Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables, namely government spending and employment opportunities. This type of research is quantitative analysis using secondary data with a time series from 1993 to 2022 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data analysis technique in this research uses a simple regression analysis model. The results of this research show that exogenous variables have a significant effect on endogenous variables in the equation model. The Government Expenditure variable has a significant effect on the employment opportunity variable. For this reason, it is necessary to increase government spending, so that there can be a coherent increase in economic growth. With an increase in government spending, job opportunities will expand.

Abstract

This research discusses the Financial Feasibility of Oil Palm Plantations. Financial Feasibility is a tool used to analyze a business / project to determine whether or not a company is feasible in running its business, by examining the possible benefits of an investment / business. This research was conducted at PTPN IV oil palm plantation, Melati Plantation, Pegajahan and Perbaungan Districts, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted in June 2024, and the determination of the location was carried out intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that this area is one of the areas that have many oil palm plantations. In this study, researchers used two data, namely primary data and secondary data, where primary data was obtained through a direct interview process by asking questions that had been made, then the relevant Plantation would provide a verbal response or written response represented by the Plantation Manager, This research uses a type of Quantitative research, which analyzes data by calculating data (in the form of numbers) obtained as it is (Real Price). This research uses a financial feasibility analysis method consisting of npv, net b/c, irr, pbp. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the financial feasibility during the economic period of Oil Palm obtained, namely, NPV of Rp. 153,626,694,000, - Net B / C of 2.64, IRR of 21.03% and Payback Period of 4 years 5 months (starting from the year 2024) which is smaller than the economic period of growing oil palm in oil palm plantations in PTPN IV, Melati Plantation, Pegajahan and Perbaungan Districts, Serdang Regency, then based on the results of the analysis of the financial feasibility of this plantation is feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality and customer value perceptions influence purchasing decisions of traders at Pasar Kuto Ilir Timur II Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative method which is carried out through data collection, questionnaires, and field observations. The population of this study were traders and buyers in the kuto market and the sample in this study was 133 respondents. This study uses primary data derived from questionnaires with a Likert scale which are processed statistically through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusion is that the variable service quality and perceived customer value are closely related to purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results of the T hypothesis test which proves that there is an influence between service quality and customer value perceptions on purchasing decisions have been accepted because they have a Tcount score of 4,151 > Ttable 1.978 and a tcount of 4,917 > Ttable 1.978. Then the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 59.6%. The advice given is that considering the quality of service affects purchasing decisions, traders should continue to improve service quality by keeping the meat and fish vegetables sold clean, working well and fast and friendly in providing services so that consumers feel satisfied and their needs are fulfilled when shopping at Kuto Palembang Market.

Abstract

This study investigates the speech acts present in buying and selling transactions at Gelugur Market, Rantauprapat, with a focus on how sellers and buyers utilize language to achieve their communication goals. The research examines the forms of illocutionary acts used in these interactions and their roles in facilitating effective transactions. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this field study was conducted from August to September 2024. Data were collected using a combination of observation, recording, interviews, and the listen-and-note technique to ensure comprehensive analysis. The results indicate the presence of five primary types of speech acts in the transactional interactions: (1) assertive acts, which convey the speaker’s beliefs or statements of truth, such as product descriptions or price confirmations; (2) directive acts, where speakers attempt to influence the actions of others, such as requesting, advising, or persuading; (3) commissive acts, involving promises or commitments by sellers or buyers, such as agreeing to a price or a delivery time; (4) declarative acts, where speakers make statements that bring about immediate changes in the transaction, such as closing a deal; and (5) expressive acts, which reflect the speakers' emotions or attitudes, such as gratitude or apologies during the negotiation. This study provides a deeper understanding of the communicative strategies used by sellers and buyers in Gelugur Market and highlights the cultural and social factors that influence their interactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi covid-19 terhadap penjualan karet masyarakat Desa Sejagung Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin dan untuk mengetahui permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat semasa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sejagung Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dan purvosive dengan responden petani karet di Desa Sejagung Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa daftar pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui penjualan karet semasa pandemi mengalami penurunan. Dan selanjutnya penjualan karet yang diterima petani karet total yaitu sebelum pandemi 1.687 Kilogram atau sekitar 1,6 ton tiap minggunya dan sesudah pandemi 1.585 Kilogram atau sekitar 1,5 ton tiap minggunya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemupukan tanaman terhadap pendapatan petani, dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya panen terhadap pendapatan petani. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan kepada petani kelapa sawit dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda, pengelolahan data dibantu oleh sofware (SPSS) Versi 25. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2020.Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa 1). Usia yang paling banyak memiliki kebun kepala sawit yaitu usia 41-50 tahun, 2). Jenis kelamin yang paling dominan yaitu laki-laki sebesar 73%, 3). Petani juga mulai bertani >6 tahun sebesar 62%, 4). Dan luas lahan yang di miliki petani kelapa sawit rakyat yaitu sebesar 4 - 6 ha sebanyak 63%, 5). Status lahan yang dikelola petani kelapa sawit adalah lahan sewa sebayak 51%.

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze the legal and innovative aspects of productive waqf management and explore its role in promoting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By examining the framework and implementation of productive waqf, this research seeks to understand its potential impact on economic, educational, and environmental outcomes. Theoretical framework: The study is based on Islamic law, specifically Law No. 41 of 2004 on Waqf and Government Regulation No. 42 of 2006 (amended in 2018). It also draws from the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), focusing on the management of productive waqf for investment and service production. Literature review: The review examines existing research on productive waqf's legal framework and its potential impact on SDGs, especially in sectors like MSMEs, education, and the environment. Methods: A qualitative approach is used, utilizing a literature review to collect and analyze data from relevant legal texts and academic sources. Results: The study finds that productive waqf in Indonesia is governed by specific laws and has significant potential to support SDGs. It can empower MSMEs, contribute to education, and promote sustainable environmental practices. Implications: The findings suggest that productive waqf can be a key tool in advancing SDGs, particularly in economic development, education, and environmental sustainability. Novelty: This research highlights the innovative role of productive waqf in achieving SDGs, focusing on sustainable practices like eco-friendly agriculture and renewable energy, areas not extensively explored in previous studies.
