Abstract

Indonesia has diversity of ethnics with various cultural patterns, traditional knowledge and cultural differences, it makes Indonesia become a country with the most cultures in the world. Traditional cuisine is a dish that is consumed from generation to generation with various spices. Traditional cuisine are foods and dishes that have been consumed for many generations. Biodiversity in Indonesia was a source of commercial commodities in the past, that attracted traders, including spices. This research was conducted in Nanggewer Mekar, Cibinong, Bogor. The majority of people are Sundanese, besides Javanese and Betawi. The traditional cuisine found in Nanggewer Mekar, using a lot of spices that can characterize their dish. The spice plants were used for traditional cuisine around 23 species (19 genus and 14 family). The traditional cuisine include: laksa, soto betawi, semur jengkol and served on certain occasions.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze how the process of planning, implementing, evaluating activities and supporting and inhibiting factors. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data redaction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings from the field: 1). The planning is in the early stages, incorporating entrepreneurship learning into the curriculum (extracurricular), selecting business fields according to the talents and interests of students, providing knowledge about the methods or methods developed by the Prophet Muhammad and instilling the value of honesty 2). The implementation is by providing scholarships for students who are economically disadvantaged and also in addition to students being given religious and entrepreneurial material, they are told to practice by going directly into the field according to their talents and interests 3). Evaluation, namely self-confidence, obedience, obedience, discipline and respect for time, high enthusiasm for abilities and expertise, a sense of independence, more trust and honesty, students have their own income, can balance spiritual and financial (ukhrowi and worldly) 4). Inhibiting factors include: The public view that pesantren is not to produce entrepreneurs but to produce scholars, the lack of human resources, equipment, raw materials and capital/finance of pesantren. Supporting factors are strong motivation from the leadership of a kyai and the existence of entrepreneurship lessons

Abstract

The background of the problem shows that some students have not been able to demonstrate proficiency in the practice of tabligh which has an effect on the unrealized achievement, namely growing mentally tough students. This study aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation of kyai's learning through tabligh training to cultivate tough santri mentality. The results of the study found that the learning of tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence was in accordance with the learning management function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and the components involved in it, obstacles/obstacles in learning tabligh exercises to foster students' mental self-confidence. namely the leadership figure factor as the main figure, the incompetent ustadz mentor in his field and infrastructure. The solution to minimize these obstacles was carried out on the leader's figure, namely scheduling the leader to always witness tabligh activities as student motivation, while the competence of the mentor teacher was carried out on an ongoing basis, and infrastructure facilities were gradually fulfilled as needed.

Abstract

The performance problems of Islamic religious education teachers in an effort to improve the quality of the learning process according to legislation such as the implementation of monotonous learning, teachers do not use learning media, low teacher performance motivation. This study aims to identify and analyze the planning, implementation, organization, evaluation as well as the obstacles and solutions faced in the development of supervisors through the working group of Islamic religious education teachers to improve teaching skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that supervisory development through teacher working groups to improve teacher skills was in accordance with the supervisory development function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and components that were directly involved. Natural barriers include supervisor figures who have limited time intensity, the number of school locations that must too many targeted areas were visited. The solution to minimize obstacles was carried out for supervisory figures by scheduling coaching in collaboration with the working group organization of Islamic religious education teachers.

Abstract

ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia yang sebelumnya bernama Mobil Oil Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan Mobil yang beroperasi di Indonesia. Exxon dan Mobil, dua perusahaan besar melakukan merger menjadi ExxonMobil. Mobil Oil Indonesia pun menjadi berubah namanya yaitu ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia Inc. Merger ini tentu saja membawa dampak bagi ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia, yaitu terjadi perubahan struktur organisasi, proses dan prosedur penyusunan anggaran, sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan biaya, pengkodean rekening, penggolongan biaya terkendali dan tak terkendali, dan laporan pertanggungjawaban yang tidak lain merupakan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan penilaian kinerja pusat biaya pada ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia setelah merger dan sejauh mana peran akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dalam menilai kinerja pusat biaya. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Data kuisioner dari responden diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 dan kemudian dilakukan analisis. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah akuntansi pertanggungjawaban dan penilaian kinerja pusat biaya telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh ExxonMobil Oil Indonesia. Akuntansi pertanggungjawaban yang telah dilaksanakan sangat membantu dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pusat-pusat biaya.

Abstract

Digital transformation presents significant challenges and opportunities in Islamic education, especially in integrating Islamic values into a digital-based curriculum. This research aims to explore the implementation of digital transformation in Islamic education, identify the challenges faced, and explore opportunities to improve the quality of Islamic value-based learning. This research used a qualitative approach through case studies of Islamic education institutions that implemented a digital curriculum. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to explore the main themes related to the challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of Islamic education. Digital transformation increases the accessibility and flexibility of Islamic education through e-learning platforms and the use of digital media. Technology helps create more engaging and interactive learning experiences, thereby increasing student motivation. However, key challenges include gaps in technology access, a lack of teacher training, and resistance to change. However, the integration of technology enables personalised learning and digital literacy of students that is relevant to the needs of the times. Digital transformation has great potential to revitalize Islamic education by improving accessibility, relevance, and student engagement. However, successful implementation requires infrastructure development, teacher training, and a curriculum rooted in Islamic values. Further research is recommended to address the challenges of the technology gap and to explore the long-term impact of this transformation on Islamic education.

Abstract

Introduction: The community's behavior, perceptions, and willingness to pay (WTP) are vital in forming and implementing integrated waste management. Thus, zero waste theory advocates the need for research on perceptions, behavior, and WTP for school waste management. This study analyzes school residents' perceptions, behavior, and WTP regarding waste management. Methods: This study used a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study was conducted at SDN Betahwalang, selected purposively due to its active waste bank program. A total of 86 students and 75 school community members were surveyed. Quantitative data were analyzed using crosstabs and the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders. Results and Discussion: This study used a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design. The research was conducted at SDN Betahwalang, purposively selected for its active school waste bank program. The variables measured included students’ socio-economic characteristics, perception, environmental behavior, and willingness to pay for waste bank development. A total of 86 students and 75 school community members were surveyed. Data were analyzed using crosstabs and the Contingent Valuation Method, supported by qualitative insights from in-depth interviews. Conclusion: This study concludes that integrating environmental education through both formal and non-formal approaches effectively improves students’ knowledge, perception, and behavior toward waste management. Furthermore, the school community shows strong support for waste bank development, as indicated by their willingness to pay. These findings highlight the importance of institutional synergy and continuous environmental education in promoting sustainable waste practices in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis gambaran manajemen yang diterapkan di Bagbinopsnal Ditsamapta Polda Jambi serta strategi manajemen dalam menjaga kinerja personel yang diterapkan secara efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam langsung kepada lima narasumber yang aktif terlibat dalam manajemen operasional, observasi lapangan secara langsung, serta studi dokumentasi terkait proses dan kebijakan manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen di Bagbinopsnal Ditsamapta Polda Jambi sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan terstruktur sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Dari tiga aspek utama strategi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi, dua aspek pertama sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari hasil evaluasi masih belum optimal dan perlu perhatian lebih. Selain itu, strategi manajemen dalam menjaga kinerja personel mencakup disiplin, kuantitas, kualitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemandirian. Meskipun secara umum kinerja sudah baik, aspek kuantitas personel masih memerlukan perbaikan agar dapat menunjang efektivitas tugas dan fungsi dengan lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Wustha (MDTW) as a strategic effort to develop students’ religious character in two public junior high schools: SMPN 1 and SMPN 3 Rajadesa, Ciamis Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with school principals, MDTW teachers, students, and parents, as well as curriculum documentation analysis. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns of transformation and institutional impact. The findings reveal that MDTW is implemented through a three-layer integration model structural, cultural, and social which effectively supports character development. Students experience a three-phase transformation: cognitive awakening, behavioral internalization, and spiritual actualization. The program led to a 72% decrease in disciplinary violations, a 58% increase in spiritual engagement, and a 65% improvement in conflict resolution skills. Comparative analysis also shows that moral and behavioral outcomes in MDTW schools are significantly better than in schools without similar programs. Despite its success, the implementation of MDTW faces several challenges, including limited funding allocation, uneven management commitment, and student resistance. The study introduces a Spiritual Ecosystem Framework that highlights the importance of curriculum design, environmental support, and stakeholder engagement in sustaining religious education. The study concludes that MDTW is a viable model for moral education in the digital age and recommends national quality standards, teacher training in digital Islamic pedagogy, and holistic spiritual assessment systems.
