Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat PT. Dirgantara In- donesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat yang berjumlah 56 karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kausalitas komparatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah regresi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Diklat PT. Dirgantara Indonesia.

Abstract

In the modern view, the structure becomes an important part in the analysis of the organization because structure as a part of an organization that is directly in contact with the environment. This study was conducted to analyze the organizational structure of Telkom University (Tel-U) at this time which means seeing how the Tel-U organizational structure of complexity, formalization, centralization, and coordination aspect based on the viewpoint of faculty.The variable used in this research that an organizational structure which consist of four dimensions (complexity, formalization, centralization, and coordination). The sample in this study is Management Coordinator Transformation and Affairs Chief in each faculty of Tel-U with purposive sampling. Processing data using descriptive analysis using Microsoft Excel as the analysis tool. The result showed that the organizational structure of Telkom University as a whole are included in the category sufficient good (respectable) with an average total score of 68%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of non-physical work environment on job satisfaction lecturer of the Faculty of Communication and Business at the University of Telkom Bandung. The independentvariable X of the study is non-physical work environment while the dependent variable Y is job satisfaction. The data are obtained by distributing questionnaires, sampling technique uses the saturation. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis method.The research results prove that the non-physical work environment by 38.8% have influence on job satisfaction lecturer of the Faculty of Communication and Business, University of Telkom Bandung and theremaining 61.2% is influenced by other factors that are not observed in this study. In other words, there is a partial effect of non-physical work environment on permanent lecturers’ job satisfaction on the Faculty ofCommunication and Business, University of Telkom Bandung.Keywords: human resources, non-physical work environment, job satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk mewujudkan proses Student Centered Learningmahasiswa untuk mata kuliah TO kelas C semester genap tahun ajaran 2015-2016 dengan menggunakan metodequantum learning. Metode quantum learning menggunakan gabungan antara tugas diskusi kelompok denganposisi duduk yang diatur melingkar dan adanya music yang mengiringi. Jawaban dari rumusan masalah adalahmetode quantum learning cukup berperan dalam pelaksanaan student centered learning,meskipun masih perluperbaikan untuk beberapa variabel khususnya prioritas lebih dahulu kepada variabel 2 (kesiapan mahasiswasebelum mengikuti perkuliahan) & 5 (kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan). Pelaksanaanstudent centered learning dapat dilihat dari rata‖ nilai kuis dalam kisaran nilai 70 serta terdapat peningkatannilai UTS ke UAS yang cukup besar (dari 54 ke 86).

Abstract

Telkom university is private universitiy under telkom foundation. Student organisation are the ones consisted of college students to accommodate talent, interest and potential student who conducted at the extracurricular activities .The purpose of this research to know variable the most dominant of organisation factors success based the theory of schmuck .This research using 110 sample of the local the executive agency students telkom university , data collection use questionare .The kind of research this is descriptive analysis by approach quantitative. The analysis used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). This research result indicates factors most dominant is a factor clarifying communication , on the dominant seven indicators that affects , the most dominant are the delivery of information about an event pertaining to work programs BEM  fast.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the factors that influence the use of online learning platforms used in the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative methods to analyze the validity and reliability of items and to test hypotheses. This study employed the theory of UTAUT2 models with several other variables. The total participants in this questionnaire were 175 people: lecturers, teachers, and students at the university and were randomly drawn. Consists of ten independent variables and one dependent variable. The findings of this study on ten hypotheses were only two accepted and eight rejected but. the authenticity of this study was never investigated about the purpose of using the Zoom platform during the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran yang sangat penting sebagai pelaksana dari fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen tersebut sangat bergantung pada kualitas manusia yang menjalankannya. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah turunnya jumlah pembaca surat kabar yang berbanding terbalik dengan jumlah perusahaan surat kabar yang terus bermunculan. Fenomena ini diduga dapat menimbulkan stress kerja bagi karyawan perusahaan surat kabar, untuk itu peneliti melakukan survey yang dilakukuan di awal penelitian tentang fenomena tersebut untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi stres karyawan perusahaan surat kabar seiring dengan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini. Dari hasil survey di awal penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat stres kerja karyawan berada pada kategori sedang. Untuk itu perlu diadakan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja pada keseluruhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT.Pikiran Rakyat yang berlokasi di Jln. Asia-Afrika No. 77 denga sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi tingkat stres kerja pada karyawan pada PT.Pikiran Rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja karyawan PT.Pikiran Rakyat berada di kategori sedang, stres kerja kategori sedang artinya adalah karyawan memiliki stres kerja yang cukup, tidak terlalu tinggi dan tidak pula terlalu rendah.

Abstract

Bureau of Social Services in West Java Provinces has a fundamental duty organize formulation of general policy and coordination, reporting and evaluation of religion, education and culture, health and the environment. Employees have an important role in carrying out the task of the Bureau of Social Services. Implementation of discipline for employees has a function to improve employee performance. The Problems of this bureau is the declining performance of employees in 2015 due to lack of work discipline on Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional. The effort to improve employee performance with these problems is suspected factors work discipline that has an influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a very high influence in the creation of employee performance Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional, the value of R (correlation) produced is 0,745, it can be said that the discipline of work and employee performance are positively related 74.5% , While the coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) is 0.554, which means the ability to work discipline variable in influencing the performance of employees in the Bureau of Social Services in West Java Regional amounted to 55.4%, while 44.6% is the contribution of other factors which was not observed in this study. Employee performance (Y) can be explained by the discipline of work through regression Y = 0,646 + 0,849 X. This shows the influence of employee discipline (X) on employee performance (Y) is positive at 0,849, thus if the variable work discipline has increased 0,849 then the variable performance of employees will also increase number of 0,646.
