pounding technique serves not only as an artistic tool, but also as an effective educational medium to support holistic child development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in developing early childhood life skills at PAUD Pahlawan, Panaan Village, Pamekasan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study consisted of 10 children in group A aged 4–5 years, with informants from teachers and principals. The results of the study indicate that PHBS habits are implemented in a structured manner through activities such as washing hands, throwing out trash, maintaining personal hygiene, and tidying up learning tools. Teachers play an active role as guides and role models, and use a fun approach to instill these habits. Supporting factors for PHBS habits are adequate facilities and support from the school, while obstacles include limited facilities and lack of support from the home environment. PHBS habits have a positive impact on children's life skills, especially in the aspects of independence, responsibility, and social concern.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the role-playing method in increasing the self-confidence of early childhood at RA Nurul Hikmah Lenteng. The background of this study is the low courage of children to appear and actively participate in learning activities. Children tend to be passive, reluctant to speak in front of friends, and depend on friends in group activities. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were children in group B (aged 5–6 years) who participated in role-playing activities for six meetings. The results of the study showed that the role-playing method was able to increase children's self-confidence, which was marked by the courage to appear, the ability to express opinions, and active involvement in the group. Children also began to show initiative and the ability to interact socially more independently. Thus, the role-playing method can be used as an alternative effective learning strategy in developing the social-emotional aspects of early childhood, especially in building self-confidence from an early age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas media smartroof untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data terdapat tiga langkah yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan.Berasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa dalam pembelajaran guru menggunakan media smartroof dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak, kesulitan dalam pembelajaran ini diantaranya adalah sikap tidak menerima anak terhadap anggota kelompoknya dan segala sesuatu yang harus dipersiapkan secara matang. Pada anak di TK Al-Hidayah perkembangan sosial emosional peserta didik terdapat 7 anak yang mulai berkembang terlihat dari anak dapat melakukan kerjasama dengan kelompok pada saat kegiatan bermain dan 5 anak sudah berkembang sangat baik, sedangkan 8 anak lainnya berkembang sesuai harapan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Al-Hidayah berkembang sangat baik peserta didik dapat berinteraksi dengan baik, saling menghargai sesama teman, dapat mengelola emosi dengan baik, dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan bersama-sama, dan dapat saling tolong menolong.
