Abstract

Kantor PPPAPPKB Metro lampung memiliki permasalahan yang umum seperti halnya kinerja pegawai, dalam penelitian awal penulis menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan yang akan menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Beberapa masalah diantaranya adalah adanya pegawai yang kurang memiliki motivasi, semangat kerja, kepribadian, serta kompensasi yang sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh lembaga guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja para pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sedangkan deskripsi dari riset ini ialah untuk mengetahui baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dari variabel yang diteliti, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 75 responden serta pengambilan sampel sebesar 64 pegawai dan teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Tahapan yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner dan dibantu dengan alat analisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan Secara simultan keempat variabel menunjukkan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, maka dalam penelitian ini yang membahas tentang motivasi kerja, semangat kerja, kepribadian, dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja sangat berkaitan penting dalam kehidupan di suatu organisasi atau lembaga/instansi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was used to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung. Village owned enterprises (BUMDES) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDES is a pillar of economic activity in the village that functions as a social institution (social institution) and commercial (commercial institution). The type of research used is quantitative research with a comparative research approach with paired sample t-test which aims to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises in efforts to increase village original income before and after the existence of BUMDES. After conducting the research, it shows that Village Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase village original income at Bumi Raharjo Village Owned Enterprises, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Central Lampung, play a role in efforts to increase village original income. One new approach that is expected to be able to stimulate and move the economy in rural areas is through the establishment of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) which are fully managed by village communities. This economic institution must be based on the desire of the village community, which departs from the potential that is managed properly in order to increase Village Original Income (PADES). Abstract

Berdasarkan temuan lapangan, didapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi adalahmasih rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan perusahaan belumsepenuhnya mampu mendayagunakan potensi sumber daya manusia yangdimiliki. Realisasi hasil mutu produksi terhadap target yang ditetapkanperusahaan rata-rata mengalami fluktuasi serta menunjukkan lebih banyak tidaktercapainya target hasil produksi. Kendala-kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhimenurunya kinerja karyawan terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerjakaryawan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jenis penelitianexplanatory survey, dan motivasi, kepribadian, budaya sebagai variabel bebasdan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikatnya. Teknik penentuan sampelnyaadalah accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi,wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t (parsial)menunjukan nilai dari pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yaituthitung>ttabel (3,837 1,992), dan nilai dari pengaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerjakaryawan yaitu thitung > ttabel (6,905 1,992) kemudian nilai dari pengaruh budayaterhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu thitung > ttabel (5,121 1,992). Sedangkan padaperhitungan nilai R square kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskanvarians dari variabel terikat adalah sebesar 70%, yang artinya terdapat 30%varians variabel terikat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengandemikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanmotivasi, kepribadian dan budaya terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge or education makes people less understanding about Islamic financial services. Coupled with a modest promotion, and less extensive. Services that are also not improved will hinder the development of business progress. The success of a service production, will depend on how the customer assesses it, namely from the sense of trust that has been formed. If the customer has put his trust in a company, it is difficult for the customer to move to another financial institution, so that it can be mutually beneficial for both parties, namely the financial institution and its customers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of public education on customer confidence in saving at BMT KJKS Al - Falah Batanghari, (2) Knowing the effect of product promotion on customer confidence in saving at BMT KJKS Al - Falah Batanghari, (3) Knowing the effect of service on customer trust to save at BMT KJKS Al – Falah Batanghari. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample or questionnaire method. The sample obtained by accidental sampling obtained as many as 50 respondents. While the data analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression through parial t test, simultaneous f test and the determinant coefficient R2. The results of this study indicate that (1) public education on customer trust in saving at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari has a positive and significant effect, from the results of the t-test to get a t-value ofcount 3.159 > ttable 1.679, (2) product promotion towards customer trust to save at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari has a positive and significant influence, from the results of the t test to get a value and tcount of 3,869 > ttable 1,679, (3) service on trust has a positive and significant effect, from the results of the t test get the value of tcount 4,589 > ttable 1,679. The conclusion, simultaneously that the three independent variables have a good role on customer confidence to save at BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari by obtaining aF value ofcalculated 176,430 > Ftable 2.810, and the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.920 or 92.0% which means 8% is influenced by other variables. It is recommended to BMT (KJKS) Al - Falah Batanghari to provide education to the community, increase promotions, and better services so that the public or customers are more interested, enthusiastic, and believe in saving.

Abstract

Along with the large demand for products ,furniture manufacturers compete to produc equality product saccording to consumer desires. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, features, and design on purchasing decisions for Teak Ukir Hi furniture. Good luck on the Metro. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research method used is the explanatory survey method. The data used are questionnaire data and data documentation. The subjects of this research are customers of Jati Ukir Hi. Slamet. Samples were taken as many as 60 respondents. As well as in the data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the product quality, features and design variables on the purchasing decision variables in the hypothesis test simultaneously stated that the Fcount (31.838>Ftable 2.769) and the significance value 0.000 <0.05 then the product quality, features and design variables together positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The largest tcount value is 6.898 where this value is in the product quality variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic learning (e-learning) in training and developing employee competencies as a result of the covid-19 pandemic at KPKNL Metro. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The subjects of the research were KPKNL Metro employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis interactive model from Miles and Michael Huberman which consists of three concurrent activity paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1) In training and employee competency development after the covid-19 pandemic there are additional ways to participate in training, employees do not need to travel to the training location and train using electronic learning methods (e-learning). 2) The advantages of electronic learning (e-learning) are that it is more flexible in terms of time, more flexible in terms of place and more cost-effective. The drawbacks are the internet network is less stable, computer/laptop equipment facilities are still lacking for some employees, there is no special room for employees to take e-learning, and participants feel bored more easily. 3) The implementation of training and employee competency development through electronic learning (e-learning) as a result of the covid-19 pandemic at the KPKNL Metro is running effectively. 4) Some things that need to be improved so that electronic learning (e-learning) can run better, namely improving the quality of the internet network and increasing internet quota, providing computer/laptop equipment facilities with good conditions for all employees and providing a special room for employees to participate e-learning.

Abstract

Supplier selection is one important thing for companies in purchasing activities. Supplier selection is a multi-criteria problem which includes quantitative and qualitative factors. One method that can be used to select supplier is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, which will develop partnership relationships with Betta fish suppliers. The problems that will be discussed in this study are : (1) How to determine the order of priority criteria and subcriteria to make the best supplier selection according to the condition of the company? (2) How to make the best supplier selection according to the conditions and capabilities of the company? The samples to be taken in conducting this research are decision makers and parties who know the supplier’s performance. The sampling technique uses Judgment sampling because the AHP method reqires dependence on a group of experts on the types of specialists involved in decision making. This study uses the AHP method and is assisted by MS Exel, from the assessment of the level of importance of the criteria in selecting suppliers to produce the priority scale/weight as follows: priority I quality (0,440), priority II price (0,226), priority III shipping (0,142), priority IV service (0,099), priority V payment (0,091). From the results of the assessment of the level of alternative importance in the selection of suppliers produces the priority scale/weighting as follows: priority I dedi betta (0,451), priority II rudi bocor (0,348), priority III supplier of niko surya (0,199). Based on the results of the above analysis, the advice that can be given is, if the company will develop partnership relationships with suppliers, the company is prioritized for choosing dedi betta as bettafish suppliers in the company, because dedi betta supplier has the highest overall value. With the existence of this partnership, the supply chain performance between suppliers and companies will be better and can facilitate the overall production completion target. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of need, attractiveness, and security on the income of traders. The scope of this research includes the independent variables where Need (X1), Attractiveness (X2), and Security (X3). While the dependent variable (dependent variable) is the income of traders (Y), this research is a type of quantitative research with a survey. The method taken to determine the sample in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the need has a significant effect on the income of traders. Attractiveness has a significant effect on the income of traders. Security has a significant effect on traders' income. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is an effort to maintain customers. For this reason, entrepreneurs mustfurther improve the performance and quality of their products so that consumers feel satisfiedand become customers for a long time. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Doespromotion, price and trust have a joint effect on consumer satisfaction". From theseproblems, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, priceand trust together on consumer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative. Thetechnique used in collecting research data uses library research techniques, field research,documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then in data analysis using quantitativemethods, the data is collected and then analyzed. analysis using multiple linear regressionanalysis and processed using SPSS. Based on the SPSS data analysis, it can be concluded thatpromotion, price and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction atthe Isna Collection Store in North Raman.

Abstract

The factors that influence consumer satisfaction in the State Besar District, Way Kanan Regency which will be examined by the author include product quality, price, and service. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and pricing on user satisfaction of the convection industry in Negeri Besar District, Way Kanan Regency. This type of research uses case study research. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 65 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product obtained a tcount value of 2,497> ttable 2. 000 and a significant value of 0.018 <0.05, meaning that product quality affects service user satisfaction. The service obtained a value of tcount 2,719 > ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, meaning that service has an effect on service user satisfaction. The price has a tcount value of 0.893 < ttable 2,000 and a significant value of 0.375 > 0.05, meaning that the price has no effect on service user satisfaction. While the results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained Fcount of 41.230 and Ftable value of 2.760, meaning that product quality (X1), service (X2), price (X3) simultaneously affect the dependent variable,namely service user satisfaction (Y). 65.3% of the role of the variable quality of product,service, price is able to explain the variable of service user satisfaction, while 34.7% isinfluenced by other factors not examined in this study.
