Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menganalis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa/i politeknik pariwisata batam dengan menggunakan theory of planned behaviour. Jumlah sample yang di gunakan yaitu 100 responden dengan teknik accident sampling data yang telah di kumpulkan kemudian di olah menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan mengunakan variabal indepeden yaitu sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol prilaku terhdadap variabel dependen niat berwirausaha mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study discusses and understands the development of OYO Rooms hotel francaise in Padang. OYO Rooms is a low-cost accommodation provider or budget hotel. With this research it is expected to be able to analyze the OYO hotel in the city of Padang. The method used by researchers is qualitative by taking data reviews and ratings on the booking booking site and the experience of researchers staying at OYO hotels. There are 17 properties under the auspices of OYO in the city of Padang. Researchers use the Booking.com site to see how a review of the guest experience staying at this hotel then concludes it. The results of this study are proven that this budget hotel Francaise gets a pretty good rating and review from the booking.com site and that some of the hotels are relatively new and have not received any reviews from guests.

Abstract

Wisata kuliner saat ini menjadi hal yang cukup menjadi serius oleh pemerintah deraah. Kota batam merupakan kota yang mempunyai berbagai jenis objek wisata, salah satunya adalah wisata kuliner. Wisata kuliner yang cukup berkembang saat ini adalah wisata kuliner bengkong. Wisata kuliner bengkong menyajikan beragam jenis makanan baik makanan dan jajanan nusantara maupun jajanan dan makanan yang berasal dari luar negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi wisata kuliner bengkong batam serta melakukan analsisi untuk mendapatkan startegi pengembangan kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuntitatif metode adalisi yang di gunakan adalah metode analisi SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengelolaan wisata kuliner bengkong, batam mempunyai pepebera potensi yang dapat di kembangkan serta beberapa kekeurangan yang bisa di perbaiki untuk mendaptkan hasil yang terbaik untuk pengembangannnya kedepan.

Abstract

Buktinggi merupakan kota wisata yang banyak di kunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Pada penelitian ini akan meneliti bagaimana pengaruh electronic word of mouth (ewom) dan motivasi wisatawan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Jam Gadang Bukttinggi Sumatera Barat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel. Penelitilan ini melakukna uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas serta uji T dan uji R. hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa ada pengaruh electronic word of mouth (ewom) dan motivasi wisatawan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Jam Gadang Bukttinggi Sumatera Barat

Abstract

Kampung Kelembak Tourism Object is a tourist attraction located in Nongsa, Batam, Riau Islands. However, this tourist attraction requires more optimal development for the future in terms of its facilities to support the comfort of tourists visiting the tourist attraction. Therefore, an in-depth analysis and research is needed to find out the needs of the Kampung kelembak tourism object in terms of supporting facilities and planning and concepts that can be applied in the future. The method used in this research is qualitative in descriptive form. The informants used in this study were tourists who had traveled to the Kampung Kelembak Tourism object. The results of the study found that this kampung kelembak tourist taxi was in need of future development in terms of empowering the community, namely involving the community in every management decision, providing space for the community to meet the needs of tourists during the trip such as eating and drinking, activities at tourist objects. in the promotion section, tourism objects can invite tours and travel to make tour packages and also schools or campuses to do learning in Kampung kelembak. In the tourist attraction facilities section, directions are given to get to the interesting places provided.

Abstract

The business opportunity of selling coffee drinks is quite good, this is evidenced by the many coffee outlets in several places. The coffee outlets that we can find are usually in the form of cafes, coffee shops, or just stands that offer a limited selection of coffee. this has a positive impact on both coffee drink sellers, distributors and coffee farmers. There is a lot of knowledge that we can get and develop from this coffee drink which in the end can provide economic benefits for coffee drink businesses. We can give this knowledge to several people who have the desire and pursue the profession and business of drinking coffee. One of the suitable places to be given education about the knowledge of both coffee beans and drinks is SMA. SMA is the last education before and female students go on to college or want to find a job. one of the favorite high schools in Batam City is SMAK Yos Sudarso. SMAK Yos Sudarso is a high school that has quite a lot of students. The Batam Tourism Polytechnic has the opportunity to provide education and training to students there. students and female students are given education about coffee drinks and coffee beans, then later students and female students are shown and demonstrated how to make processed coffee drinks using machines and also made manually. and finally the point is how to make latte art.

Abstract

Popular drinks such as coffee, tea, Boba drinks, and several other trending drinks are being loved in Indonesia. Cafes with attractive packaging selling various types of drinks can be easily found in big cities. One drink that is a favorite of many people is the kombucha mocktail. A kombucha mocktail is a drink made from kombucha, which is a fermented drink made from fermented sweet tea using mushroom cultivation. In Indonesia, kombucha mocktail drinks are increasingly popular with many variations of flavors and attractive packaging. This drink is not only refreshing, but also contains probiotics and enzymes that are beneficial for digestion. SMA is the last level of education before students continue on to college or enter the world of work. One of the well-known high schools in Batam City is SMAK Yos Sudarso which has quite a large number of students. The Batam Tourism Polytechnic has the opportunity to provide education and training to students there regarding kombucha mocktail drinks. They will be given knowledge about this drink, and then trained in making variations of kombucha mocktail drinks with an attractive appearance.
