Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that affect employee performance, namely: Leadership style, individual characteristics and work culture, a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance; 2) individual characteristics affect employee performance; and 3) work culture has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The literature review article Determining Entrepreneurial Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurial Opportunity for Business Success in the Era of Disruption is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that it will used in further research within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Entrepreneurial Strategy determines Business Success in the Era of Disruption; 2) Marketing Strategy determines Business Success in the Era of Disruption; and 3) Entrepreneurial Opportunities determine Business Success in the Era of Disruption. Apart from these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Business Success in the Era of Disruption, there are still many other factors, including the Work Environment, Communication, Promotion, Sales, and Work Culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and information technology on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in cargo companies in DKI Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The analysis tool used is SEM SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. The data used is primary data. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling using Hair's formula. The research was conducted at a cargo company in Jakarta. The tests conducted were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at a cargo company in Jakarta; 2) Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at a cargo company in Jakarta; 3) Leadership Style does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; 4) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; and 5) Employee Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; 6) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction in cargo companies in Jakarta; and 7) Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction in cargo companies in Jakarta.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of business law: business monopoly, violation of rules and environmental damage. Business law is intended to regulate and control the behaviour of organizations or business people. The existing law can form excellent and healthy company activities and have a good impact on employees, the company, and the surrounding environment. In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative and library research methods by reviewing previous articles that were relevant to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Business Monopoly is related to Business Law, 2) Rules violation is related to Business Law, and 3) Environmental Damage is related to Business Law.

Abstract

Literature Review Article Determination of Internship Regulations: Analysis of Wages, Workload and Working Time is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Wages are related to Internship Rules; 2) Workload related to Internship Rules; and 3) Working Time related to Internship Rules. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous Internship Rules variables, there are still many other factors including Network, Experience and Training variables.

Abstract

Literature review research on factors affecting employee performance of Generation Z workforce: Analysis of Work Life Balance, Leadership Style and Organizational Culture is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this study and is sourced from academic online media such as the Scopus Elsevier Journal, Emerald, Sage, WoS, Reputable National Journal (SINTA), DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. The results of this literature review article include: 1) Work Life Balance affects the Performance of Generation Z Workforce Employees; 2) Leadership Style affects the Performance of Generation Z Workforce Employees; and 3) Organizational Culture affects the Performance of Generation Z Workforce Employees.
