Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kelompok masyarakat Tunagrahita di Desa Karangpatihan Balong Ponorogo. Adapun masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah kelemahan dalam berfikir, bertindak, serta bersosial dengan masyarakat sehingga tidak mampu bekerja dan mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena krisis pangan pada tahun 1967. Kondisi ini terjadi dalam waktu bertahun-tahun sehingga mengakibatkan para Tunagrahita tidak dapat bekerja layaknya orang normal, sehingga berdampak pada ketidakmampuan secara ekonomi.  Untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para Tunagrahita menggantungkan ekonominya dari bantuan pihak lain (bantuan sosial) baik dari masyarakat umum maupun bantuan dari pemerintah untuk dapat tetap bertahan hidup. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berupaya memberikan solusi untuk membantu mencukupi kebutuhan ekonomi Tunagrahita dengan meningkatkan potensinya baik dari segi pengetahuan dan juga keterampilan dengan usaha bercocok tanam atau budidaya sayur mayur melalui media polybag dengan produk yang dibutuhkan masyarakat sehari-hari yaitu cabe besar, cabe kecil, sawi hijau, kacang panjang, dan tomat. Adapun metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah training partisipatori melalui pendampingan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi dari program yang dijalankan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membantu kelompok masyarakat Tunagrahita agar meningkat dari segi ekonomi, sosial, dan pengetahuannya sehingga para Tunagrahita dapat memperoleh pendapatan untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya tanpa harus terus menerus menggantungkan ekonomi pada bantuan pihak lain.  Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah 1) para Tunagrahita mulai mampu bercocok tanam menggunakan media polibag, 2) para Tunagrahita mampu melakukan pengemasan atau packing  dan branding yang menarik terhadap hasil panennya dan mulai mampu melakukan penjualan ke pasar atau toko terdekat, dan 3) para Tunagrahita belum mampu melakukan pembukuan sederhana terhadap hasil produk budidaya tanaman karena rendahnya tingkat Intellectual Quotient (IQ)  karena sejak awal mereka tidak mengenal baca tulis.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a form of non-bank sharia financial institutions whose business activities are based on the sharia system and included in (KJKS), namely sharia financial services cooperatives in Indonesia. The development of BMT in Indonesia has increased from year to year, as stated by Joelarso, General Chair of the Indonesian BMT Association Leadership Council, "until the end of 2015 there were 4,500 BMTs established in Indonesia. Seeing that the majority of people in Indonesia are Muslim, the presence of BMTs is important for the community. One of the BMTs that provide or help the economy of the community is the BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo branch that provides various services to its consumers. This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity and trust in customer decisions using the Islamic branch of BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo financial services. The population in the study was the customers of the Ponorogo branch of BMT Beringharjo with a sample of 80 respondents. Sampling uses probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous Religiosity and Trust had a positive effect on Decision Making of customers at BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo. And partially (X1) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Decision Making. Customers use Islamic financial services at the Ponorogo branch of BMT Beringharjo, (X2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on Decision Making customers use Islamic financial services at BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo branch.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAs one of the financial instruments, the Bank plays a very important role, because the supervision of banking activities is increasingly being improved. However, with the current monetary crisis in Indonesia and the continuing turmoil of the political situation, it has brought the Indonesian banking industry into a really difficult situation. Considering the condition of this National Bank, the government decided to liquidate private banks with low performance. In the framework of national banking restructuring, the government also proposed to merge some national private banks and state-owned banks. This merger step has a strategic goal, namely to form a larger merged bank, strengthening the capital structure, has a comparative advantage as well as a stronger competitiveness in this globalization. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of merger on the level of profitability at Bank Danamon. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research while for data collection authors use secondary data. The population of this study include 9 Bank Take Over and samples taken as many as two banks, using purposive sampling technique. The analytical model used is, the analysis using the financial ratios of Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, and return On eqiuty and Test T. The results show that: (1) Bank Danamon Tbk is a merged bank between Bank Danamon With Bank Take Over (Tiara Asia Bank, Risjad Salim Bank, Duta Bank, Tamara Bank, Bank Nusa Nasional, Rama Bank, Bank Jaya and Bank Pos Nusantara). (2) The implementation of the merger has a positive impact on the level of profitability at Bank Danamon. (3) There is a significant difference between profitability before and after merger, it can be seen from result of t test which show that tcount (4,039) is bigger than ttable (3,182).Keywords: Merger, Profitability

Abstract

Persaingan menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk menunjukkan keunggulannya melalui berbagai cara. Hal ini dilakukan agar bisnis dapat bertahan di pasar yang sangat kompetitif. Banyak industri dan pabrik dengan skala besar menguasai pasar dengan kecanggihannya menggunakan teknologi yang digunakannya dalam memproduksi produknya dan disisi lain banyak pula pelaku usaha skala mikro yang masih tetap bertahan dengan kekuatan seadannya dan masih dengan cara yang tradisional baik dalam proses produksinya maupun pemasarannya, sehingga produk usaha skala mikro belum mampu bersaing dengan produk usaha skala besar. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh salah satu usaha skala mikro saat ini di Kabupaten Ponorogo adalah masih sangat sederhana dalam hal pengemasan dan pembuatan label merek (branding), yaitu menggunakan potongan kertas biasa (foto copyan) dan belum menggunakan media online untuk memasarkan produknya, dalam hal ini khususnya pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu usaha Peyek Mbak Anna yang berada di desa Gandu kecamatan Mlarak kabupaten Ponorogo. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu mengembangkan produk usaha sektor mikro agar mampu bersaing secara bertahap dengan produk pesaing yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha mikro.

Abstract

Partners in this community service is a Tunagrahita group in Karangpatihan Village, Balong Ponorogo. The main problem by partners is weakness in thinking, acting, and socializing with the community so that they are unable to work and unable to make ends meet. This was due to the food crisis in 1967. This condition took place over the years so resulted in the disabled people being unable to work like normal people, resulting in economic disability. To fulfill their daily needs, the Tunagrahita depend their economy on assistance from other parties (social assistance), both from the general public and assistance from the government in order to survive. Seeing these problems, the PKM team tried to provide solutions to help meet the economic needs of Tunagrahita by increasing its potential both in terms of knowledge and skills by farming such as cultivating vegetables using polybag planting media. The products produced are daily needs of the community, namely capsicum, frutescens, brassica rapa, V. unguiculata and S. lycopersicum. The method in this activity is participatory training through training, mentoring and evaluation of the program being implemented. The purpose of this service is to help the Tunagrahita community groups to improve in terms of economy, social and knowledge so that the Tunagrahita can get income to meet their needs without having to continually depend on their economy on the help of other parties. The results of this dedication are that currently 1) the Tunagrahita are starting to be able to cultivate crops., 2) the Tunagrahita are starting to be able to pack and branding of their crops and begin to be able to sell to the nearest market or shop, and 3) Tunagrahita have not been able to make simple bookkeeping of the results of plant cultivation products because of their low Intellectual Quotient (IQ) level because from the start they are not familiar with literacy.

Abstract

UMKM di desa Sidorejo tergolong skala mikro dengan tingkat pendapatan yang rendah. Banyaknya persaingan produk, kwalitas dan teknik pemasaran, menjadikan UMKM ini semakin tertinggal dalam segi kualitas usaha, produk, legalitas, dan juga pemasarannya. Tentu hal ini menjadi perhatian penting bagi para pihak-pihak yang berpotensi membantu agar para pelaku UMKM ini tidak semakin tertinggal dengan pelaku bisnis lain yang sudah meningkat dan berkembang, sehingga dibutuhkan solusi-solusi dalam pemecahan masalah UMKM tersebut. Program pengabdian ini merupakan bentuk Kerjasama Unida Gontor dengan para UMKM di desa Sidorejo, kecamatan Sukorejo Ponorogo sebanyak 10 pihak UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan. Para UMKM ini tergolong tingkatan mikro dengan modal yang terbatas dan pemasaran yang masih dalam lingkup provinsi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para UMKM di desa Sidorejo untuk  mendapatkan legalitas usaha berbentuk Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan juga Sertifikasi Halal Produk dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) dengan keputusan dari Fatwa MUI , dokumen PIRT serta pemasaran online dan offline. Metode Pengabdian adalah berbentuk pendampingan langsung dalam pengurusan legalitas usaha dan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan dalam penerapan proses halal bagi produk UMKM hingga memperoleh sertifikat Halal BPJPH, kemudian tim PkM juga mendampingi UMKM dalam pembuatan google Map lokasi usahanya dan pembuatan banner untukdipasang didepan usahanya sehingga mempermudah dalam promosi secara offline.  Hasil Kegiatan PKM, saat ini para UMKM telah memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan juga Sertifikasi Halal Produk, serta dokumen PIRT, para UMKM telah memeiliki google MAP sehingga memudahkan konsumen ketika mencari/menemukan lokasi usahanya, serta para UMKM telah memiliki banner yang dipasang di depan usahanya sehingga masyarakat mudah mengenal usaha yang dijalankannya, sehingga luaran-luaran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan branding usahanya serta dan peningkatan pendapatan dari hasil promosi online maupun offline nya, sehingga dapat bersaing dengan produk lain yang ada dipasaran, selain itu produk UMKM ini dapat didistribusikan lebih luas lagi dengan adanya label Halal BPJPH. MSMEs in Sidorejo village are categorized as micro-scale with low income levels. The high competition in product quality and marketing techniques has caused these MSMEs to lag behind in terms of business quality, product quality, legality, and marketing. This is certainly a matter of significant concern for potential stakeholders who can assist these MSME actors from falling further behind compared to other businesses that have progressed and developed. Therefore, solutions are needed to address these MSME issues. This service program represents a collaboration between Unida Gontor and MSMEs in Sidorejo village, Sukorejo sub-district, Ponorogo, involving 10 MSMEs engaged in the food sector. These MSMEs are classified as micro-level with limited capital and marketing still within the provincial scope. The objective of this service is to assist MSMEs in Sidorejo village in obtaining business legality in the form of Business Identification Number (NIB) and also Halal Product Certification from the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) with decisions from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) fatwa, PIRT documents as well as online and offline marketing. The service method involves direct assistance in managing business legality and further assistance in implementing halal processes for MSME products until obtaining the Halal BPJPH certificate. Additionally, the PKM team also assists MSMEs in creating a Google Maps location for their business and making banners to be placed in front of their businesses to facilitate offline promotion. As a result of the PKM activities, the MSMEs have obtained their Business Identification Number (NIB), Halal Product Certification, and PIRT documents. They now have Google Maps for easy consumer access to their business locations and banners installed in front of their businesses for easy recognition, which is expected to enhance their business branding and increase income through online and offline promotions. This enables them to compete with other products in the market, and their products can be distributed more widely with the Halal BPJPH label.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Sharia Brand Image and Facilities on consumer decisions to use BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo financial services mediated by variable trust. The results showed that the Islamic Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the decision making of members to choose BMT Beringharjo financial institutions. It can be concluded that the better the Islamic Brand Image carried out by BMT Beringharjo, the more confident members choose BMT Beringharjo as their financial institution. The facility variable has a positive influence on the decision making of members choosing BMT Beringharjo financial institutions so that H2 is accepted. This happens because the facilities offered by BMT Beringharjo are in accordance with the needs of members and avoid ribawi elements. Trust variables can mediate between Sharia Brand Image on the decision of members to choose financial institutions because Sharia Brand Image has a significant positive effect, this is because the better the Sharia Brand Image owned by BMT Beringharjo, the higher the member's trust in the financial institution. 4. Trust variables can mediate between facilities and decision making of members choosing financial institutions at BMT Beringharjo. This is because BMT serves its members honestly, transparently and reliably in meeting member needs.

Abstract

Islamic banking is struggling in maintaining it in the financial industry by adhering to sharia principles. The development of Islamic banking continues to increase, starting from the performance, products, and other services. However, there are some problems in Islamic banking such as the murobahah financing which still supports the approval of Islamic banking and the lack of public understanding of about Islamic finance products. The research method used in this study through a qualitative approach to the form of stages of observation, interviews with practitioners and academics to complete the data and data documentation. To achieve valid results, interviews were conducted using purposive sampling techniques. This research reveals that in general the main purpose of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah according to the agreement of the scholars is to achieve maslahah. To see the above, the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah model is one model that can measure the performance of Islamic banking with a conception based on Islamic scholars. The three main points that become aspects of the benchmark are Tahdhib al-Fard (Educating individuals), Iqamah al-`Adl (Establishing justice) and Jalb al-Maslahah (Promoting Welfare).
