Abstract

Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) among students is a primary goal of education. Teachers play a crucial role in achieving this objective. Effective teacher management strategies can help enhance students' HR quality. This study aims to analyze teacher management strategies in improving students' HR quality at Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School. Conducted using qualitative methods, the research utilized interview, observation, and documentation techniques for data collection. Findings revealed that the teacher management strategies at Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School encompass enhancing teacher competencies, professionalism, motivation, well-being, as well as learning facilities and infrastructure. These strategies have proven effective in enhancing students' HR quality, including improved academic and non-academic performance and character development. The research suggests recommendations such as integrating teacher competencies, reinforcing professionalism, boosting teacher motivation and well-being, improving learning facilities, employing innovative teaching methods, and continuous evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the profitability of Islamic commercial banks from 2018 to 2023 using various financial parameters. The analysis methodology used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which is one of the associative quantitative techniques. Using SPSS software, a purposive sampling strategy is used for the sampling procedure. In this study, a total of fifteen Islamic commercial banks became the population, with nine of these institutions being samples that met all the requirements. This study found that between 2018 and 2023, the profitability of Islamic commercial banks was significantly affected simultaneously by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loans (NPF), and financing ratio (FDR) factors on profitability. Profitability in this study was not partially affected by several of these factors.

Abstract

Sharia financial management strategies play an important role in improving school financial management. This study aims to improve understanding of management functions, sharia principles and implementation of strategies in financial management of Muslimeen Suksa schools. This study uses a descriptive approach that is classified as a qualitative method by utilizing observation and interview data and additional information from journals, books and articles. The results of the study indicate that the school management function has been running well in financial planning and implementation, especially in providing educational services and prioritizing more important needs. While in terms of organization, it still needs improvement to be more effective and structured. Meanwhile, the supervision aspect requires community participation to monitor school financial management. Similarly, the sharia principles in school finance show that the principles of justice, effectiveness and efficiency have been implemented well. However, the principles of transparency and accountability in their application still need to be improved. Therefore, this study confirms that good school financial management must be in accordance with management functions and sharia principles.

Abstract

Financial management is a very important life skill to have from an early age. Saving education is an important step in forming financial management skills, self-control and planning for the future in children. Educational activities carried out at Tadika Tahfiz Nur Furqan aim to improve children's understanding of the importance of implementing savings habits from an early age which will help them develop positive habits in managing finances. Qualitative descriptive methods were applied in this study through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed to improve children's understanding of saving habits. The results of the study showed that children did not yet understand financial management and the application of saving, resulting in low interest in saving. However, this education succeeded in instilling positive habits and awareness of the importance of discipline in managing money. The practice of saving by making piggy banks from paper not only increases children's creativity but can also foster a sense of ownership and strengthen understanding about saving.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies applied by Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands in increasing the number of student enrollments. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe the situation and conditions in the field in detail. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Tadika Al Fikh Orchard has implemented a fairly appropriate market segmentation by targeting parents who want Islamic-based education and a child-friendly approach. However, there are challenges in terms of a less strategic location, which has led to a decrease in the number of student enrollments in recent years. In addition, promotion through social media and word of mouth proved effective, although direct promotion in the neighborhood still needs to be improved. Based on these findings, some suggestions are to expand market segmentation, increase aggressive promotion, consider opening branches in more strategic locations, and strengthen the advantages of the Islamic and Montessori-based curriculum. This research is expected to provide insights for Tadika Al Fikh Orchard to increase learner enrollment and strengthen its position in the early childhood education market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality management implemented by Tadika Didik Bistari Gemilang in improving the achievement of early childhood. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method applied in this research through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in implementing quality management in improving early childhood achievement, researchers used 4 aspects, first, the education program offered at Tadika Didik Bistari Gemilang was adapted to the National Pre-School Standard Curriculum (KSPK) with the concept of integrated learning. The learning process is carried out using easy and fun methods, one of which is learning while singing and playing. Second, the Parenting and Care Program, which provides security, food, sleep, bathing and care from the time the children arrive until they return home. In the morning, the teacher welcomed the children and asked them to eat the morning snacks provided earlier. Third, infrastructure This can be seen from the condition of the safe, comfortable, clean, complete facilities, many toys that can be played before learning, as well as learning tools and media used to train students' focus and motor skills. And fourth, competent teachers to run and optimize educational programs and care and maintenance programs well, of course, the role of competent teachers is needed.
