Abstract

The level of income is one indicator of the achievement of the welfare of a farmer household. This study aims to analyze (1) the production, costs, and income of coffee farming, (2) the income structure of coffee farmers' households, and (3) the level of welfare of coffee farmers' households in Sumber Jaya District, West Lampung Regency. The choice of location was determined purposively. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling method (proportional random sampling) and obtained a total sample of 46 farmers. The data analysis method used is coffee farming income analysis, farmer household income analysis, inequality indicators based on the Gini Ratio value, and poverty indicators according to Sajogyo (1977) based on farmer household expenditures. The results show that the income sources of coffee farmers are quite diverse, where income from coffee farming contributes 45.50% to the total income of farmers. The level of income inequality of coffee farmers is based on the Gini Ratio value of 0.40 which shows the level of income inequality in the medium category. In addition, according to Sajogyo (1977), the poverty rate of farmer households is in the moderate category of 56.53%, decent living 34.78%, near poor 6.52%, and poor 2.17%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technological advances has changed the paradigm in education, especially in learning innovation. This service aims to improve the quality of teachers in designing and making products in the form of animated videos. The technological innovation guided in this service is to produce animated videos as learning media. Participatory Action Research (PAR) is a method used in the implementation of service activities with stages: 1) giving an initial test, 2) service implementation activities, 3) evaluation and reflection stages, and 4) then giving the final test. The target participants of the service activities were the MGMP teacher community of science subjects in Palembang City. Based on the data obtained, there is an increase in test results with an N-gain of 0.56 which is included in the moderate category. Based on the above results, the training participants strongly agreed that this service activity could improve the skills and insights of teachers in making animated videos as science learning media

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the benefits of using the internet as a learning resource for students and teachers are. This research is a research conducted with a literature study using a descriptive method. The data source for this study was taken from journals related to the use of the internet as a learning resource. The technique used is to collect data using listening and note-taking techniques. Data validation -technique uses data triangulation. Data analysis shows that the internet has benefits as a learning resource that can be applied in learning or in teaching and learning activities. Forms of using the internet as a source of learning include supporting learning activities, the internet as a source of information. The results of the study show that everyone knows and uses the internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis fenomena bullying yang terjadi di MI Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 29 siswa, yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tiga bentuk bullying yang terjadi di sekolah, yaitu bullying fisik, verbal, dan mental. Siswa sering kali mengalami bullying fisik berupa dorongan, pukulan, serta perlakuan iseng lainnya. Dampak dari bullying ini sangat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa, dengan banyak di antaranya merasa terisolasi, kurang percaya diri, dan enggan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penurunan motivasi belajar juga mengarah pada penurunan prestasi akademik serta munculnya gangguan emosional seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa pendekatan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar korban bullying, antara lain dengan memberikan dukungan emosional, menetapkan tujuan belajar yang realistis, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, serta memberikan penguatan positif. Selain itu, pendidikan tentang empati juga dianggap penting untuk mencegah perilaku bullying dan menciptakan hubungan yang lebih sehat antara siswa. Dengan demikian, upaya pencegahan dan intervensi yang tepat diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif bullying terhadap perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

This article explores the transformation of career women's social identity after marriage through the lens of role theory in social psychology. It focuses on a former nurse who transitioned into a full-time housewife and home-based entrepreneur. Using a qualitative case study approach through in-depth interviews, the study reveals that social role transformation is influenced by internal factors such as exhaustion and emotional needs, and external factors such as social expectations and job instability. The adaptation process was gradual, with past identities continuing to influence new roles. This study highlights that women's social identity is dynamic and evolves with life context.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis tokoh, penokohan, dan teknik penokohan dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari dan rancangan pembelajaran sastra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data adalah novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis jenis tokoh dan teknik pelukisan tokoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 tokoh dalam novel Perahu Kertas karya Dewi Lestari.The purpose of this research is to describe the types of characters, characterizations, and characterization techniques in the novel Perahu Kertas by Dewi Lestari and literary learning design. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source is the novel Perahu Kertas by Dewi Lestari. Data analysis technique is done by analyzing the types of figures and character painting techniques. The results showed that there were 13 characters in the novel Perahu Kertas by Dewi Lestari.Keywords: novels, characters, characterizations.
