Abstract

One of the MSMEs that have a pretty big opportunity is the craft of plastic woven bags. This community service was carried out in the plastic woven bag craft business unit owned by Mrs. Nikmah in Dukuh Krajan, Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. This service using the Asset-based community development (ABCD) method is considered to be the right approach to the above problem which is an approach to community development that is in a large flow. This service to the community provides assistance in terms of marketing and product promotion. Promotion and marketing assistance aims to introduce woven products to the wider community so that they can increase sales of woven bags. The purpose of this service activity is to help provide solutions to problems related to marketing aspects by introducing a marketing mix strategy. The results of this activity show that the assistance carried out is able to encourage these business actors to maintain their business by maximizing marketing and promotion aspects. In practice, The prospect of developing a plastic woven bag business in Dukuh Krajan, Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo, showed significant results, including the introduction of a marketing mix strategy that can support woven business productivity and expand marketing by utilizing social media and to make products more recognizable the broad public.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of social media as an effective promotional tool in Sokosewu Park's modern marketing strategy. The main aim of this article is to explore how social media can be used to increase name visibility, expand audience reach, and encourage deeper interactions with Sokosewu Park tourists. The method used in this research is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potential that exist around Sokosewu Park and are owned by the community. To then be used as material that empowers Sokosewu Park and the community itself. The research results show that strategic use of social media can significantly increase audience reach and tourist engagement. An integrated campaign with high-quality content and the right platform selection results in a significant increase in tourist destination recognition and tourist response. These findings confirm that social media, when used appropriately, is a powerful promotional tool that can support marketing objectives and strengthen relationships with target audiences.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Nambangrejo Village work as local cultural craft businesses. The problem in that place is that they are only able to market their products in the surrounding environment. This is what causes the business to take a very long time and is difficult to develop and become big. The purpose of this study is to create products that can be accepted by consumers in accordance with the targeted marketing strategy and develop the business on a larger scale. The method used is field research, namely the qualitative method. Its implementation is carried out by providing assistance in marketing and promoting local cultural craft businesses. The results obtained from the assistance, which were initially only in the environment, have now spread widely to other areas. So, as a conclusion in the training activity for developing marketing strategies for local cultural craft businesses, namely being able to understand insights about marketing strategies, having skills in marketing a local art tool product and how to make products that are currently acceptable in the market so that products can compete in terms of quality and marketing.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the potential of human resources that have not been fully explored. The majority of the population in Dukuh Tengah, Nambangrejo Village—particularly housewives and the younger generation—have free time that could be optimized for productive activities. This is due to limited access to skills training and a lack of exposure to creative economic opportunities. This assistance aims to enhance the community's creativity and skills, increase their knowledge about digital marketing and the use of information technology, boost income, and create new job opportunities for the Dukuh Tengah community. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). This program can empower the Dukuh Tengah community through bouquet-making and digital marketing training, targeting mothers and young women in Dukuh Tengah. The results of the study showed a significant increase in participants' skills in flower arranging after the training, as well as an improvement in their knowledge of digital marketing based on the materials provided.

Abstract

Dukuh Krajan, Bedrug Village, is located in Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. Most of the population work as farmers and dairy farmers. The productivity of cow’s milk is around ten to fifteen liters for one cow that is not lactating, while a cow that is breastfeeding is around eighteen to twenty liters every day. Where in Dukuh Krajan, Bedrug Village has many dairy farmers, namely around forty dairy cows that can be used to process milk into several flavors, The problem faced by cattle breeders in Dukuh Krajan, Bedrug Village, is that they always follow the price of collectors, where the selling price of cow’s milk is unstable. Breeders only get a selling price of Rp. 7.600,00 or Rp. 10.000,00 for each liter. The purpose of this service is the opportunity to empower dairy farmer through processing milk into several flavors. The service method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results of this research are to produce products, bussines ideas and community creativity through the utilization of cow’s milk processing into several flavors that have better tastes and higher economic value because they provide alternative flavors for buyers, thereby increasing the activities of the Dukuh Krajan community in Bedrug Village.

Abstract

Hadroh art has emerged as one of the most accessible means of community empowerment. This Islamic music genre proves highly adaptable across various demographics, appealing to both genders and all age groups, spanning children, adolescents, and adults. This article explores diverse strategies in establishing Hadroh art groups by youth in Dukuh Krajan, along with enlightening the younger generation on the significance of preserving traditional musical art in the current era of globalization. The study delves into the distinctiveness of Hadroh styles such as al-Banjari and al-Habsyi, while emphasizing the challenges in sustaining Hadroh art within the context of limited tradition transmission. The overarching aim of this research is to unearth the potential of Hadroh art as a comprehensive empowerment tool within communities, along with insights into the establishment of Hadroh art groups from their inception.

Abstract

Interest in learning and lack of motivation are the main problems faced by students in the Krajan hamlet. In increasing interest in learning in the millennial era, where children are more interested in learning by using things that are interesting and relaxed.The service method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The result of this service activity is through the program Learning while playing in the learning process, children's interest and enthusiasm for learning. Thus, it is hoped that children will not feel that they are learning, thus making learning activities relaxed, flexible and not rigid. The purpose of this research was to increase children's learning interest and to find out the extent to which students' motivation was in learning outside of school. The collaborative use of these four learning methods was quite significant in conveying material.The krajan hamlet of Bedrug Village is located in the Pulung sub-district, Ponorogo Regency. In general, the education of the people of Bedrug Village can be categorized based on age. The elderly have the last elementary school (SD) and junior high school (SMP) education. Meanwhile, in adulthood, the average last education is Senior High School/Equivalent (SMA) and Strata-1 (S-1).
