Abstract

In Society 5.0, the central concept is Human-Centered and supported by super-smart technology that frees humans from burdened workloads and allows humans to innovate new values ??without limits. All of this results in prosperity for everyone and that is the achievement of the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The application of this concept must be realized by all stakeholders of the nation, including universities that are responsible for the education of the younger generation. However, the implementation of sustainability university has been very numerous, varied, and there is no clear definition in the literature or practice. This study aims to develop a Human-Centered sustainable model that can be used as a reference in implementation. The research method used is qualitative by conducting library research, interviews and observations. Respondents and objects of interviews and observations are Telkom University’s sustainability teams and programs/ projects. The result of this study is a Human-Centered sustainable university model that is recommended as an implementation reference, not only for Telkom University but also for other universities with similar characteristics. Abstract

The culinary business increasingly attracting new business investors and also increasing the competition because a lot of competitors are entering the culinary business. Innovation is needed to increase the competitiveness of a business. Currently, 48.9% of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are engaged in the primary sector which focuses on agriculture, fisheries, livestock, and forestry. This emphasizes the important role of MSMEs as a strategic sector in national economic development and distributing development results. The Covid-19 not only impacted large businesses but also the MSME, especially the social restriction policy. Conventionally, MSMEs rely on face-to-face transactions in their transactions but now trading activities are carried out digitally, which has proven to be growing rapidly during the pandemic. However, compared to large businesses MSMEs tend to find it difficult to move from conventional to digital activities. MSMEs need expertise in the development of digital content and the use of an attractive and hygienic toolkit. So, in this community service activity, we propose the development of the MSME Catering and Culinary Standardization Toolkit and the UMKM Food Community as a partner.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of a shift in customer interest in reference on beauty products, which initially prefer to use beauty products from internasional brand, recently preferring to use local beauty products from Indonesia. This study aims to determine what dimensions of customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase interest in Somethinc’s products.The method used is quantitative research with descriptive type. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. This study managed to collect 300 respondents.The descriptive analysis that has been successfully summarized states that product quality, service quality, and repurchase interest are in the good category. Meanwhile, the variables of emotion and ease are included in the very good category. This study also concludes that both simultaneously and partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase interestsby 64.2%. The remaining 35.8% is influenced by other variables not examined and explained by this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi profil konsumen Co-Working Space PUCO Rooftop. Penelitian ini memfokuskan kepada konsumennya dimana ingin mengetahui apa yang benar-benar dibutuhkan, diinginkan, dan dipikirkan oleh konsumen. Profil konsumen merupakan suatu cara agar lebih mempermudah perusahaan untuk menentukan siapakah segmen konsumen yang akan dilayani, menentukan bagaimana cara agar nilai yang dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon konsumen tersebut dan perusahaan bisa menyampaikan nilai secara efektif yang dimiliki untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitan deskriptif kualitatif yang melibatkan tiga informan atau narasumber yang merupakan member dari PUCO Rooftop. Teknik samplingnya yaitu purposive sampling, sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode wawancara yang menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Pada penelitian ini data narasumber diolah menggunakan tools Peta Empati yang terdiri dari terdiri dari See, Hear, Think & Feel, Say & Do, Pain, dan Gain. Peta empati dapat digunakan sebagai alat dalam menganalisis profil konsumen karena peta empati dapat menganalisis profil konsumen berdasarkankan pendekatan internal konsumen yang menjadi target dari pembagian indera-indera yang biasa digunakan oleh konsumen untuk memenuhi keinginannya mendapatkan produk sesuai harapan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa dapat disimpulkan profil konsumen PUCO Rooftop yaitu ketertarikan akan harga yang murah dengan fasilitas yang memadai, temap yang memiliki design menarik dan juga memiliki suasana yang bisa memberikan ketenangan agar para member dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dengan lebih fokus. Abstract

Perkembangan internet saat ini mengubah kebiasaan seseorang dalam melakukan kegiatan, khususnya dalam melakukan pembelian secara online. Banyak faktor perilaku konsumen yang menjadi patokan sebelum melakukan keputusan pembelian online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor manakah yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada aplikasi Shopee di Indonesia. Keputusan pembelian merupakan pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Perilaku konsumen adalah bagaimana konsumen baik itu pribadi atau organisasi dengan beberapa pengaruh lingkungan untuk memilih produk atau jasa yang akan dipilih. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai variabel independen adalah faktor kebudayaan, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis. Variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Menggunakan 120 sampel dan menggunakan rumus Slovin dalam perhitungan sampel. Keywords: Perilaku Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

As the spearhead of the economy, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in Indonesia. MSMEs employ more than 99% of the workforce and contribute greatly to our country's gross domestic product. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2020 caused drastic changes in daily habits, including interactions and transactions. For health reasons, people are forced to use IT in interacting and transacting. This is actually in line with the government's plan to utilize IT for economic activities, but the pandemic has accelerated this so that MSMEs must be able to adapt in a very short time. Food Community (Footy) is an MSME community focused on the food sector operating in the Bandung area. Currently, the community requires an IT-based platform to communicate with their SMEs member. This communication includes MSME consulting from legality arrangements to branding, design and marketing, institutional consulting, and management of activities such as workshops and seminars. For this reason, in this community service activity, we proposed an IT-based platform in the form of an MSME clinic website that can be used by MSME members and other parties involved in community operations, such as academic and government institutions. In this activity, we also provide supporting equipment for MSME clinical activities

Abstract

Banyak model hijab yang unik dan kekinian, bagi para kaum wanita, hijab selain digunakan untuk menutupaurat akan tetapi juga digunakan sebagai paduan gaya berpakaian yang kekinian. Ditandai dengan banyaknyaprodusen hijab yang bermunculan, dari banyaknya produsen tersebut masih ada satu produsen hijab yang mampubertahan ditengah persaingan pasar yang sangat ketat yaitu <Rabbani= dengan produk berkualitas bagus danharga yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Store Rabbani Bandung. Peneliti memiliki tujuan untukmengetahui pengaruh harga, merek, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian hijab, metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobabilitysampling dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 300 responden melalui penyebaran kuesionersecara online menggunakan google form. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisisdekriptif fam analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu program SPSS 25. Analisis deskriptifmenyatakan bahwa harga mendapat persentase sebesar 86,4% masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkanmerek mendapat persentase sebesar 76,03% masuk dalam kategori baik dan kualitas produk mendapatpersentase sebesar 79,15% dengan kategori baik. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan harga, merek, dan kualitasproduk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel harga, merek, dankualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci-harga, merek, kualitas produk, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Organizational agility is the ability of an organization to respond to organizational dynamics. This paper applies a systematic literature review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol and theory-context-characteristic-methodology (TCCM) analysis to find research gaps and construct a research framework concerning organizational agility. By reviewing previous research publications with the following criteria: quantitative research documents indexed by Scopus as journals; in the subject area of Business, Management, and Accounting; written across 2005‒2020 in English and downloadable in full text; and empirical studies using structural equation modeling in data processing presents several research gaps. A research framework proposal is compiled concerning these research gaps, comprising 14 propositions. The proposed research framework of organizational agility is expected to provide the basis for future empirical studies.

Abstract

This paper discusses the water management conducted by Telkom University, including the fundamental considerations to be taken into account, the implementing organization, the design methods for rainwater systems, and practical experiences in constructing Rainwater Harvesting systems. The management is aware of the conditions and situations related to clean water users, estimates of clean water requirements, potential water sources, and the campus environmental situation. Based on various studies and supported by rainfall data from the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency, a simple calculation was used to derive the design of the Rainwater Harvesting system, which was subsequently implemented. There are several lessons learned from this implementation, including the need for improvements in the foundation structure of soak pits, recommending the construction of ground tanks during the dry season, and the flexibility of ground tank size depending on the availability of funds The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions.
