Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether there is influence work discipline, work stress and work motivation on the performance of teacher and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji. As the object of this study were theacers and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji with a sample of 25 teachers and staff who serve as the respondent. Statement that is used has been tested by the analysis factor and validity and reability with cronbach alpha and the instrument is valid and reliable or fit foruse as a research tool. The correlation (R) in this study with a value of 0,784 which is the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable of 78,4%, meaning that work discipline, work stress and work motivation related to the performance of teachers and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji. While the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0,615 means of the changes in the dependent variable (work discipline, work stress, motivation) can be explained by the performance. While the rest is explained by other factors not addressed in this study.Partial results of statistical calculations using t-test, that variable work discipline positive effect but not significant with a significance of 0,890. Strengthened on previous research that states discipline does not effect the performance of teachers (in Dwi, 2013). Work stress variable positive and significant impact with a signifinance of 0,006. work motivation positive and significant impact with a significance of 0,038. Results of statistical calculations simultaneously by using test-f, that variable work discipline, work stress, and motivation to work togethers positive and significant with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Secretariat of KPID Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and cultural work on employee performance, either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously). In this study, the authors used a sample of 26 employees were taken on the whole of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires, while secondary data obtained from the Secretariat of Administration documents KPID Riau Islands Province and related literature and research to support this. Data Collection Techniques conducted by interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to give a picture of the object under study through the sample data associated with the relevant theories and quantitative techniques in accordance with the Likert scale and to the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.              From the research, the authors conclude that partial Leadership Style (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), with test results of 0.657 or 65.7%, and Cultural Work (X2) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), with test results of 0.526 or 56.6. Simultaneous testing leadership style and cultural work positive and significant effect (strong) on employee performance with a sledge to at 0.828 or 82.8%, as for the rest of 0.172 or 17.2% influenced by variables or other factors. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh promosi jabatan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik survei sampel. Data yang diproleh melalui kuesioner diolah menggunakan aplikasi program Statical Product and Service Solution ( SPSS ) versi 20.0 dengan analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan metode analisis uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan dan kinerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. dengan uji F dilihat bahwa tingkat singnifikan sebesar 0,000 atau 0%. Namun berdasarkan uji parsial (t), variabel promosi jabatan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan daya tanggap sebesar 0,000 atau 0%. Sedangkan variabel motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang postif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan daya tanggap sebesar 0.056.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai TK Hidayatullah batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan  dengan cara angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh seluruh guru dan pegawai TK Hidayatullah Batam. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa : (1) kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) guru dan pegawai hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,075; lingkungan kerja (X2) nilai signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0.460; kompensasi (X3) nilai signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0.317. Diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,369 atau 3,69%. Hal ini berarti 36,9% kinerja guru dan pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Sisanya 63,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam model regresi ini.

Abstract

         The research was conducted in the District Sagulung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to the performance, both separately (partial) and collectively - together (simultaneously).          In this study, the authors use the method of sample with a total of 35 people to serve as respondents of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires to employees in the district kompoten Sagulung While the secondary data obtained from the District Office Sagulung and documents obtained from the literature - literature-related and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the objects that give an overview of the study through the data with methods drawn from a population sample obtained in the field associated with the theory - a theory that is relevant and quantitative techniques to the analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the measurement scale used is the Likert scale and the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.         From the research, the authors conclude that the partial leadership style (X1) and a significant positive effect on performance (Y), with test results for 0919 or 91.9%, and Discipline (X2) is also a significant effect on performance (Y), it can be seen from the test results for 0884 or 88.4%. Then the simultaneous testing Leadership Style and Disciplinary positive and significant effect (strong) on Employee Performance in Batam City District Sagulung to sled for 0834 or 83.4%, as for the rest of 0166 or 16.6% influenced by variables or other factors.

Abstract

Based on the background described in the work environment and work experience is the mostof one important thing is inside a company, to make the company can achieve the main goals of which is owned by the company. The purpose of this research is to discover how the influence of Work Environment and Work Experience for Employee Performance PT.Amtek Precision Components Batam. besides that, the researchers tested the hypothesis that the Work Environment influence on Employee Performance and Work Experience effect on Employee Performance. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire or questionnaires completed by employees PT. Amtek Precision Components Batam.            The results from this study that the Working Environment (X1) the significance value that is equal to 0.000, Work Experience(X2) of significance value is equal to 0.000. obtained value of R Square (R2) of 0.613 or 61,30%. This means the ability variable Work Environment, and Work Experience in explaining the Performance of employees is 61,30%. The remaining amount of 38,70% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.The results of this study can be used by future researchers, as materials science research on Work Environment and Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Abstract

           The research was conducted in General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Work Culture and  work satisfaction , either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously).            In this study, the authors use a sensus of 50 employees  taken as  from the total population (employees). While this type of data is primary data and secondary data. The primary data source obtained from the questionnaires with employees who are competent in the General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City. While the sources of secondary data obtained  of General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City documents and from the literatures related which can support as well as useful for this study. Data gathering technique conducted by way of interviews, questionsand, Observation. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, which are used to describe and given picture of the object studied through a sample of whith sensus motehode data obtained in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of the quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the Likert scale and the test results using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.           From the results of the study authors conclude that the partial work culture (X1) has positive and significant impact on  (Y)Performance employees, with the test results for 4,689 and significant 0,000 0,005, while the work satisfaction performance of the employes (X2) has positive and significant impact on work satisfaction (Y) performance employees, with the test results for 3,216 and significant 0,002 0,005. But simultaneously Work culture and Work satisfaction have a positive and significant (strong) toward Employes Performance. Of General Affair of Mayor Office Batam City of 45,583 and significant 0,000 0,005.
