Abstract

Masalah kesehatan jiwa yang ada dimasyarakat dapat berdampak pada individu, keluarga dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Kemampuan perawat harus ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan keperawatan jiwa kepada pasien gangguan jiwa sehingga menjadi mandiri dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sesuai kriteria adalah 18 responden. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia (p=0,047, p<a), lama programmer (p=0,002, p<a) dan masa kerja (p=0,022, p<a) dengan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan kesehatan jiwa. Diharapkan perawat pemegang program jiwa mampu meningkatkan peran dan fungsinya dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa, sehingga membantu klien untuk mempertahankan fungsinya dan memandirikan klien dikomunitas

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas (KLL) merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang mempengaruhi semua sektor kehidupan. Gangguan akibat kecelakaan cedera saat ini menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia karena tingginya angka kejadian kematian akibat kecelakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui variabel orang sebagai determinan kematian pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas di wilayah Hukum Polres Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case control, besar sampel 76 korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terbagi menjadi kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik sampling adalah total sampling untuk kelompok kasus. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2017 di wilayah hukum Polres Mojokerto. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kematian pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas sebagian besar adalah kelompok usia 16-30 tahun (34,2%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (73,7%), bekerja sebagai swasta (78,9%), berstatus sebagai pengguna jalan yang menggunakan kendaraan (89,5%). Analisis perhitungan Risk Estimate dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi square didapatkan bahwa pengguna jalan (p value=0,024 dan OR=3,923;CI 95%=1,134-13,576) merupakan faktor risiko kematian pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas. Status jalan dan jam kejadian bukan merupakan faktor risiko kematian pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas. Variabel orang sebagai determinan kematian pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah pengguna jalan yang menggunakan kendaraan. Diharapkan masyarakat mengutamakan keselamatan jalan dengan cara melakukan upaya pencegahan risiko yaitu dengan meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan berperilaku sehat dalam berkendara seperti mentaati peraturan berkendara dengan baik, penggunaan alat pelindung diri terutama helm, dan tidak berkendara jika dalam keadaan tidak sehat.

Abstract

Children under five years of age was a period of growth and development of children who need special attention from parents especially mothers,because age is prone to nutrition and prone to infectious diseases.Diarrhea dominant attacking under five years of age because the endurance of the their body is still weak so very so that they are susceptible to the spread of bacteria that cause diarrhea.Design research was descriptive.Population all mothers who have children and have diarrhea taken with concecutive sampling as many as 65 respondents.The results showed that most mothers of children under five years of age who had diarrhea had a high school education (60%),had family-income according to standart of city minimum age (46.4%), did not have a job or as a housewife (44.6%) And did not provide exclusive breast milk (53.8%).Analyzed by frequency distribution.Work,education and income are factors that influence the behavior of mothers in preventing diarrhea in children under five years of age.Exclusive breast feeding can increase immunity in children under five years.Therefore, mothers should be able to improve the information diarrhea either by following the counseling of health workers or through reading magazines so that it can increase the knowledge in prevention of diarrhea in children.

Abstract

Every worker has the right to obtain protection for occupational health and safety. Each person's workload is different depending on their abilities. If a person's workload is excessive, it can cause work fatigue. Work fatigue can cause decreased physiological functions, decreased performance, decreased company productivity and accidents to workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and fatigue on workers at PT.Mutiara Pesona Abadi, Mojokerto City. The research method used was observational analytic and cross sectional research design. The population in this study were 34 people using total sampling technique. The instrument used to measure fatigue is the Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT) questionnaire adopted from the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) Japan consisting of 30 questions and measuring workload with pulse that is carried out before and during work then calculated using the Cardiovascular Load formula (CVL). The results showed that almost all workers experienced moderate workload as many as 26 respondents (76.5%) and almost all workers experienced moderate work fatigue as many as 31 respondents (91.2%). Analysis of the data used in this study using the Spearman Rank Test with a p value of 0.001 so that it can be concluded that a <0.05 then there is a relationship between workload and fatigue on workers at PT.Mutiara Pesona Abadi, Mojokerto City. The company is advised to rearrange the workplace to be better to create comfort so as to increase productivity and workers are expected to optimize rest hours to recover energy. ..

Abstract

Excessive workloads cause fatigue for waste officers, by improving workloads it can reduce waste officer fatigue and increase work productivity. The purpose of the study was to identify the workload of waste officers, identify work fatigue of waste officers and analyze the relationship between workload and work fatigue of waste officers at the environmental service of Masohi City, Maluku Province. This study used a cross sectional research design. The sample used as many as 36 respondents garbage officers. Sampling using simple random sampling technique. The instruments used are workload observation sheets and work fatigue questionnaire sheets, stationery, digital cameras. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman rank test. The results of this study indicate that some of the workloads experience light workloads with results of 94,14%. Fatigue shows that some experience moderate work fatigue with a result of 63.9%. Statistical test results obtained p value = 0.004 with a correlation value = 0.471 which means there is a relationship. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between workload and work fatigue and the strength of the relationship is sufficient or strong enough for the waste officer at the environmental service office, Masohi city, Maluku province. Suggestions that can be given to the relevant agencies are to take advantage of the best possible rest time to minimize the occurrence of fatigue.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease characterized by defecation more than three times a day with changes in the form and consistency of loose stools which may be accompanied by vomiting or bloody stools. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental indicators on the household PHBS concept, namely the use of clean water, CPTS behavior and the use of healthy latrines with the incidence of diarrhea in RW 02 Blandongan Village, Pasuruan City. The research method is a correlative descriptive using a contingent coefficient test to determine the correlation between variables. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire with a crosssectional approach. The number of samples is 148 respondents with random sampling. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was found that 17 families experienced diarrhea. Based on the correlation analysis, it is known that the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the incidence of diarrhea is the dependent variable, namely the use of clean water has no significant correlation with very weak relationship strength (C = 0.049), CTPS behavior has a significant correlation with very moderate relationship strength (C = 0.424) and the use of healthy latrines did not have a significant correlation with very weak relationship strength (C = 0.014). The conclusion of this study is that the behavior of washing hands with soap and running water (CTPS) has a significant correlation with the incidence of diarrhea. While the use of clean water and the use of healthy latrines have no significant relationship with the incidence of diarrhea in RW 02 Blandongan Village, Pasuruan City

Abstract

Rehabilitation service quality is an important consideration for drug addicts in accessing rehabilitation services. Effective human resources management is necessary to improve the personal performance of staff, which impacts healthcare service quality. The objective of this research is to understand the influence of human resources management on the quality of rehabilitation services at the East Java BNNP Clinic. This study used a cross-sectional method with total sampling of 108 clients. Data collection was conducted using Google Forms completed by respondents and analyzed using Path Analysis with a significance level (?) of 0.05. Competence has an influence on officer performance by 0.395. Discipline has an influence on officer performance by 0.249. Cooperation has an influence on officer performance by 0.230. Competence has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.219. Discipline has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.217. Cooperation has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.165. Officer performance has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.331. There is a significant influence of competence on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance by 0.130. There is no significant influence of discipline on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance. There is a significant influence of cooperation on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance by 0.076. To improve the quality of rehabilitation services, it is recommended to enhance competence, discipline, cooperation, and officer performance.

Abstract

Employee engagement refers to the personal involvement of nurses in expressing themselves through their work when carrying out tasks. Engaged and motivated nurses tend to bring innovative ideas, leading to improved performance in the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control. The occurrence of HAIs can diminish the image and quality of hospital services since IPC programs are a key metric for quality control. Therefore, nurses play a crucial role in the implementation of IPC. This research is an analytical correlation study using a cross-sectional method, with proportional sampling techniques involving 103 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires filled out by the respondents and was subsequently analyzed using Path Analysis with a significance level (?) of 0.05. The Path Analysis results indicate that employee engagement and motivation has a significant impact on nurses' performance in implementing IPC, with a path coefficient of 0.267 and 0.19 and a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.005). The determination coefficient was found to be 0.89. The Path Analysis results show that 89% of the influence on performance can be explained by employee engagement and motivation, while the remaining influence is explained by other factors outside the scope of this study. Management plays a crucial role in enhancing nurses' performance in IPC implementation to improve service quality. Based on the study's findings, it is recommended to improve nurses' competencies through both internal and external training, ensure the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, provide regular supervision by IPCN, and offer management support by considering individual, psychological, and organizational factors.

Abstract

Empowerment is the process of dividing power between superiors and subordinates. Nurse empowerment is one of the factors that can improve performance through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of structural empowerment on nurses' job satisfaction with psychological empowerment as a mediating factor at RA. Basoeni Hospital, Mojokerto Regency. This study uses a crossectional design Hospital. with a research sample of 130 hospital nurses who are selected in total sampling with questionnaires and then analyzed using a multivariate test with JASP software. The results of the study showed that almost all respondents perceived structural empowerment in high empowerment, namely 107 people (82.3%), almost all respondents perceived psychological empowerment in high empowerment, namely 104 people (80%) and most of the respondents stated that they were very satisfied with working at RA Basoeni Hospital, Mojokerto Regency, which was 95 people (73.1%). The results of the multivariate test showed that structural empowerment was proven to have an effect on nurses' job satisfaction (Estimate = 0.719, Z value = 9.388 and Pvalue <0.001), structural empowerment was proven to have an effect on psychological empowerment (Estimate = 0.429, Z value = 8.007 and Pvalue <0.001). Psychological empowerment was proven to have an effect on nurses' job satisfaction (Estimate = 0.638, Z value = 6.226 and Pvalue <0.001). The results of the mediation test with JASP software showed that psychological empowerment was proven to be a mediating factor between structural empowerment and nurses' job satisfaction (Pvalue <0.001). Nurses who are empowered by supportive management practices will have a high value of structural empowerment, then intrinsic motivation emerges in psychological concepts that have an impact on the emergence of job satisfaction. Therefore, supportive management is needed in the management of quality services in hospitals.
