Abstract

The problem of HIV / AIDS is likened to an iceberg phenomenon that looks just at the top of the mountain. However, this can be seen from the increasing number of HIV / AIDS sufferers who are reported annually. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the factors that influence the life expectancy of people living with HIV / AIDS in RSUD Prof. Dr. SOEKANDAR, Mojokerto Regency. This study uses the Cohort method with the sampling technique used is total sampling with the object of research amounting to 100 people with HIV / AIDS. Total sampling is the sampling of all members of the population, this is done if the number of members of the population is very limited, so forced to take all members of the population to be representative. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews or interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Survival Analysis test using Cox Regression method. The study was conducted in March 2018 until April 2018. The results showed that the most sufferers of HIV / AIDS in RSUD Prof. Dr. SOEKANDAR male sex was 81 people, most patients aged between 25 years to 49 years were 56 people, had opportunistic infections as many as 64 people, 55 people with HIV / AIDS had levels of adherence to antiretroviral drugs more than 95% and risk factors for transmission most of them are heterosexual behavior. Calculation of statistical analysis of Survival Analysis with Cox Regression method found that ARV adherence alone affected the survival of HIV/ AIDS sufferers, while age (p value = 0.187), gender (p value = 0.368), incidence of opportunistic infections (p value = 0.669) and Factor for risk of transmission (p value = 0.981) does not affect the survival of HIV / AIDS sufferers. ARV therapy is a therapy that can inhibit the development of the HIV virus in the body. It is expected that people with HIV / AIDS in RSUD Prof. Dr. SOEKANDAR Mojokerto district has adherence to ARV therapy because it can improve survival since being sentenced by the HIV virus

Abstract

Excessive use of health services requires more efforts to prevent increased funding. One of BPJS Kesehatan efforts to control costs and improve the quality of chronic disease services is the Referral Program (PRB) however this has not been carried out optimally. The role of health facilities is very important in the implementation of the Referral Program. This research aims to determine the relationship between Registered Health Facilities and the Active Participants of the Referral Program in BPJS Kesehatan Pasuruan Branch. This study design is analytic with cross sectional study using a sampling total sample was 4.418 Refferal Participants until December 2019. The study was conducted in February-July 2020. The results of the study showed that most of the Referral Program Participants were in the Registered Health Facilities as many as 2.655 people (60%) and the activities of the Referral Program Participants were only 31% or 1.372 Participants. Based on the statistical calculation of the chi-square test with a significant value of = 0.05, the results obtained r = 0.169. Which means that it is greater than the significant level value, then H1 is rejected, so there is no Relationship between Registered Health Facilities and the Activities of Participants in the Referral Program at BPJS Kesehatan Pasuruan Branch. So there are many other factors that influence the referral program, such as infrastructure, education and information, communication between related parties, knowledge and attitudes of a person towards the existing program. The still very low activity in the Referral Program requires more effort and joint commitment from various parties to run the Program optimally

Abstract

JKN contributions are a sum of money that must be paid by Participants, Employers, Local Governments and the Central Government consistently in the health insurance program. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with compliance paying JKN contributions to independent participants in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District Hospital. The design of this study was analytic with a cross sectional approach using a multi-stage sampling technique and the sample size was 44 participants. The study was conducted in February-July 2020. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho statistical test. The results of the analysis of the relationship of education with JKN contribution payment compliance in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District General Hospital in 2020 showed a significant relationship with sig. 0.004 < (0.05). Relationship of work with JKN contribution payment compliance at the Sidoarjo Hospital Inpatient Installation in 2020 shows that there is a significant relationship with sig. 0.000 < (0.05). Income relationship with JKN contribution payment compliance at the Sidoarjo Hospital Inpatient Installation Year 2020 shows there is a relationship with sig. 0.047 < (0.05). Relationship between knowledge and compliance of JKN contribution payment in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District Hospital in 2020 shows there is a significant relationship with sig. 0.014 < (0.05). The results of the study show that there is a relationship, so it is hoped that the results of this study will be used as additional studies for the BPJS KC Sidoarjo Health in improving JKN contribution payment compliance to independent participants.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is very important and is the most frequently discussed issue. Patient satisfaction at the health centre itself depends on the subjectivity of the patient. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Gayaman Health Centre, Mojokerto Regency. This research includes quantitative research where this research includes survey research conducted in May - August 2023. The population in this study were all patients/families of patients at Gayaman Health Centre, Mojokerto Regency who were registered at inpatient and outpatient counters. The sample used was accidental sampling, the sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. The validity test tests whether the question is valid or not can be done through the Excel Statistical Analysis computer program, while the reliability test has a Cronbach's Alpha value above 0.60. The simple regression test result a = 3.266 is a constant value, which means that if X is considered 0, the patient satisfaction value is 3.266, b = 0.425 which is positive. Based on the description and analysis, it is known that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Judging from the validity test of service quality on consumer satisfaction (patients) meets the requirements because the correlation value has a value above 0.2732. most patients / families of patients agree (satisfied) in terms of physical appearance (tangibles) with a percentage of 48%, reliability (reliability) 48%, and assurance and empathy (empathy) 44%.

Abstract

Rehabilitation service quality is an important consideration for drug addicts in accessing rehabilitation services. Effective human resources management is necessary to improve the personal performance of staff, which impacts healthcare service quality. The objective of this research is to understand the influence of human resources management on the quality of rehabilitation services at the East Java BNNP Clinic. This study used a cross-sectional method with total sampling of 108 clients. Data collection was conducted using Google Forms completed by respondents and analyzed using Path Analysis with a significance level (α) of 0.05. Competence has an influence on officer performance by 0.395. Discipline has an influence on officer performance by 0.249. Cooperation has an influence on officer performance by 0.230. Competence has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.219. Discipline has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.217. Cooperation has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.165. Officer performance has an influence on rehabilitation service quality by 0.331. There is a significant influence of competence on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance by 0.130. There is no significant influence of discipline on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance. There is a significant influence of cooperation on rehabilitation service quality through officer performance by 0.076. To improve the quality of rehabilitation services, it is recommended to enhance competence, discipline, cooperation, and officer performance.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are a vulnerable group in terms of reproductive health, particularly regarding the lack of understanding about menstrual hygiene management (MHM), which can affect both physical and psychological well-being. This community service program aimed to improve adolescent girls’ knowledge of MHM through the use of educational games, specifically crossword puzzles. The activity included a pre-test and post-test, material delivery by health students, and interactive learning using crossword puzzles. It was conducted at SMPN 2 Mojoanyar on January 22, 2025, involving 35 female students aged 12 to 15 years. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with the percentage of participants in the good category rising from 17.1% to 57.1% after the intervention. The game-based media proved effective in creating an engaging, participatory learning environment and enhancing information retention. This activity concludes that crossword puzzles are a viable educational strategy for adolescent health promotion in schools. Similar approaches are recommended to be implemented sustainably in other educational institutions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Kesehatan mental pada remaja di Indonesia saat ini belum menjadi fokus utama, meskipun demikian kesehatan mental di kalangan para remaja merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan telah menjadi suatu isu yang sering didiskusikan di dunia Pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan mental pada remaja ini sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Majapahit adalah sebagai upaya mengedukasi siswa-siswi SMPN 2 Mojosari Kabupaten Mojokerto tentang kesehatan mental untuk remaja. Upaya diklat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, simulasi dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama satu bulan tersebut mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa-siswi tentang kesehatan mental pada remaja dan cara mengatasi apabila ada mengalami masalah tersebut. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu dapat menjadi perhatian khususnya di dunia pendidikan dengan menyiapkan program kegiatan UKSJ ABSTRACT: Mental health in adolescents in Indonesia is currently not a major focus, even though mental health among adolescents is very important and has become an issue that is often discussed in the world of education. The purpose of this mental health education activity for adolescents as a form of community service carried out by the Team of Lecturers and Students of the Majapahit Health Science College is as an effort to educate students of SMPN 2 Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency about mental health for adolescents. Education and training efforts are carried out using lecture, simulation and demonstration methods. The activity which was carried out for one month was able to increase students' understanding of mental health in adolescents and how to deal with it if they experienced this problem. It is hoped that this activity will be able to become a concern, especially in the world of education by preparing UKSJ activity programs

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.Rancang bangun yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan cara potong lintang (cross sectional). Penelitian ini populasinya seluruh perawat di Ruang Airlangga RS Reksa Waluya Mojokerto sebanyak 23 perawat pelaksana. Sampelnya menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapatkan hasil sebanyak 19 orang menjadi sampel. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Ruang Airlangga rumah sakit Reksa Waluya Mojokerto tanggal 6 sampai 20 Juli 2012.Responden yang menilai gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan missionary sebanyak 6 orang. Hampir setengahnya memiliki motivasi tinggi yaitu 3 orang dan motivasi rendah 3 orang, serta memiliki penilaian kinerja baik sekali yaitu 2 orang dan yang kinerjanya baik berjumlah 4 orang.Gaya kepemimpinan bukan merupakan faktor utama yang mendasari motivasi seseorang menjadi rendah atau tinggi. Seorang pimpinan tidak mampu mengarahkan, menyalahkan keadaan bawahan yang kurang baik sehingga tidak muncul koreksi dari pekerjaan bawahan yang nantinya akan mengakibatkan seseorang menjadi statis dalam bekerja tanpa mengharapkan perubahan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai tambahan referensi terhadap manajemen keperawatan khususnya tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, motivasi dan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Ada perbedaan anak yang sudah masuk TK. Anak yang sudah masuk TK mempunyai kemampuan membaca dan berhitung yang baik dan mempunyai kemampuan motorik dan ketangkasan yang lebih baik dibandingkan anak lain yang tidak masuk TK. Namun, sampai saat ini akses anak usia dini terhadap layanan pendidikan dan perawatan melalui TK masih sangat terbatas dan tidak merata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk hubungan Stimulasi Keikusertaan Pendidikan TK Dengan Indeks Prestasi di SDN 3 Jurang Sapi Kecamatan Tapen Kabupaten Bondowoso. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan korelasional. Stimulasi keikutsertaan pendidikan TK sebagai variabel independen dan indeks prestasi sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian yaitu Semua siswa Kelas SDN 3 Jurang Sapi Kecamatan Tapen Kabupaten Bondowoso sejumlah 30 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen wawancara pada orang tua dan diuji dengan uji spearman rho. Kemudian hasil disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil uji spearman rho diperoleh data Ï = 0,00, α = 0,05 maka Ï < α sehingga ada hubungan antara stimulasi keikutsertaan pendidikan TK dengan indeks prestasi siswa di SDN 3 Jurang Sapi Kecamatan Tapen Kabupaten Bondowoso. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang sudah pernah mengikuti pendidikan di Taman Kanak – Kanak akan memperoleh berbagai pengalaman dan bekal dalam menghadapi pembelajaran disekolah dasar sehingga mereka dapat menerapkan hal tersebut dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hendaknya bagi para guru atau tenaga pengajar agar lebih meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki dalam memberikan stimulasi dalam merangsang motivasi belajar anak sehingga anak akan mempunyai motivasi yang lebih baik dalam belajar dan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien dengan motivasi berkunjung kembali di ruang rawat jalan RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan populasi seluruh seluruh pasien yang berkunjung di ruang rawat jalan RSI Sakinah Mojokerto pada bulan Juni 2014, diseleksi dengan menggunakan Consecutive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan menetapkan subyek yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian dimasukkan dalam penelitian sampai kurun waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien dengan motivasi berkunjung kembali di ruang rawat jalan RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. Beberapa faktor penunjang yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien antara lain : pendekatan dan perilaku petugas, mutu informasi yang diterima, prosedur penjanjian, waktu tunggu, fasilitas umum, serta out come yang diterima. Selain itu, faktor pendidikan petugas kesehatan dan penampilan juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien sehingga kepuasan pasien akan tercapai. Diharapkan hal-hal yang mempengaruhi pasien untuk mengadakan kunjungan kembali dapat lebih diperhatikan oleh rumah sakit, sehingga rumah sakit akan tetap tumbuh dan survive di masa depan, karena persaingan rumah sakit khususnya di RSI Sakinah sekarang ini tidak hanya dengan sesama rumah sakit swasta sendiri tetapi juga dengan rumah sakit milik pemerintah yang sekarang ini juga terus berkembang dan berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk pelanggannya
