Abstract

The objectives of this study aim to test and analyze (1) differences in the effect of learning models on students' mathematics learning achievement; (2) differences in the effect of students' self-confidence on students' mathematics learning achievement; and (3) the interaction between learning models and students' self-confidence towards students' mathematics learning achievement. In this study, the writer used quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The population and sample in this study were class VIII students of SMP N 2 Baki, and the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires, tes, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis employ a two-way analysis of variance with cells not equal with α = 5% to obtain the results: (1) There is no difference in the effect of the learning model on students' mathematics learning achievement; (2) There are differences in the effect of students' self-confidence on students' mathematics learning achievement; and (3) There is no interaction between the learning model and students' self-confidence towards students' mathematics learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity of blended learning in the economic mathematics course of the Management Study Program at Pamulang University. This study used qualitative descriptive methode. Techniques for collecting data using interview and documentation methods. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with 3 lecturers who are competent in economics mathematics courses and who already have lecturer certificates. The results showed that (1) Planning for blended learning is carried out by lecturers by preparing SAP, learning tools or materials, and learning media. (2) The implementation of blended learning is carried out online and through PTMT. (3) Evaluation of blended learning on the assessment of cognitive aspects is carried out through the LMS of Pamulang University in the Final Task 1 Meeting menu for online learning. (4) The learning process has been carried out in good and structured stages, starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation, so it can be said that learning with the blended learning model is running productively.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat di SMK PGRI 39 Jakarta melibatkan guru sebagai mitra dan mahasiswa sebagai pendamping untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik melalui strategi pembelajaran deep learning yang menekankan pemahaman mendalam dan keterlibatan siswa. Kegiatan diawali observasi dan wawancara untuk menilai strategi mengajar, metode pembelajaran, pemanfaatan media, dan keterlibatan siswa, serta identifikasi masalah seperti dominasi metode konvensional, minimnya pembelajaran aktif, keterbatasan media, dan rendahnya partisipasi siswa. Berdasarkan temuan, dilakukan penguatan strategi deep learning, pengembangan modul dan media ajar, serta pendampingan implementasi di kelas melalui metode berbasis masalah, proyek, dan kolaboratif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep deep learning, kemampuan merancang modul interaktif, dan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan strategi, sementara pendampingan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, interaksi guru-siswa, dan penggunaan media. Evaluasi menunjukkan 75% guru menilai pelatihan bermanfaat, 70% lebih percaya diri, dan 65% siap konsisten mengimplementasikan deep learning. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini efektif mentransformasi strategi mengajar menjadi lebih interaktif, berpusat pada siswa, dan berbasis pemahaman mendalam.
