Abstract

The digital economy plays a crucial role in driving global economic growth, including in Indonesia. However, the rapid development of digital technology also presents challenges, such as thei digital divide and uneven infrastructure. This study aimsi to analyze the impact of thei digital economy on Indonesia's economic growth using the Autoregressivei Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The analysis results show that the Digital Divide and Digital Skills havei a negativei impact on Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the short term, while Internet Penetration and E-commerce have a positive but insignificant impact. In the long term, these variables do not significantlyi affect GDP. These findings indicatei that although digital technology has potential, its impact is limited by factors such as unequal infrastructure access and low digital skills. Thei government needs to strengthen digital infrastructure, digital skills, and e-commerce adoption, particularly in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector.

Abstract

The Green Economy Index is an economic concept that prioritizes a sustainable economy and has a correlation to sustainable development. Green Economy not only includes aspects of economic growth but also places the importance of environmental sustainability, social empowerment as the first foundation. This aspect is the purpose of the research to form a strong basis in building an economic model that not only provides short, medium and long term benefits for society and the environment but can continue sustainable development in Indonesia. VAR (Vector Auto Regression) in the context of econometric analysis is a statistical method used to model the relationship between several variables using time series data. The analysis shows that the estimation results highlight that the contribution of Green Economy Index variables in measuring sustainable development transformation on economic growth variables is mainly influenced by energy consumption and carbon emissions, showing a significant impact of energy consumption and carbon emissions. Green investment in the short and medium term has the greatest influence by green investment itself, but in the long term the effect on green investment is carbon emissions and energy consumption. Furthermore, the variables of energy consumption and carbon emissions that have a significant effect are the variables themselves. IRF analysis shows the response of variables to changes and the importance of response stability in the short, medium and long term. In the Green Economy Index Model, energy consumption and carbon emissions become the main pillars with the encouragement of increasing green investment and then increasing economic growth. The analysis confirms the importance of adopting environmentally friendly practices, using renewable energy and increasing green investment in promoting sustainable economic growth without compromising the environment.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the financial performance of sharia commercial banks (BUS) after the COVID-19 pandemic through the CAR, NPF, FDR and BOPO variables on the ROA of BUS registered with the OJK 2019-2024. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 6 BUS determined through a purposive sampling technique. The secondary data analyzed was obtained through the official OJK website. The data is then analyzed through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The empirical findings show that all CAR, FDR and BOPO variables partially have no influence on ROA from BUS, except that NPF is proven to partially have a positive influence on ROA. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an influence on ROA of BUS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of minimum wages, inflation, and lending rates on household consumption in Indonesia. The variables in this study are minimum wage, inflation, and lending rates as independent variables, while the household consumption variable is the dependent variable. The research period is from 1993-2023. The data analysis technique used is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) panel. The results of this study indicate that the province that is able to become a leading indicator for the stability of household consumption is North Sumatra. When viewed from the short run and long run, the Minimum Wage variable has an insignificant effect on Household Consumption in the short term but has a significant effect on Household Consumption in the long term. Inflation variable has a significant effect on Household Consumption in the short run, while in the long run Inflation variable has an insignificant effect on Household Consumption. The loan interest rate variable has no significant effect on household consumption in the short term or in the long term.

Abstract

Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, is a type C private hospital that offers various types of care, including dental care. In the digital era, the Mobile JKN application was introduced to simplify the registration and patient care process. However, many patients still experience difficulties using it. This study aims to analyze the comparison of patient satisfaction levels between the Mobile JKN application and the on-site service at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, using the SERVQUAL approach, which encompasses five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 56 respondents, namely BPJS dental care patients who registered through Mobile JKN and on-site. Data analysis was performed using a bivariate statistical test, with a significance value of p < 0.05 as an indicator of significant differences between services. The results showed that overall satisfaction levels were higher among users of the Mobile JKN service (mean = 0.70) compared to users of the on-site service (mean = 0.14), with a p = 0.000. The dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy showed significant differences favoring Mobile JKN. However, no significant difference was found in the Tangibles aspect (p = 0.173), indicating that ease of access remains a challenge for both services. It can be concluded that Mobile JKN provides a more satisfactory service overall than On-Site, particularly in terms of trustworthiness, response speed, security, and empathy for patients.
