Abstract

E-service consists of various actors. Today, there is a wide range of actors involved. Public, private, and government connected in such complex way to create the e-service world we know today. However, the broad and complexity of the environment raises challenges for policy makers and regulators, such as tax. Until now, there is no tax regulation that specifically regulates trading activities using information technology, also known as an e-service. It operates globally without physical boundaries of a nation. However, rules can be different among nations. The initial step to make these rules is the classification of types of services using information technology, based on the business actors involved. Lack of classification raises problems, such as overlapping business segmentation, which may lead to inaccurate classification of the treatment. That is why a complete classification of e-service is needed. This study proposes a classification of e-service based on provider of the service, origin of goods and service, and the destination of goods and services in Indonesia. Research data obtained through literature studies and surveys of information technology-based service provider sites. We propose 27 categories of e-business classification, which can be used further, such as to cluster business and as a basis for regulation.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi, trend penjualan secara online mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat, diantaranya disebabkan oleh pembatasan sosial, sehingga konsumen lebih memilih metode interaksi yang tidak mengharuskan kontak fisik. Paguyuban Pengusaha Kecil dan Menengah (PPKM) Kab.Bandung merupakan paguyuban yang menaungi UMKM di wilayah kabupaten Bandung. Dalam masa pandemi, UMKM binaan kalah bersaing dalam penjualan online yang sudah ada, karena desain produk dan branding yang kurang menarik, atau ‘kekinian’. Beberapa masalah yang berhasil diidentifikasi oleh PPKM adalah kemasan produk para anggota UMKM yang dikemas dengan biasa saja tidak memberikan ciri khas produknya sehingga kurang menarik dimata konsumen, logo dan merk produk UMKM yang minimalis dan alakadarnya juga dinilai merupakan permasalahan dalam penjualan produk.Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini bekerjasama dengan PPKM untuk membantu permasalahan dengan melakukan rebranding produk secara digital dan pembangunan aplikasi kelola redesain kemasan produk UMKM binaan PPKM.

Abstract

CV Dwi Sumber is one of manufacture company which handles sales with variant product. Recording process of raw materials from the warehouse until production process was done manually. The company ordered raw material with the same amount without checking the stock quantity available in the warehouse. For every order, the company must pay order fee. Transactions record were also done manually so it was not directly reduce the stock of raw materials in the warehouse. This accumulated to overstock in the warehouse. This application used Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to calculate optimal raw material order so it can reduce order fee. This application can also record transaction, automatically reduce stock in the warehouse, calculate safety stock in the warehouse so management can decide when they have to reorder the raw material. Transaction record can be viewed as accounting journal and general ledger. This application is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

Halal certification assures that a product or a service has been created, processed, and delivered according to Islamic laws. Currently, the certificate is printed on a security paper and includes a QR code that can be used to verify the certificate online. However, there are some problems with the ongoing certificate verification process. The verification site is centralized, creating a single point of failure. The current verification system is also unable to detect the modified printed certificate. The research aims to propose an alternative halal certificate recording and verification system. A smart contract that runs on the Ethereum blockchain is developed and deployed for that purpose. As a result, the average certificate creation cost is US$20.035, and the process requires 5.75 seconds, while verification is free, and the result can be obtained in about one second. Utilizing the blockchain to store and verify the halal certificate increases trust in the product or service since once the data is stored, it cannot be changed and accessible to the public. Nodes around the world replicate the blockchain to ensure service availability. For future consideration, the system can be extended to automate and track the halal application process and integrated as an alternative to the current system by implementing multiple signatures in the smart contract for each party. Furthermore, the system can be integrated with a peer-to-peer sharing system such as IPFS to store the digital certificate

Abstract

Digital signage (DS) can be used by business actors (MSMEs) to maximize marketing activities in addition to using other digital media such as social media, websites, videos, and SEO. DS is also part of a system that helps manage marketing as a medium that regulates product information owned by members of the MSME community. In the MSME Community of Kampung Digital Sentra Kreasi (Sentra Kreasi) Bandung, which houses various MSME, it was found that until now community members have not used digital signage as their marketing medium. Through the provision of DS services, it is hoped that community members can maximize their marketing. The method of carrying out activities is through socializing the use of digital signage and training on the use of marketing management systems for members and administrators of the Sentra Kreasi. Digital Signage Service Implementation Activities and marketing management applications at the Sentra Kreasi are carried out through Community Service Activities carried out by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FIT) and the Faculty of Communication and Business (FKB).

Abstract

Digital MSMEs are one of the important elements in supporting the national economy as a whole where the government encourages economic growth by empowering MSMEs towards Go-Digital in Indonesia. This role is predominantly carried out by the economic industry in the process of creating and growing various types of MSMEs, including digital MSMEs. The private sector, be it profit-oriented or non-profit organizations, also took part in supporting the MSME program. The Gayatri Mahardika MSME community as a non-profit organization that has an MSME development program towards Go-digital has problems in business introduction and digital marketing which is still done manually and uses tools that are commonly used for business introduction using word-of-mouth information dissemination systems and conventional digital marketing. It is, considered ineffective and efficient. They need digital marketing solutions, both to expand the market, including to survive the pandemic. Gayatri Mahardika MSME Community Empowerment Solution Through Optimization of Digital Marketing and E-commerce in the New Normal Era is expected to increase knowledge and knowledge about digital marketing and can improve the marketing system of every MSME in the Gayatri Mahardika Community so that it can survive during the pandemic and develop more so that it can improve income profits.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Soreang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Instalasi pelayanan kesehatan yang tersedia pada RSUD Soreang saat ini adalah Pelayanan Rawat Inap, Pelayanan Rawat Jalan, Pelayanan Gawat Darurat, dan Pelayanan Penunjang. Untuk menunjang proses pelayanan pada RSUD Soreang dibutuhkan beberapa fasilitas kesehatan. Di RSUD Soreang proses untuk pengadaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mencatat pada Microsoft Excel. Aplikasi Pengadaan Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan ini dibangun dengan metode orientasi objek, dengan pengembangan menggunakan model waterfall, dan menggunakan program PHP dan framework code igniter. Hasil dari aplikasi ini ialah dapat membuat permintaan barang, melakukan proses pengadaan secara komputerisasi, serta menghasilkan jurnal, buku besar, kartu persediaan, laporan persediaan, laporan penerimaan, dan laporan pengeluaran. Kata Kunci: Rumah Sakit; Pengadaan; Aplikasi; Berbasis Web; Perusahaan Jasa Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Soreang is a company engaged in services. The installation of health services available at RSUD Soreang is currently inpatient services, outpatient services, emergency services, and support services. To support the service process at RSUD Soreang, several healthfacilities are needed. In the RSUD Soreang the process for procuring health service facilities is still done manually by recording in Microsoft Excel. This Procurement Application for Health Service Facilitiesis built with object orientation methods, with the development of using the waterfall model, and using a PHP program and framework code igniter. The results of this application are able to make goods requests, conduct computerized procurement processes, and produce journals, ledgers, inventory cards, inventory reports, receipt reports, and expense reports. Abstract

Abstrak- NEC Cimanggis atau National English Center Cimanggis adalah penyedia jasa yang bergerak di bidang Lembaga Pendidikan non formal seperti Bimbel Bahasa Inggris. NEC Cimanggis terletak di Pondok Duta, Depok, Jawa Barat. NEC Cimanggis didirikan pada tahun 2019 yang terdiri dari siswa tingkat SD - SMP sedangkan siswa dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA hingga Perguruan Tinggi berada di NEC pusat. Kegiatan usaha jasa ini meliputi pendataan siswa, penerimaan pembayaran registrasi, pengeluaran kas, dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan perusahaan. NEC Cimanggis masih menggunakan platform Google Form sebagai sarana formulir pendaftaran yang nantinya oleh bagian admin data siswa yang mendaftar didata ulang secara manual menggunakan Excel. Pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang terjadi pada lembaga ini juga masih dicatat menggunakan Excel sehingga arus keluar dan masuk dari kas perusahaan tidak dapat terintegrasi secara langsung. Perancangan dan Pengembangan Sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rich picture, Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), SDLC dan Prototype. Pembuatan Aplikasi ini berbasis web dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework Code Igniter. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, aplikasi berbasis web ini dibangun untuk mengelola transaksi yang akan menghasilkan data siswa, catatan akuntansi dan laporan keuangan yang telah sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Kata Kunci — Aplikasi Berbasis web, Pendataan Siswa dan Biaya Registrasi.

Abstract

As the spearhead of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in Indonesia. MSMEs employ more than 99% of the workforce and contribute greatly to our country's gross domestic product. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2020 caused drastic changes in daily habits, including interactions and transactions. For health reasons, people are forced to use IT in interacting and transacting. This is actually in line with the government's plan to utilize IT for economic activities, but the pandemic has accelerated this so that MSMEs must be able to adapt in a very short time. Food Community (Footy) is an MSME community focused on the food sector operating in the Bandung area. Currently, the community requires an IT-based platform to communicate with their SMEs member. This communication includes MSME consulting from legality arrangements to branding, design and marketing, institutional consulting, and management of activities such as workshops and seminars. For this reason, in this community service activity, we proposed an IT-based platform in the form of an MSME clinic website that can be used by MSME members and other parties involved in community operations, such as academic and government institutions. In this activity, we also provide supporting equipment for MSME clinical activities

Abstract

Content Management System (CMS) merupakan platform bagi pengguna dapat membuat, mengedit, dan mengelola konten di situs web tanpa pengetahuan teknis dalam pengembangan web. Konten yang dapat dikelola seperti artikel, gambar, video, dan halaman web. Dalam dunia bisnis, CMS berperan sangat penting karena dapat membantu pengguna mengelola konten di situs web mereka dengan mudah, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta menghemat waktu dan biaya. Hal ini sangat penting terutama untuk permasalahan UMKM yang seringkali kekurangan sumber daya untuk mengelola keberadaan mereka di dunia maya. Komunitas UMKM Kampung Digital Sentra Kreasi berfungsi sebagai platform bagi para pemilik usaha kecil dan menengah di Kecamatan Pameungpeuk dan sekitarnya untuk saling bertukar informasi serta bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk mereka. Komunitas ini bertujuan membantu anggotanya mengembangkan kemampuan teknologi dan meningkatkan keterampilan pemasaran digitalnya, agar dapat memberikan dampak positif pada ekonomi lokal. Dengan CMS, anggota komunitas dapat mengelola konten situs web mereka dengan efisien, membantu mereka memperkenalkan produk mereka pada khalayak yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan visibilitas pasar mereka. Dengan dukungan dari komunitas, pengusaha UMKM dapat lebih baik menempatkan diri mereka untuk bersaing di pasar digital dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.
