Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age and marital status on the  employees performance of PT. Glofin Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Regency. The data needed in this study is primary data in the form of respondents' assessments of age, marital status, and employee performance. In this study, a sample of 80 respondents was taken. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Analysis of employee performance in the morning shift found that age has no effect on the employees performance  of PT. Glofin Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Regency, while marital status has an effect on the employees performance of PT. Glofin Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Regency. Analysis of employee performance in the day shift found that age affects the employees performance of PT. Glofin Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Regency, and marital status affects the employees performance of PT. Glofin Kebakkramat, Karanganyar Regency. Analysis of employee performance on night shifts shows that age does not affect the employees performance of PT. Abstract

This research is intended to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at PT. Damases Sejahtera both partially and simultaneously. This research was a quantitative case study. Secondary data obtained from the data collected by using the questionnaire with the number of samples of 108 respondents. The results showed partially (t-test statistically) all leadership variables and work environment positive and significant to the employee performance at PT. Damases Sejahtera. The results showed simultaneously (F-test statistically) leadership and work environment significantly to the employee performance at PT. Damases Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the expectations and reality felt by bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia and knowing the satisfaction of bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia while using it on a trip out of town. Customer satisfaction is measured by the difference in comparison between expectations (X) and reality (Y) using indicators of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. This research is a quantitative case study. Secondary data was obtained from the company. The research population is part of the bus passengers PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, paired t-test, and grafics. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the expectations (X) of passengers and the reality (Y) felt by bus passengers PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an influence between job stress  and leadership style variables on employee performance at PT. Jamu Air Mancur ‘s production operators sector. The population of this study were employees at PT. Jamu Air Mancur’s production operators sector. And the sample are 67 employees, using census techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. Data tested with: (1) data quality test consists of validity test and reliability Test (2) classical assumption test consists of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, (3) Hypothesis Test consists of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Analysis Multiple Linear Regression, F-Test, t-Test, and tested of Determination Coefficient.  The results showed that job stress has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, and job stress with leadership style simultaneously influences employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that educational background and work experience influence the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers  Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary data from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The research population is all employees at PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen with a sample of 110 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study draw the conclusion that educational background and work experience have a significant effect on the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously.
