Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify farmers' local wisdom in land preparation and preparation activities in efforts to control and prevent forest and land fires. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with observations or directly see the activities of farmers in the field who live in Alimukim Village. Secondary data collected was obtained through Alimukim Village profile data. Interviews using a questionnaire were used to collect data about the characteristics of respondents, direct interaction with farmers, respondents 'knowledge and attitudes related to local farmers' wisdom. The results of this study are the manufacture of firebreaks by Alimukim Village farmers with a width of 1 to 2 meters, land management carried out by slash and burn systems, traditional equipment or modified equipment that is often used when preparing land such as hand spayers, machetes , hoes, axes and rakesTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal petani pada kegiatan pengolahan dan persiapan lahan dalam upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan observasi atau melihat langsung aktifitas petani di lapangan yang bertempat tinggal di Desa Alimukim. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan diperoleh melalui data profil Desa Alimukim. Wawancara menggunakan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang informasi karakteristik responden, interaksi langsung dengan petani, pengetahuan dan sikap responden terkait kearifan lokal petani. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan sekat bakar oleh petani Desa Alimukim dengan lebar 1 s.d 2 meter, pengolahan lahan dilakukan dengan cara sistem tebas bakar, peralatan sederahana (tradisonal) atau alat yang sudah dimodifikasi yang sering digunakan pada saat penyiapan lahan seperti hand spayer, parang, cangkul, kapak dan garu

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of government policies on applying discipline and health protocol law enforcement in the North Banjarmasin District. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the Banjarmasin City Health Office, the COVID-19 Task Force, and the North Banjarmasin District as research informants. The research focuses on Van Meter and Van Horn's theory, namely, basic measures and policy objectives, policy sources, implementation activities and communication between organizations, characteristics of implementers, economic, social, and political conditions, and trends. The study results indicated that the implementation of policies on the application of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols in the District of North Banjarmasin has not yet been achieved. This can be seen from the indicators of Basic Measures and Policy Objectives that have not gone well because many still do not comply with the health protocol policy, and the officers are less strict in giving sanctions because this policy is only at the Mayoral Regulation level. Sourcespolicy this health protocol is supported by funds charged to the Banjarmasin City Budget, but infrastructure facilities are still sometimes fulfilled. Economic, Social, and Political conditions have a very negative impact on every level of society. However, judging from the indicators that the Implementation activities and Inter-Organizational Communications are appropriate, each party involved in the health protocol policy in the District of North Banjarmasin coordinates with each other. The characteristics of the implementers have a good working relationship because each activity is coordinated first, then carries out their respective duties and functions. Furthermore, the tendency of the implementers towards this health protocol policy was approved to be implemented because it has a goal that is following the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan menjadikan guru sebagai figur utama yang harus memiliki kecakapan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum, tujuannya agar memiliki acuan dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat mencapai pendidikan yang berkualitas. Salah satu upaya yang dapat mewujudkan proses pembelajaran optimal adalah dengan mengetahui segala hal yang menjadi kebutuhan peserta didik, Oleh karena itu, setiap satuan pendidikan perlu untuk memanfaatkan asesmen diagnostik guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa baik berkaitan dengan aspek kognitif maupun nonkognitif agar pembelajaran dapat dirancang sesuai dengan kondisi peserta didik. Namun demikian, hal tersebut menjadi kendala di SD Hippindo Banjarmasin saat ini khususnya para guru masih asing dengan istilah asesmen diagnostik, akibatnya perencanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Permasalahan itu menjadi alasan diadakannya pelatihan sebagai upaya peningkatan kapabilitas tenaga pendidik terlebih dengan jumlah guru yang tergolong sedikit. Target capaian diadakan pelatihan ini adalah agar para guru memiliki wawasan mengenai asesmen diagnostik khususnya era digital saat ini dan mampu untuk menerapkannya dalam proses pembelajaran demi mencapai pembelajaran yang optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to carry out programs and activities funded by the village income and expenditure budget, administering village financial transactions using the village accounting model, so as to be able to make transparent and accountable village financial reports. With the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the village government will obtain large enough funds and must be managed properly and can be accounted for. The method of implementing this activity uses data collection methods to collect data by analyzing the realization of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) documents, and conducting interviews with village government officials with the Village Consultative Body (BPD). The data analysis method used is a village accounting model to discuss problems, using an analysis of the village accounting model and existing regulations in the village. Socialization activities using data collection methods are very precise, this is really needed according to the needs of village officials, the impact of this socialization is to increase the knowledge of village officials in managing village finances as well as possible.

Abstract

This study assesses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model's effectiveness in evaluating guidance and counseling programs within the Merdeka curriculum of Vocational High Schools. Collaborating with three experts—guidance and counseling specialists, educational technology experts, and practitioner teachers—the research employs assessment tests and pre-test/post-test questionnaires for 10 Guidance and Counseling Teachers at Vocational High School 3 Banjarmasin. Evaluation results, covering general, specific, and material aspects, show a high level of agreement among the three evaluators. General evaluation exhibits high reliability (ICC = 0.750), and thorough and material evaluations demonstrate high reliability with ICC values of 0.794 each. The trial of 10 Guidance and Counseling Teachers reveals a significant improvement in their evaluation skills after implementing the CIPP model. Average post-test results are notably higher than pre-test, highlighting the positive impact of the CIPP evaluation model on enhancing these skills. The research concludes that the CIPP evaluation model is reliable and consistent in measuring guidance and counseling program effectiveness in the Merdeka curriculum of Vocational High Schools. Empirical and theoretical support establishes a strong foundation for considering future implementation of the CIPP model in educational program evaluations. This model's application is anticipated to elevate the quality and relevance of educational programs, particularly in the context of guidance and counseling in Vocational High Schools, with potential practical and managerial benefits.
