Abstract

Learning management has a very important role in the success of the teaching and learning process in schools. Good management in a school is very influential for the smooth and successful learning. Class organization means a group of people whose scope consists only of the class itself with the driving coordinator being the homeroom teacher. The purpose of this research is to find out the management of learning in the class organization of SMA IT Permata Hati Tebing Tinggi City. In addition, this study also aims to find out directly about the problems faced by teachers who teach at the SMA IT Permata Hati High School in Tebing Tinggi City. In the learning management process in this classroom organization the teacher has an important role for the implementation of teaching and learning in the classroom. The duties of teachers in learning include as educators and teachers, as mediators or learning resources, and facilitators, as models and role models, as motivators, as mentors and evaluators. Teachers must understand and understand their students better in learning. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The process of collecting data in this study used direct interviews with resource persons as teachers as well as homeroom teachers at SMA IT Kota Tebing Tinggi. From the results of the study, it was found that teachers experienced several obstacles due to the current state of the pandemic. What used to be able to learn effectively and efficiently was disrupted and the curriculum was also changed a lot.

Abstract

Education is a necessity for every human being. Through education, each individual can update the knowledge he has in order to keep up with the increasingly sophisticated times, demanding that each individual has the ability to think well. Individuals who have good thinking skills will be able to solve more complex problems than individuals whose thinking ability is still low. The existing reality, until now, is still felt that the condition of education is still not good. Learning facilities are still inadequate, be it the completeness of books in the school library, the use of laboratories that have not been utilized optimally, limited educational facilities and infrastructure, lack of professionalism of educators in teaching, both in preparing teaching materials and in delivering subject matter, lack of discipline of educators, and lack of educator knowledge about the effective learning process so that the real educational goals became unattainable. There are several alternatives that can be done to solve educational problems. First, it provides motivation for the importance of educational supervision for educators. Second, strive for adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. Third, apply the discipline of educators. Educators are an example for every learner.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kurikulum terhadap evaluasi Pendidikan di sekolah. Artikel ini merupakan karya ilmiah yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka (literatur) yang mengkaji buku-buku, literatur-literatur, jurnal-jurnal penelitian yang berkaitan dengan topik artikel yang penulis tulis, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi Pendidikan berpengaruh besar dalam perkembangan kurikulum di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini yakni implementasi kebijakan untuk menetapkan arah agar tujuan kebijakan dapat Teralisasi Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses implementasi kebijakan termasuk di dalamnya kebijakan pendidikan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat terjun langsung ke lapangan, Data penelitian berupa hasil wawancara dengan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan Kemudian hasil wawancara yang terkumpul dipilih dan di susun dengan rapi. Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa “implementasi” merupakan faktor terpenting dari sebuah kebijakan, Implementasi kebijakan pendidikan merupakan proses yang bersangkut paut dengan perilaku badan administratif sebagai penanggung jawab pelaksanaan program. Proses implementasi bersangkut paut juga dengan faktor hukum, politik, ekonomi, sosial yang langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam program. Dalam implementasi kebijakan terdapat proses yang harus dilaluidi antaranya yaitu strategi dan pendekatan tertentu yang harus ditempuh, serta beberapa kelengkapan dan kecukupan yang harus dipenuhi.

Abstract

TikTok is the newest social media application that allows users to create interesting videos, interact in comments and private chat. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the role of the TikTok application as a medium for interaction, the impact of the TikTok application on students social interaction, and wise strategies for becoming a TikTok applicatin customer. The research methode used is a qualitative method, namely research carried out through observation and searchng for data directly. The result of this research show that, 1) the TikTok application has a role as a medium for carrying out interaction processes, for example increasing friendships, getting motivation from shared content, finding people with the same vision; 2) one of the negative impacts of TikTok is the lack of direct social interaction because users are engrossed in the application. Meanwhile, the positive impact is the establishment of a friendship which then gives each other a good influence; 3) strategy to become a good TikTok costumer, namely by creating content that can attract the attention of other TikTok cutomers, for example creating content selling food, clothing and others, following positive accounts and using the TikTok application for creativity and innovation.

Abstract

This research will focus on three main areas: 1) what are the methods of madrasah heads in managing conflict, 2) what is the productivity of madrasahs at MTs al-washliyah, cliff high city, 3) what are the conflict resolution strategies at MTs al-washliyah, cliff high city. This research aims to find out: The first is to find out how school principals manage conflict, the second is to find out how madrasa productivity is at MTs al-Washliyah, Tebing Tinggi City, and the third is to find out what conflict resolution strategies are, This study used qualitative research methods.
