Pregnancy is a physiological condition for a mother, because there will be physical changes that affect the life of a mother during pregnancy. A healthy diet and lifestyle in pregnant women can support the growth and development of the fetus in the womb. This study used a cross sectional approach, with a correlational design to analyze the relationship between modification of carbohydrate consumption and the adequacy of the nutritional needs of pregnant women. The sample was 89 pregnant women obtained by purposive sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaires, structured interviews, and documentary studies, with a retrospective approach about daily food consumption patterns using the FFQ (food frequency questionnaire) in pregnant women. Data analysis was carried out using chi-square test. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between modification of carbohydrate consumption and the adequacy of the nutritional needs of pregnant women with a P-value of 0.032 and OR 2.5 meaning that pregnant women who modify their carbohydrate nutritional sources will have a 2.5 times better chance of meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant women compared to pregnant women. which does not modify the source of carbohydrate nutrition. Carbohydrates are important nutrients for both mother and fetus. Adequate carbohydrates can be met through the mother's daily nutrition. Sweet potato as a source of carbohydrates can be used as an alternative nutrient to replace rice.

The nurse's physical workload can include lifting and moving patients who cannot move independently, performing medical procedures that require physical endurance, and working long hours without adequate rest periods. The study aimed to determine the physical and mental workload of health workers with the application of patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this study is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach; the number of samples is 36 respondents. The research variable was an independent variable (mental and physical workload) with a dependent variable (patient safety application). The study's results related the relationship of physical workload with the application of patient safety with a value of p = 0.409 and the relationship of mental workload with the application of patient safety with p = 0.069. It can be concluded that there is no relationship between physical workload and the application of patient safety in the inpatient room. There is no relationship between mental workload and the application of patient safety in the inpatient room. Therefore, hospitals need to provide adequate support and resources to help nurses manage their workload effectively and prevent burnout and workload overload that can negatively impact healthcare workers' mental and physical health

Cardiac arrest is an emergency case, occurs due to loss of blood and oxygen in the heart muscle. This research method uses a type of pre-experimental method with a pre-test post-test group design approach with a sample of 30 respondents from members of the youth organization. The results of the study showed that the ability to handle pre-hospital cardiac arrest victims before being given cardiopulmonary resuscitation health education was in the sufficient low value with a percentage of 7,26 prior, while the ability to handle pre-hospital cardiac arrest victims after was in the good category with a score 11,00. The results of the T-test were also obtained, showing a significant value of 0.000. So the p value is 0.000 <0.05. So it is expected to be able to improve the ability to handle members of the youth organization in providing basic life support for cardiac arrest victims appropriately in handling which is a pre-hospital action.

Natural and non-natural disasters occurring in the world continue to increase unpredictably. Considering that disasters can occur at any time, community preparedness in facing disasters is very important. However, the research results show that community preparedness still needs to be improved. This condition also occurs with service partners. Even though Panti Village area is a disaster-prone area, public awareness of disaster preparedness is still low. However, on the other hand, partners have the potential to be developed, namely the existence of Disaster Preparedness Village Youth (DESTANA) which is expected to become a driving force to increase public awareness of disaster preparedness. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to increase community awareness and ability to prepare for disasters through collaboration with DESTANA and BPBD. The activities carried out include health education about disaster management and continued with simulations of disaster emergency management such as the evacuation process when a disaster occurs, dressing splints and simple wound care when a disaster occurs, as well as planting trees as a reforestation effort to prevent flooding. The results show that public knowledge about disaster management increased after being given health education to 77.8% and the remaining 22.2% had fairly good knowledge. After the simulation, the community's skills in evacuating disaster victims became better (82.2% had good skills). Community skills increased by 48.9% of people were able to do simple splint dressing after the simulation. After being given a wound care simulation, people's skills increased by 40% to become skilled at carrying out wound care. Health education and disaster management simulations need to be provided regularly by health workers through collaboration with DESTANA as a disaster prevention mitigation effort.

Abstract: Stunting is a significant public health problem in Jember Regency and has a long-term impact on the quality of human resources. Efforts to accelerate stunting reduction require active community involvement through strengthening the capacity of local organization-based health cadres. This study aims to analyze the application of an applied learning model for early stunting detection to improve the competence of 'Aisyiyah cadres in the community. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest design approach. The subjects were Aisyiyah cadres who participated in early stunting detection training. The intervention was an applied learning model that emphasized direct practice, anthropometric measurement simulations, the use of detection tools, and field mentoring. Cadre competency measurements included aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills before and after the intervention. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests to determine differences in pretest and posttest scores. The results showed a significant increase in cadre competency after being given the applied learning model. There was a very significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores in 20 participants (Z = -3.195, p 0.001, r = 0.89). Improvements were seen in understanding the concept of stunting, the accuracy of anthropometric measurements, and the ability of cadres to educate mothers of toddlers. The applied learning model has proven effective in increasing cadre readiness for early detection of stunting in the community. This learning model can be used as a community-based training strategy to support programs to accelerate stunting reduction. Keywords: Early Detection; Stunting; Cadre Competency; Applied Learning Model.
