Abstract

Learning management has a very important role in the success of the teaching and learning process in schools. Good management in a school is very influential for the smooth and successful learning. Class organization means a group of people whose scope consists only of the class itself with the driving coordinator being the homeroom teacher. The purpose of this research is to find out the management of learning in the class organization of SMA IT Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi City. In addition, this study also aims to find out directly about the problems faced by teachers who teach at the SMA IT Permata Hati High School in Tebing Tinggi City. In the learning management process in this classroom organization the teacher has an important role for the implementation of teaching and learning in the classroom. The duties of teachers in learning include as educators and teachers, as mediators or learning resources, and facilitators, as models and role models, as motivators, as mentors and evaluators. Teachers must understand and understand their students better in learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The process of collecting data in this study used direct interviews with resource persons as teachers as well as homeroom teachers at SMA IT Kota Tebing Tinggi. From the results of the study, it was found that teachers experienced several obstacles due to the current state of the pandemic. What used to be able to learn effectively and efficiently was disrupted and the curriculum was also changed a lot.

Abstract

Supervision is a process that is often carried out in every educational institution. In this case, a research process was carried out at MTsN Binjai with the aim of seeing how the process of implementing supervision carried out by the head of MTSN Binjai on teachers. The methodology used in this study was descriptive qualitative research by conducting a process of observation and interviews at MTsN Binjai. . The results of the research process said that the supervision implementation process carried out by the head of MTSN Binjai was carried out well in accordance with established procedures. In addition, the head of MTSN Binjai also has a firmness in carrying out an implementation of supervision of teachers so that teachers can improve their abilities and performance in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi program pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SD Swasta Sampali Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti mendapatkan informasi dari proses wawancara dan dokumentasi serta observasi di SD Swasta Sampali Medan. Hasil penelitian adanya evaluasi program pendidikan di sekolah ini cukup bagus karna setiap evaluasi guru-guru akan tau dimana kekurangan mereka dan belajar untuk memperbaiki lebih baik dan memberikan pengajar yang baik kepada siswa-siswa agar mendapatkan mutu pembelajaran yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Lingkungan keluarga merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi perkembangan kepribadian dan pendidikan anak. Sebagai lingkungan pertama yang dikenal anak, keluarga menjadi wadah pembentukan nilai, norma, dan pola interaksi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap perkembangan anak, baik dalam aspek kognitif, sosial, maupun emosional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada siswa dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dan perkembangan anak. Faktor-faktor seperti pola asuh, komunikasi dalam keluarga, dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan anak dalam berbagai aspek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga yang kondusif berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada keluarga untuk menciptakan suasana yang harmonis, mendukung, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan anak demi mencapai hasil perkembangan yang optimal.
