<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of SMP Negri 2 Banjarnegara using by the value for money method. Value for money method is an expansion scope from financial audit. Indicators of performance measurement in this research consist of economic, efficiency and effectiveness. The economic performance measurement related to how frugal expenditure was made. The efficiency associated measurement of usefulness budget. The effectiveness relates how to achievement target is appropriate. This research object is managing SMP Negeri 2 Banjarnegara School Budget Plan and School Budget Expenditure realization with based the data on year of 2010/2011. Data collection technique in this research using by interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis concluded that SMP Negeri 2 Banjarnegara yet to implement school-based performance assessment with value for money method. Based on the analysis of school-based performance assessment concluded that the value for money achieved economic level indicates the value of 96.19%, and based on economic criteria tables of financial performance is in less economical criteria. Degree of efficiency showed a value of 100%, based on the value of the efficiency of financial performance criteria is in less efficient criteria. The level of effectiveness showed a value of 96.19%, based on the value of the effectiveness criteria on financial performance criteria is in effective criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[Pembelajaran tematik memiliki ciri khas yaitu student centered dengan menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat kegiatan dan mata pelajaran pembelajaran. Motivasi berprestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik menjadikan siswa memiliki tujuan untuk berprestasi dengan terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan atau mempertahankan kemampuannya agar memperoleh hasil belajar yang terbaik berdasarkan standar hasil belajar yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran tematik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data angket. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru dan 45 siswa kelas V SD tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas V SD memiliki konsep diri yang positif yaitu bekerja keras dan berharap untuk sukses sehingga motivasi berprestasi siswa pada pembelajaran tematik berada pada kategori motivasi berprestasi sangat tinggi (86 persen) ]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 107 siswa. Dengan sampel 35 siswa kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 35 siswa kelas V C sebagai kelas kontrol. Multimedia interaktif yang digunakan guru menjadi tolak ukur dalam pembelajaran. Powtoon merupakan video presentasi animasi interaktif berbasis web untuk membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan efisien. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes. Hasil analisis posttest pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test non paramaterial test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan multimedia interaktif powtoon terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia kelas V SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo.]]>

<![CDATA[An educator must be able to manage learning that allows students to hone their skills in the 21st century. The abilities that can be developed in the learning process are critical thinking, creative and visual literacy skills. These abilities can be developed through learning with the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) model which is reflected in each learning stage. This study aims to determine the correlation and contribution of critical thinking, creative and visual literacy skills to learning outcomes through the application of the TPS learning model. This research is a correlational quantitative study with the research sample of fourth grade students at SDN Ketabang Surabaya, using the Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used critical thinking, creative, visual literacy and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis can be concluded that there is a simultaneous (together) correlation between critical thinking (X1), creative (X2), and visual literacy (X3) variables on student learning outcomes (Y) significantly at r = 0.362. the contribution given by the three independent variables to the variable (Y) is 13.10%. ]]>

<![CDATA[Kurangnya adaptasi atau penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa mengakibatkan proses pembelajaran tidak ideal terhadap hasil belajar siswa, hal inilah yang menjadi pendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian eksperimen. Dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol digunakan dalam teknik posttest alone control design. Berdasarkan hasil posttest, kelas II A yang dijadikan kelas eksperimen dan mendapat perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, mempunyai kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan kelas II B yang dijadikan kelas kontrol dan tidak mendapat perlakuan. Penelitian ini melihat potensi dampak model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II sekolah dasar dengan berbagai karakteristik. <![CDATA[Preparing HOTS-based teaching materials is a competency that teachers must have. Elementary school teachers are required to have the ability to create teaching materials that encourage students to be motivated in observing everything around them, asking questions, and thinking creatively and critically so that they can explore the competencies of elementary school students. The aim of holding this PPM is so that elementary school teachers in the Gresik area will increase their competence in preparing teaching materials, especially for preparing HOTS-based teaching materials. The method used is descriptive qualitative with instruments in the form of interview sheets, questionnaires, and documentation related to the implementation of community service or PPM. PPM participants consisted of 25 elementary school teachers in the Gresik area. As a result, after the PPM activities were carried out, the competency of elementary school teachers in preparing HOTS-based teaching materials increased. This can be seen from every aspect of making HOTS-based teaching materials that has been fulfilled, this is because the human resources of elementary school teachers in the Gresik area already have a profile that supports their competency abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar belakang penelitain ini adalah guru harus menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, dan inovatof. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Model PjBL Berbantuan Media Papan Question Card terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Keberagaman Karakteristik Individu Kelas II SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sample yang digunakan yakni purposive sampling dari kelas II-B dengan jumlah 28 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 26, didapatkan hasil t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel. Artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran menggunakan model Project Based Learning berbantuan media papan question card, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara hasil belajar pada Tema 3 Subtema 2 Pembelajaran 2 muatan PKn pada pretest dan posttest. Dari penjelasan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Porject Based Learning berbantuan media papan question card berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The competence of elementary school teachers in the preparation of AKM-based character development indicators needs to be a concern. Most of the teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya, the teachers do not have experience in compiling AKM-based character development indicators. The purpose of this community service is to improve the competence of elementary school teachers in compiling AKM-based character development indicators. The intended target is the teacher of SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya. This activity is carried out in the form of training and workshops, starting with material presentations, discussions, and workshops with the assistance of lecturers and assisted by students during group work. The results of the activity show that: (1) there is an increase in the understanding and skills of teachers in preparing AKM-based character development indicators; (2) The response of this training participant showed a positive response.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discusses the role of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Australia through the KOMPAK program, with a focus on supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for quality education in Papua and West Papua. KOMPAK, which is supported by the Australian government, aims to improve the quality of life in Indonesia by strengthening basic services, including education. NGOs play an important role in implementing this program by leveraging local expertise to build capacity, increase access to education, and empower communities. This program is in line with the global commitment to SDG 4, which emphasizes inclusive and equitable quality education for all children, especially in remote and underserved areas. This collaboration shows the shared commitment between the two countries and highlights the important role of NGOs in improving the educational landscape in Papua and West Papua, with the aim of ensuring a better future for the region's young generation]]>
